Cozy house in Sant Pol de Mar 5 minutes from the beach with all the right amenities for a good summer.
The house is divided into three floors, in addition to parking and an indoor play area. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace and kitchen, there is also a toilet and a wonderful terrace where you see the sea. On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms and one bathroom, two of them onto another terrace. On the upper floor there is a large double room with its terrace and reading area. In the basement is the garage with another bathroom.
Both on the beach and in the same street there are restaurants. Sant Pol de Mar is a beautiful white village of the Maresme coast, quiet and with few hotels, is perfect for families looking for a holiday away from touristy sites. It is between Barcelona and Girona so its situation allows to come to know these cities in a short time: There are trains to Barcelona every 30 minutes. It is also a good place from where to go to meet the Costa Brava.

St Pol De mar

Antonio our host met us at the property and showed us around the house. Nice house, quiet location, approx 50 mins drive to Barcelona or train. The station is nearby. Beach 5 min walk away.

Weihnachten mit der Familie

Es ist ein schönes, gepflegtes Reihenhaus in ruhiger Umgebung. Das Örtchen Sant Pol ist bezaubernd. Es war das sauberste Haus das wir je gemietet haben. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Zur Begrüßung wurden uns bereits ein paar Getränke, Sekt und sogar leckeres Gebäck überreicht. Sämtliche Geräte sowie auch die Heizung funktionieren einwandfrei. Vielen Dank lieber Antonio auch für den hübschen Weihnachtsbaum.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un superbe accueil je recommande vivement. La plage est à 5mn à ppies et le centre à 10mn. Le logement était très propre. Procédure d'arrivée et de départ très facile. Pour information la 2eme salle de bain est dans le garage accessible par l'extérieur. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais il faut le savoir. Je recommande cette location

Super gerne wieder

Es war einfach super nur 5 min. Bis zum strand . Haus war sehr sauber man hatte alles was man braucht vor ort. Antonio ist ein super liebevoller vermieter . La casa está fantástica, igual que las fotos , limpísima , con todo lo necesario , en una calle súper tranquila , y a un plis plas de la playa . El anfitrión siempre pendiente . Asi, que , unas estupendas vacaciones … ah y muy cerquita del ambiente del pueblo .

Angenehmer Urlaub

Ein wunderschönes Reihenhaus mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer von der obersten Terrasse aus. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Guter Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fussdistanz. Sehr schöner Strand und sogar Wanderwege in der Nähe.

Sehr komfortables Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage in Sant Pol de Mar. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Der Vermieter Antonio ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Haus bietet 2 Duschen und 3 Toiletten sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann. Sant Pol de Mar ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort ohne touristischen Schnickschnack. Der Strand ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist sauber, wenig besucht und durch Rettungsschwimmer bewacht. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio dem Vermieter verläuft reibungslos in Englisch. Der Bahnhof ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu errechen. Von dort kann man bequem nach Barcelona reisen. Fahrzeit ca. 1 Stunde. Wir, 4 Erwachsene haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dss Haus bietet alles was den Urlaub schön macht. 1 Dachterrasse!, 1 Balkon, 1 Terasse mit ausreichender Möblierung. Man findet eine Spülmaschinene, 2 Kühlschränke, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle. Also: Urlaub auf angenehmen Niveau. Wir konnen wieder! Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Heerlijke vakantiestek

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in Antonio's ruime vakantiehuis. Een fijne ligging vlakbij het strand, een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst en een compleet en gezellig huis. In San Pol de Mar kom je nauwelijks buitenlandse toeristen tegen wat bijna onwerkelijk voelt aan een Spaanse costa..... Kortom: een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar zon, rust en ruimte!

Hola!

Absolutely wonderful! We were there for an Ironman race in Calella, and the location was perfect. San Pol de Mar is a beautiful little town right on the beach with tons to explore and has some great restaurants. The house is definitely cozy, very well equipped and it really felt like home. A 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the train station added to the convenience of the location. Antonio is a great host. He met us at check in for a short tour of the house and to answer any questions. He checked in on us the second day to see if we needed anything and was always there for any questions we had. He was there to collect keys and see us off upon departure. Thank you Antonio! We would love to come back!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio klappte, wie bereits in den anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, hervorragend. Durch die Nähe zum Meer und die gute Anbindung sowohl mit Auto als auch Bahn (Barcelona, Girona) ist die Unterkunft perfekt für einen kombinierten Strand- und Ausflugsurlaub geeignet. Das Zentrum sowie der Bahnhof von Sant Pol ist 8 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der Strand sowie der Ort sind ruhig, nicht zu überlaufen und eher durch Familien geprägt und so ein schöner Kontrast zu Calella, Lloret etc. Gerne wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus in Strandnähe, sehr netter Vermieter

Sehr gut geeignet für Familienurlaub mit größeren Kindern. Haus und Küche gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage in EG und DG. 50m bis zum Sandstrand. Toller Empfang - Antonio hilft sofort. Jederzeit wieder.

A perfect family holiday destination

A very spacious home from home. Large living area, well equipped kitchen and lovely balcony on the ground floor, three double bedrooms and family bathroom on first floor and the largest double bedroom with sun terrace at the top of the house. Below the property is a large garage with laundry and another shower - with a basement below that. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach (which is life-guarded) - underpasses make crossing the busy road and railway line very accessible. Antonio is very charming. All communication with him was efficient and friendly. He met us on arrival with keys and gave us the guided tour. There were a few welcome goodies in the fridge to greet us - a lovely touch! San Pol de Mar is an absolute gem. It retains a small fishing village feel to it. Busy at the weekend with Barcelonians visiting the beaches. So different from the large town of Calella 3km up the road (where you will find bars, discos and fishχps galore)! San Pol is very quiet in comparison. Plenty of restaurants and cafes but if it's nightlife you are after you will need to travel. Rocky coves are within reach by car. A thoroughly lovely and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

Top Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in San Pol de Mar. Die Übergabe/Abgabe zu Beginn und am Ende unseres Aufenthalts hat reibungslos geklappt , obwohl wir uns wegen der Verkehrslage verspätet haben (Vielen Dank an Antonio für die vielen E-Mails/Information vor Beginn unseres Aufenthalts). Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass wir nichts vermisst haben. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage in dem Haus sowie ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien da genug Schlafzimmer und Bäder vorhanden sind. Der Strand ist innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten gut zu erreichen und sehr sauber, nicht überfüllt. Wir würden dieses Haus nochmal buchen.

Wonderful place

We had a great week in this house. The landlord of the house is very friendly and pleasant. In the house you can find everything you need, so it feels like you are home. House is in a convenient location near by the sea and railway station. The town is very quiet, perfect for relaxing with the family or with friends. Hope to come back here again.

Wunderbares Haus für wunderbare Ferien

Wir waren 7 Personen - 3 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in San Pol de Mar. Ausflüge nach Girona und Barcelona liessen sich mit dem Zug locker und gut machen (schöne Strecke) - der Strand ist gut erreichen und das Haus ist bestens ausgerüstet. Antonio ist ein charmanter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben den Aufenhalt sehr genossen!

great venue for family reunion

we had a great stay at the house in san Pol de mar. the place is impeccable spacious and very cosy . The reception was very welcoming it is practically build ón the lovely beach where we spend a lot of the time too. thank you for enabling us to enjoy eachothers company in such a harmonious house! .......we certainly will be back !

Estupenda

Escogimos la casa por su cercanía a la playa y fue perfecto, en cinco minutos podíamos estar paseando por la playa. La casa es acogedora y la calefacción funcionaba perfecta. Hay de todo lo necesario en la cocina y las habitaciones son muy luminosas. Antonio es un encanto.
