Querceta, apartment in villa with garden and parking space. Located 8 minutes from the sea. very green and quiet area with beautiful views of the Versilia hills.
Area of ​​about 60 square meters consisting of: kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave; sitting area with sofa bed for one and a half; master bedroom with cot; single room; bathroom with shower, washing machine and space with puddle.
Recent renovation with Tuscan materials: marble, terracotta, wooden beams, excellent finishes, completely furnished. The air conditioning is located in the living room and is sufficient for the whole house.

Near the villa there are two swimming pools.

FeWo mit kleinen Mângeln
Der VermiDie Lage der FeWo ist sehr weit außerhalb des Ortes. Die Ausstattung ist Insgesamt O.K.; leider fehlen einige zugesagte Sachen. TV vorhanden- leider nur italienische Sender.Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht vorhanden, keine Zudecken nur Tagesdecken. Die Kaffeemaschine ist nur eine Espressomaschine; diese war auch noch Defekt. Der Schlaf war jeden Morgen um 6:00 Uhr beendet, weil in der oberen Wohnung (nur Holzbalkendecke) mit der Hausarbeit begonnen wurde. P.S. Außerhalb der Wohnung wird man von Mücken zerstochen. Wir würden deshalb nicht nochmals dort wohnen wollen.

Gute Lage, in der Nähe mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, saubere + geräumige Unterkunft, schöner Strand
Guter Zustand der FeWo. Alles wichtige war vorhanden. Vermieter war stets gut erreichbar. Nur leider kein Satelliten-TV, konnten nur italienisches Fernsehen schauen. Die Zufahrtsstraßen zum Objekt sind etwas eng, was aber typisch für die Gegend ist. Alles in Allem ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub.

es hat mich sehr gefreut nach unserem deutschen verregneten Sommer und der kurzfristigen Entscheidung Urlaub in der Toskana zu machen noch eine Ferienwohnung zu bekommen. Erschwerend kommt bei uns hinzu, dass wir mit einem Hund verreisen. Das alles hat bei der Buchung sehr gut geklappt und auch die verzögerte Anreise durch die Schweiz war für den Vermieter kein Problem. Es gab während unserer Anreise sogar Rückfragen zu unserer Ankunftszeit und es war wunderbar, dass wir dies flexibel handhaben konnten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einem Wohngebiet mit Gärten und kleineren Wohnhäusern, aber trotzdem sehr verkehrsgünstig. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. In der Umgebung finden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ich kann die Wohnung und den Vermieter nur empfehlen.

Gepflegt und ordentlich, wir waren fast 100% zufrieden.
Die Wohnung im Valentina Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (3 und 8J) das erste Mal in Forte dei Marmi. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 10Min mit dem Auto von Forte dei Marmi Zentrum entfernt und befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet, das von der Umgebung her nicht viele Möglichkeiten für Familien bietet. Spielplätze gibt es in Strandnähe und im Zentrum. Daher sind Auto oder Fahrräder wichtig. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber und mit dem Nötigsten (Besteck für max. 4 Personen) ausgestattet. Wir kamen gut zurecht. Der Vorgarten ist gepflegt, aber leider bietet er keine Möglichkeiten zum Raussitzen und nur wenig Schutz vor der Sonne, so dass die Kinder nicht draußen spielen konnten, während man sich für einen Ausflug vorbereitete. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt für Familien mit Kindern. Grillen wäre möglich, aber ohne Sitzgelegenheit im Garten eher umständlich. Die Wohnung ist mit Gittern an den Fenstern gut gegen Moskitos geschützt. Alles in Allem (bis auf die Nutzung des Gartens) hatten wir eine gute Zeit. Die Gastgeber bzw. Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Zeer schoon en rustige benedenwoning.
Supermarkt in de buurt en enkele pizzaria's/ restaurant. Pietrasanta is een heel aardig stadje en wordt gezien als ' kunststad'. Leuk plein met inderdaad kunst en veel terrasjes. Strand: 5 kilometer. Huis ligt in een erg rustige wijk. Supermarkt en pizzaria's/restaurants in de buurt.

Molto bella.
L'appartamento è come da foto. Molto pulito, la signora è una persona gentilissima. Unica pecca è la distanza dal mare, circa 5 km., compensata dal fatto che quando si arriva nella villetta a fine giornata ci si immerge nel più totale relax. Consigliato. Molto.

Perfeita!
Vila Valentina é uma casinha aconchegante, num local sossegado. Você se sente no campo mas está há 10 minutos de carro ou 20 minutos de bicicleta da praia. Muito bem montada e cuidada, com tudo que se precisa para uma estada confortável. Os proprietários Paolo e Francesco são muito gentis e prestativos. Amamos nossa longa estada lá e altamente recomendamos.
