This two bedroom, two bath unit has received a TOTAL REMODEL, with high end furnishings featuring custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in a fully equipped kitchen, granite vanities in the bathrooms and a dry bar along with new LED lighting throughout.
The comfortable living area boasts a 55` high def flat screen TV with a blue ray player plus in both bedrooms you will also find 32` high def flat screen TV`s with DVD and new ceiling fans.

Newly installed hurricane and turtle friendly windows and doors plus a new smart HVAC system, ensures both you and our turtle friends are kept cool and calm. .

The only thing I don’t understand, is why the beach service would not arrange our rooms beach chairs in a circle, or even together in a row. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room 304 is a nicely equipped and updated unit. The Keurig coffee maker was nice to have, and the appliances were great. The unit is clean, and offers a nice combination of easy access and good view.That said, there are a couple downsides to be aware of... If you are a light sleeper, I would consider a different unit as the A/C is extremely loud. For example, we had to keep shutting it off while we were in the kitchen or dining room so we could actually hear each other talking at a normal volume.For the master bedroom that has a window facing the ocean and a door to the balcony, there are no curtains/blinds that block out the light. Wasn't an issue for us, but if you're not an early morning person, I would suggest bringing along something to block the light.

Exactly as described

We absolutely loved our stay at unit 304. We had no issues what so ever and it was a great stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. We will definitely be back. The only con was that there was some hair still in the bath/shower of the master and the cleaning crew left a dirty dish rag on one of the tables. Otherwise overall very nice and had everything you would need for your stay. Remember to bring your own bath towels and extra toilet paper though.

We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean at night. The owners have gone to great lengths to make your stay enjoyable. Everything you need, with the exception of food, to get through the first few days is supplied. There is a Dollar General and a Winn-Dixie within a mile and a half. I suppose our only two dings would be that the owners need to add blinds to the master bedroom. The resort needs to fix the lighting in the BBQ area. We would stay here again no questions.
