Tres beau week end en famille , a olerons il y a plein de belle choses a voir et a faire notament la peche a pied , le marché le matin les balades , visite de la cotiniere , toute la famille a adoré . Nous gardons les coordonnées de cette maison agreable .

Agréable séjour en famille à Chaucre

Endroit super calme, on entend même le roulement des vagues le soir confortablement installé dans un transat ☺️☺️🥰 Le logement est cosy et frais par fortes chaleurs 😎 Concernant l’environnement immédiat, le nord de l’île est sauvage et merveilleux ♥️ De belles longues balades à vélo s’offre à vous tout le long de l’île 👌 A recommander 🤩

Un agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette location et c'était vraiment un agréable séjour. La location est propre, très fonctionnelle et calme. La literie confortable. La douche est incroyable 😊 Le jardin n'est pas très grand (mais franchement ça nous allait très bien) mais propre et bien équipé. J'ai aimé la luminosité de la pièce principale car la 2ème semaine il n'a pas fait très beau mais la pièce restait très claire, ce qui était très agréable. Les propriétaires ont été aux petits soins avec nous, toujours prêts à rendre service tout en restant discrets. La plage est à moins de 5 min à vélo, vraiment pratique. Si nous revenons à l'île d'Oléron, nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cette location. 😊

Maison très agréable

Grande maison (nous étions un couple avec un enfant de 3 ans) avec un petit jardin et son salon pour profiter du beau temps. Rien à redire : accueil sympathique, endroit très calme, literie très correcte, toilettes séparées et équipement de cuisine complet. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Charmante maison au calme proche de la boulangerie. Pret de vélo très appréciable. Propriétaire disponible et sympathique. Possibilité de louer la maison à côté. Parfait pour se retrouver à plusieurs familles ou entre amis.

Au calme sur l'île d'Oléron

Très agréable séjour. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont toujours disponibles en cas de besoins.Des vélos nous ont été prêtés gracieusement. Endroit calme et reposant. Proche d'une très belle plage et d'une boulangerie pour les petits déjeuners... Une île a découvrir !

Charmantes Haus in altem Ortsteil von Chaucre

Charmantes 3-Zimmer-Haus im alten Ortskern von Chaucre. Bäckerei 1 Min entfernt. Zum Strand mit dem Fahrrad 5 Min. Das Haus, v a. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Evtl. fehlen ein paar Gläser und Kaffeebecher, aber sonst sind viele Pfannen, Kochbesteck etc vorhanden. Sehr netter Außenbereich. Der Kontakt mit Pascale und Hubert hat sehr gut geklappt.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Objekt ist mitten im alten Zentrum von Choucre, sehr ruhig, das Haus selber alt aber renoviert man merkt durch einige klemmenden Türen das alter des Hauses. Bad und Schlafzimmer gut ,gute Betten,die Küche ist in ordnung einiges etwas verwohnt.Der kleine Garten ist gemütlich und sonnig mit guten Gartenmöbeln ausser der Grill würde ersetzt gehören. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen und ist zum erkundigen der Insel toll gelegen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit sonnigem, abgeschlossenem Garten in sehr ruhiger Lage. Tolle Küche, hervorragendes Bad und sehr gute Betten/Matrazen. Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden kleinen Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt. Zufahrt in den Hof zum Parkplatz für größere Autos/Kombis etwas schwierig. Einzig das WLAN war langsam und instabil.

Charming Cottage In Chaucre

We had a wonderful stay in this sweet cottage. The house is located in the beautiful village of Chaucre with a small boulangerie conveniently located just around the corner and excellent beaches just 5 minutes away by bike.

Ruhiges und hübsches Haus mitten im Ort

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mitten im Ort. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ideal für Familien. Bäcker um die Ecke, Strand ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg....

C’est une très jolie maison. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Le petit plus est d’avoir un vélo afin de se rendre à la plage de chaucre.

Annonce mensongère : la maison est dans "son jus"

Maison qui n’est pas entièrement rénovée comme indiqué, c’est à dire propre et en bon état. Peintures toutes écaillées sur les plafonds, portes et murs, les portes ferment mal (dont une chambre ce qui est gênant), verrou de la porte de la salle de bain à l’extérieur et non à l’intérieur de la pièce, vaisselle ébréchée (certaines pièces ne sont vraiment pas présentables), lits qui craquent beaucoup. Douche d’apparence récente, le lavabo étant ébréché, mais système de coulissage de la porte en verre défectueux et celle-ci m’est tombée dessus au premier usage. La propriétaire qui a reconnu que la maison est « dans son jus », ce qui ne correspond pas au descriptif et qu’il faudrait qu’elle modifie l’annonce. Maison qui était sale à notre arrivée (sauf sols et sanitaires) : sable sur fauteuil et dans les armoires, vaisselle très sale (du liquide saumâtre au fond du bac à couverts, des couverts avec des résidus de nourritures, des casseroles sales…) et insuffisante (pour les couteaux par exemple, pas de grandes tasses…), grandes toiles d’araignée aux plafonds, plan de travail de la cuisine non nettoyé. Le lave-vaisselle était défectueux, j’ai dû nettoyer les buses des ailettes complètement encrassées et remplir le réservoir de sel. La propriétaire a pris nos remarques avec une certaine désinvolture « vous êtes à Oléron et pas sur l’Ile de Ré », « si les locataires n’utilisent pas les équipements correctement, je n’y peux rien », voire a été menaçante « mon mari va arriver et ce sera une autre chanson, cela se réglera entre hommes ». Dommage car avec des travaux de rafraichissement et des équipements en bon état de fonctionnement, la maison serait très agréable. Toutefois à souligner le prêt de 3 vélos par les propriétaires (en état très moyen de conservation - avec 1 seul antivol et pas de pompe alors qu’un pneu à plat et malgré mes demandes).
