The house was designed and built in 2015 as a summer home by the architect owner for large gatherings of family and friends.
The property is set on a 2 acre lot along a stream bordering the forest. It is calm and quiet, a kilometer from the beach.
The house is extremely functional for large groups of family and friends with a large living room, dining and kitchen area fully open to the exterior with sliding doors to the terrace and the 3.5x11.5m heated pool (mai-septembre)
There is a second covered terrace at the further end of the pool for relaxing and reading away from the house.
6 bedrooms : 3 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with single beds, 1 bunk room with 4 single beds.
3 bathrooms : 2 shower rooms and 1 with bath/shower.
1 separate toilet. (Total 4 toilets)
Fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers.
Dining table for 14.
TV room.
Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A lovely stay

A fantastic house, pool and grounds. It suited everyone in the family group over a 75 year age range. Easy access to local baker, supermarket and fish shop.

Family Summer Holiday

The accommodation ticked every box for us as three separate families and would certainly recommend it for others looking for a relaxing/leisurely break. Many thanks to Marc and the wider team for making this an extremely enjoyable stay.

Fantastic modern property for young and old.

Stayed with grandparents, two families with 5 children between 3 and 7. Great having no stairs and a great layout. A super smart property with great architecture. Only warning is there is no fence around the pool so need to keep an eye on children.

Our 2023 Family Holiday

This is an excellent villa - modern, well furnished, in a great location with the town centre and coast easily within walking distance. We were a Family of 10, in all age ranges - the pool was heated, we appreciated having two dishwashers, although we didn’t master the tumble drier - but I suspect our lack of French didn’t help. We wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

Family holiday August 2023

Lovely holiday in great house for large group. We were 11 ranging in age from 69 to 12 weeks. Lots of space both inside and out and the pool was fantastic for all to enjoy.House is well equipped but was very hot at night after daytime temperatures of 30 degrees plus! Great location with plenty to do and places to visit.Would recommend.

Une maison superbe et de la place pour tout le monde

Une maison superbe, spacieuse avec tous les équipements! Chaque foyer sa salle de bain, tout est pensé pour être convivial, pratique et agréable. Mon frère, qui est un artiste exigeant a même trouvé l’ameublement et la déco de très bon goût! Piscine chauffée pour que les adorateurs des jeux aquatiques s’en donnent à cœur joie toute la journée. Je loue sur le bassin depuis 10 ans et c’est ma plus belle expérience! Merci beaucoup

Heel fijne locatie en huis. Jammer genoeg niet proper, heel veel spinnenwebben en een raam openzetten stond gelijk aan veel spinnen en muggen binnenlaten. Tafeltennis, oven en BBQ waren niet in orde, deze werd wel dadelijk (zo goed als) hersteld voor de eigenaar na enkele berichten. Voor een grote groep zou er wel een extra frigo mogen voorzien worden, 1 frigo is echt te min voor 11 personen drinken en eten. We minsten ook kussen op de houten zegelbedden, liggen op een houten plank is niet zo aangenaam. Kortom, mooi huis met rustige ligging maar jammer van het mindere onderhoud en netheid.

Tolles Ferienhaus für Gruppen

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit mit 3 Familien in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sehr gut aufgeteilt für 3 Familien und die Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse ist perfekt. Der Pool ist schön groß, so dass man sich richtig schwimmen kann. Der Vermieter Marc und die Agentur vor Ort waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

Séjour très agréable malgré une météo capricieuse

La villa a été appréciée par tous les membres de la famille. Spacieuse, permettant à chacun de pouvoir s'isoler , un grand jardin et une belle piscine chauffée. Des jeux pour enfants type balançoire seraient un plus.

Perfekt für den Familien-Poolurlaub

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in Andernos, und das Haus war wunderbar für Pooltage, und als Ausgangslage für Reisen zum Atlantik, Arcachon oder Bordeaux. Das Haus ist ca. 20 Min fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist etwas weiter entfernt, ca. 45 min fußläufig. Man sollte sich frühzeitig Fahrräder mieten oder mitbringen, denn die Parkplatzsituation in Andernos ist schwierig. Im Haus selbst waren keine Räder. Leider gab es auch nur einen TV, und das nicht im zentralen Wohnzimmer. Ansonsten entsprach das Haus unseren Vorstellungen, nur die Sauberkeit ließ bei Anreise etwas zu wünschen übrig. Der Inhaber/Agentur haben aber umgehend Hilfe geschickt, und die Missstände behoben. Wir können das Haus daher ohne Probleme weiterempfehlen.

Cette maison est joliment décoré. Les chambres ainsi que le mobilier et la décoration sont de bons goût. L'emplacement de la maison est parfaite, calme, pratique pour le jogging, faire du vélo,... Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit. Encore Merci.

Maison très agréable et spacieuse

Très bon séjour dans cette maison agréable et bien équipée, idéale pour 2 familles. La pièce à vivre est très grande, avec un coin jeux pour les enfants. L'espace nuit est bien isolé du reste de la maison (matelas peut-être un peu mous). Belle piscine ; il nous a juste manqué une épuisette pour l'entretien quotidien.

Erholsamer Mehrgenerationenurlaub in tollem Ambiente

Bei dem Ferienhaus handelt es sich um ein Designjuwel, dass sich perfekt in das ruhig gelegene Grundstück einfügt. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Schöner Pool. Für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern jeder Altersgruppe oder auch mit älteren Menschen zu empfehlen.

Séjour très agréables. Maison très bien étudiée pour plusieurs familles.

Le calme de cette maison est vraiment appréciable et chacun peut profiter pleinement de chaque espace à sa guise. Seul bémol : l'entretien de la piscine n'est pas optimale et de nombreuses algues se sont développées au cours du séjour dans le fond. L’extérieur de la maison mériterait aussi un rafraîchissement. Niveau équipements, un robot ménager et une balance serait un minimum pour cuisiner pour 14 personnes ... Excepté ces quelques points, tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Séjour exceptionnel

Très belle maison aux prestations haut de gamme. Agencement idéal pour famille nombreuse avec enfants. Plusieurs coins sont dédiés aux enfants dans cette maison ce qui la rend très agréable. Terrain au calme sans vis à vis. Un peu loin a pied de la plage mais parfait pour y aller en vélo.
