The pool area is not overlooked at the rear making it very private. Family living area with cable tv & patio doors to the pool, open plan kitchen with seperate dining area, 2 Master King bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 2 Twin bedrooms one with a Disney theme. TV's in all Rooms. Games Room

March 2025 Stay

Property was as listed and other reviews were accurate. For future renters, know that the basic necessities are not included- shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissue, laundry soap, extra garbage bags. We were surprised by this and adjusted plans to go and purchase these items.

The pool was disappointing!

Upon check in I noticed the pool’s filter was not running. Tried cleaning the pool with the net but it had too many bugs. I called the Property Manager but no answer. The next day I called, left messages, and sent a text. Still no answer. Third day I emailed but still no response. Spent almost a whole day with vrbo’s customer service to rebook me somewhere else. I was with my two little nephews who wanted to swim but it wasn’t safe to swim in it. The pool and the property manager were a disappointment!

Vrbo experience

Nice neighborhood, living room furniture was old and should be replaced hot tub was out of service for 5 days was fixed but believe we should have been compensated for that, paid 40dollars a day to keep that heated overall pretty good!

The only thing that I was a little disappointed in is the lack of extra bath towels, washcloths and hand towels. The furniture in the living room is very outdated and hard for older people to get up and down from but I can only say that’s all that I was disappointed in. We had a great time. Thank you very much.

Nice property very quite area road network nightmare

Served purpose for my stay property was good and facilities within it pool side seats poor condition some damaged beyond repair road works very annoying took me a hour to get to disney

Dated place needs TLC but overall ok

We had read the other complaint reviews and kept a open mind. Yes the place is dated the carpets are shot. The living room furniture was old the cushions were flat. The Master bed had 2 indents and a bulge in the middle.and yes the pillows weren't any better. Needless to say poor sleeping conditions. The pool deck area was very stained needs powerwashing. A burner is broken on the stove. Most all Furniture is showing wear used but functional Bring your own cleaning supplies for dishwasher and laundry as well as paper supplies as listed by others Now the good stuff the pool was as promised. We paid for the heated pool and it was good and warm the pool itself was very nice as well as the hot tub. And clean One of the previous people do not understand hot tubs....in their review they complained about 2 of the jets not working..these are not jets they are only used when the hot tub is off to circulate water. The Neighborhood was very nice for walking it was nicely kept and very quiet. I wouldn't discourage anyone to stay here. On the over all it was a ok place. A little bit of TLC and this place could be ranked very high. Thanks for the stay. The Schmidts

Great location....nice play just in need of a serious face lift....carpets are lifted and filthy, furniture is dated and heavily worn, bedding is dated, bed pillows are terrible, gas grill was out of propane and pretty much destroyed, the poolside patio funiture was falling apart, the entertainment center in living room was broken, stained carpets throughout the house, the pool filter system only worked on occasion, 2 of the jets in the hot tub did not work.... Still loved the set up and would go back....property owner just needs to invest back into the property and address these isssues and this place would be mint!! And maybe follow up on his cleaning service because if hes paying them to clean this place he might want to change services because they are not doing there job

Bedbugs/bugs in beds

We only stayed one night my daughter woke up with bites on her neck, eye, arms, neck, fingers, and legs The swelling got so bad she needed to go to Urgent care and was put on steroids and antibiotics for severe allergic reaction to insect bites, Tried calling and emailing the property manager but no response. Emailed owner and got no response until later Sunday evening after we contacted VRBO and vacated the premises We needed to take care of decontaminating our clothes and luggage ourselves. Owner later stated he had pest control check the home and he said there were no bugs but we had pictures of the bugs and all my daughter’s bites We rented this home to enjoy a nice Christmas holiday with my family but it turned into a nightmare with a lot of unneeded frustration and pain and suffering

Hard time getting into property no info sent

Our experience was very disappointing to say the least. After 4 days we had to return to Canada because of the caroniavirus. This came from the Prime Minister so we took it seriously and headed home on the 18. We sent an e- mail to the owner requesting a refund because of the situation and were told NO because that's what the contract states. I realize this but these are also extenuating circumstances. So now we are out 1,695.00 through no fault of our own besides which my husband will only be working part time. We have always used VRBO and have never had a problem until now. I only hope that not every person was treated in this manner. I have MS and my medication is only covered 95% to most people that's fine but not when your medications cost in the thousands. So we are stuck paying our Visa bill for a vacation never taken. This whole situation is very frustrating to us. If there is anything you can do on our behalf we would greatly appreciate it.

The property was exactly as it looks in the pictures. It's in a very nice, safe, secure gated community. Very clean! We loved the pool and my husband and son loved the pool table! Would definitely love to stay there again.

Nice quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our month long stay. The place could use some minor updates, but overall very comfortable. The manager was very responsive. We had a little miscommunication on the pool heat cost, so make sure you get that clarified. We asked to have it turned on the last week and were told the cost was more than twice what we were quoted when booking. And cash. :). But we got it resolved. Overall, happy.

The property is just as advertised. Spacious house with pool and hot tub in a quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of shopping areas within a few minutes drive.

Stove needs to be replaced. Only two burners workwork and they lopped sides. BB

Place was clean. Pool guy never brought my change back. Kids loved the pool. I may rent here again if they replace that stove and bbq

The property is clean and tidy as described and on a gated community. The villa is in a very quite neighbourhood but close enough to the theme parks and restaurants. Good stay, enjoyed it very much.

Very nice clean and spacious

I stayed with family in this villa to spend vacation. The house is just as it is shown in pictures. Very clean, comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I gave it 4 stars only because there was no supply of garbage bags, toilet papers and detergent. I would have appreciated an extra piece of garbage bag, and extra roll of toilet paper. That does not cost alot but provides convenience. Also, the blinds were fragile and would collapse easily. The location was an issue as it takes at least 45 minutes to any attraction in Orlando including Disney. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
