In a residential and panoramic area, Casa Krissi is a bright and spacious apartment with lake view, sleeps 4, set in a residence with pool and garden. Carport reserved for guests. Excellent starting point for walks, hikes, mountain bike trails. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Just a 15-minute walk from the center of Garda, Casa Krissi is housed in a charming residence with swimming pool, solarium and garden. The apartment is on two floors, on the first floor we find entrance, living room, kitchen with granite top and fully equipped, complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine with capsules, toaster, kettle, German coffee machine, mixer. The terrace overlooking the beautiful hills of Garda, the first bathroom with tub and closet with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Through an elegant marble staircase leads to the attic floor where we find the double bedroom in lake view, the second bedroom and the second bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are available for guests. The apartment has a private parking space and free WiFi.
Guests can access the communal garden and the pool where they can have three sun loungers and a deckchair with umbrella for exclusive use, ideal place to read a good book, sunbathe and relax. Access to the house and the pool is allowed only for guests.
Upon arrival I will be happy to welcome you to give you the keys and I will be available for any information during your stay. In the apartment you will find brochures and directions to better organize your holiday.
Free shuttle to the center of Garda a few meters from the apartment. Ample public parking available in front of the residence. Gardacqua Welness & Spa at 100mt. with tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and gym.

Great location
Well equipped 2 bed/2 bath property about 20/25 mins walk into Garda. Shuttle bus (free)also stops outside property which is lovely & clean. Gorgeous pool. Cristina couldn't have been more helpful. Met us on arrival although we were very late.

Die Wohnung ist schön und von guter Qualität. Die Lage mit Pool Anlage ist schön. Allerdings ca. eineinhalb km vom See entfernt. Das versprochene Shuttle war nicht da und es war anfangs gut warm. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz war sehr angenehm!

Einfach super!
Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft toll. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz, eine Garage und einen schönen Ausblick. Den Pool hatten wir oft für uns alleine. Cristina und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😀

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung, toller Pool
Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, gepflegter Pool und Außenanlage. Die Ausstattung ist gut, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, Cristina hat bei unserer Ankunft alles prima erklärt und Tipps gegeben. Handtücher, Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffekapseln waren vorhanden. Die Tiefgarage ist praktisch (Hagel!). Garda ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung, toller Service!
Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern in Krissis Wohnung. Sie hat uns alles toll erklärt. War freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war tip top sauber! Handtücher, Klimaanlage, Geschirr, alles was man braucht. Spülmaschinentabs, kaffeekapeln, tee, Gewürze. Pool ruhig und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen! Danke Cristina!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Familienurlaub am Gardasee
Wir haben hier Ende August zwei schöne Urlaubswochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und wir haben sie genau so wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar Seife, Mülltüten, Spülmaschinentabs, Adapter für die Steckdosen usw. liegen bereit. Durch die Klimaanlage und die Fensterläden ist es in der Wohnung immer angenehm kühl. Cristina ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie erkundigt sich ab und zu, ob alles in Ordnung ist und über WhatsApp ist sie jederzeit erreichbar. Auch wenn die Wohnanlage an der Straße liegt, hört man die Autos kaum. Auf der Poolseite ist vom Verkehr sogar gar nichts zu hören. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Den Pool hatten wir oft für uns alleine, weil viele Wohnungen als Zweit- oder Wochenendwohnung genutzt werden. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz bietet auch Platz für Fahrräder. Sollte das Auto für die Tiefgarage ein wenig zu lang sein, findet man auch vor dem Haus oder auf der anderen Straßenseite immer einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnanlage liegt am Hang, sodass man mit den Fahrrädern bequem in ca. 10 min ins Zentrum nach Garda herunterrollen kann. Nur die Rückfahrt ist dann etwas anstrengend, aber unsere Kinder, 11 und 13, haben das ganz gut hinbekommen. Der Bäcker und ein Einkaufszentrum sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Garda ist ein sehr hübscher Ort mit einer schönen Promenade. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man einige Kilometer in südliche Richtung entlang des Sees fahren. Hier findet man auch das ein oder andere Fleckchen zum Baden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

10 schöne Tage am Gardasee
Eigentlich kann man sich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir haben uns in der sehr geräumigen Wohnung von Cristina sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Klimaanlage hängt im Treppenhaus des oberen Stockwerks und kühlt so beide Etagen. Anfangs waren wir skeptisch ob das über 2 Etagen wirklich funktioniert. Aber selbst bei über 30Grad Aussentemperatur war die Wohnung in kurzer Zeit angenehm kühl. Sehr angenehm fanden wir auch die Tiefgarage in der sich nochmal für jede Wohnung eine Einzelgarage befindet. Die Garage ist so geräumig, daß man dort problemlos Auto und Fahrräder abstellen kann. Wir haben sie hauptsächlich für unsere E-Bikes benutzt. Noch etwas zum Thema Fahrräder. Wir haben uns vor der Reise gefragt ob wir die Räder wirklich mitnehmen sollen und ob man bei Temperaturen um 30 Grad wirklich mit dem Fahrrad fährt . Wir haben es nicht bereut. Man kann damit sehr gut die 1,5km in den Ort fahren und es gibt einen sehr schönen Weg direkt am See entlang zu den nächsten Orten wie Bardolino, Cisano oder Lazise. Abschließend möchte ich noch den Kontakt zu Cristina lobend erwähnen. Sie ist sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Fragt per WhatsApp nach ob man zufrieden ist oder ob irgend etwas fehlt. Das haben wir so auch noch nicht erlebt. Uns hat sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Gegend um Garda sehr gefallen so das wir sicherlich noch einmal wiederkommen werden.

Vi er veldig fornøyd med å bo i Krissi House. Ren og velutstyrt leilighet,hyggelig utleier som det var lett å kommunisere med.Fint med tilgang til basseng -leiligheten ligger litt fra sentrum,men shuttle bussen fungerte helt fint.Holdeplass like ved leiligheten,bussen var gratis.Fint tilbud! Stille og godt område å bo. Kommer gjerne igjen!😊

Family holiday at krissi house lake Garda
We’ve just had a fantastic 10 nights as a family in beautiful Garda town, lake Garda (2 adults 2 boys 9 & 12). Krissi house was an ideal base for our stay. The apartment was immaculate and we couldn’t have asked for anything more from Cristina the owner. She responded to all our queries prior to arriving and was there to greet us when we arrived, again providing lots of useful information about the area and recommendations about where to eat/visit. After research we decided not to hire a car. The apartment was ideally situated - a 20 minute walk downhill into Garda or we could make use of the free shuttle bus which ran from 9-12pm then 4pm-7pm. There are also local supermarkets on the bus route, very good restaurants within 10 minute walk of the apartment and a taxi cost around 10 euros from Garda. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a home from home feel - it had everything we needed. The pool was a good size, we often had it to ourselves and it was lovely to have our own sun loungers and umbrella. We would definitely recommend this apartment - thank you Cristina for making us so welcome!

Toller Urlaub am Gardasee!
Liebe Cristina, wir hatten wirklich sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung Krissie in Garda. Die Wohnung ist für max. 4 Personen (wir waren mit unserer 14jährigen Tochter dort) groß und liegt auf 2 Etagen. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich die zwei Schlafzimmer, besonders angenehm, wenn man mit Kindern reist. Es ist reichlich Schrankplatz vorhanden, die Betten waren hervorragend. Für die heißen Tage war auch die Klimaanlage, wenn man sie nutzen möchte, von Vorteil. In der unteren Etage befindet sich die sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnküche , außerdem gehört ein großer Balkon zur Wohnung. Die gesamte Wohnung ebenso wie die Wohnanlage mit Gemeinschaftspool waren außerordentlich sauber und gepflegt und es war angenehm ruhig in der Anlage. Für die kleine Urlaubswäsche zwischendurch gibt es eine Waschmaschine und sogar Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Cristina. Sie hatte sich bereits kurz vor unserer Anreise per E-Mail gemeldet und hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes regelmäßig per Whatsapp erkundigt, wie es uns geht und ob wir etwas benötigen. Außerdem gab es wertvolle Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und anderen wichtigen Dingen. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Lage des Objekts an einer relativ befahrenen Straße nach Garda (das Objekt liegt ca. 15 Gehminuten von Garda Zentrum entfernt), aber das stört nur, wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist und wenn man ins Zentrum läuft. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wobei wir noch einmal besonders die freundliche und aufmerksame Kommunikation mit Cristina betonen möchten, ohne dass dies die Vorzüge der Wohnung mindern soll. Vielleicht ergibt sich einmal wieder die Gelegenheit, an den Gardasee zu fahren. Dann werden wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder in Betracht ziehen. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank für alles.

Wunderschöne Ferien in einer wunderschönen Wohnung
Wir haben zwei unglaublich schöne Wochen in dieser super Ferienwohnung verbracht. Dir Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, alles ist top sauber und es gibt sogar einen Tiefgaragenplatz! Die Lage am Hügel könnte etwas schwierig sein, jedoch gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus, der gleich nebenan hält. Insofern auch das kein Problem. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Cristina war bereits vor der Ankunft da und sie war jederzeit sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung sehr gern weiter und kommen bestimmt auch einmal wieder! Grazie, Cristina per tutto!

Strongly recommend. Lovely modern well equipped house, great pool and lake views.
Me and my husband and two boys (16 and 15) had a wonderful stay in Krissi house in August 2018. Owner Cristina was very friendly and helpful, and provided great information on the area and things to do while we were there. The house was very clean and the best equipped one we have stayed in and Cristina had provided some welcome extras for our arrival. The garage parking was an extra bonus. This was my family’s 4th time at Lake Garda and we love it. We will definitely be back and would very happily stay in Krissi House again.

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf See
Unser Aufenthalt in Casa Krissi im Juli/August 2018 dauerte 2 Wochen. Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und bietet alles, was ein Urlauber in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Küche und Schlafzimmer sowie die Badezimmer sind perfekt ausgestattet. Wir hatten zwei Fernseh-Junkies im Alter von 5 bis 7 Jahren dabei. Daher wäre es gut gewesen, wenn wir einige deutsche Fernsehsender hätten empfangen können. Dies ist leider nicht möglich. Der Senderempfang für deutsches Fernsehen ist nicht gegeben. Da man die meiste Zeit jedoch auf Ausflügen ist oder sich in der sehr gepflegten Poolanlage bewegt, ist dies im Grunde kein Problem. Der Pool war nicht zu stark gechlort und trotz starker Nutzung sauber. Die Grünanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Ein Hausmeister bzw. der Poolmann schaut regelmäßig nach dem Rechten in der Außenanlage. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die Tiefgarage. Das Auto steht immer schattig kühl. Cristina war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und kümmerte sich liebevoll um uns. Sie hielt regelmäßig Kontakt über WhatsApp und erkundigte sich nach unserem Befinden. Aufgrund der großen Hitze tauschte Sie sogar die Bettwäsche und Handtücher aus und drapierte die Stofftiere unserer Mädels liebevoll auf den Betten. Sie sorgte dafür, dass wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Garda hatten. Man sollte sich in der Anlage ein wenig an die Regeln der Wohngemeinschaft halten, da hier auch viele Eigentümer wohnen und es sich nicht um eine reine Ferienanlage handelt. Die Bewohner waren grundsätzlich sehr freundlich. Schwierig waren einige Miturlauber, die sich nicht an Regeln halten wollten und z.B. Poolliegen ungefragt benutzten, die ihnen nicht gehörten oder ohne vorher zu duschen in den Pool gingen oder Bier im Pool getrunken haben. Das fand bei den Bewohnern der Anlage verständlicher Weise wenig Gefallen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger sind sehr nahgelegen und gut erreichbar. In den Ort sind wir meist mit dem Auto gefahren und haben am Busbahnhof geparkt (Kosten für 2,5 Stunden etwa 4€). Der kostenlose Shuttlebus war sehr praktisch allerdings macht das Shuttle Mittagspause zwischen 12:30 und 16:30 Uhr. Was nicht sehr praktisch ist, wenn man im Nachmittag mit den Kindern an den Pool gehen möchte. Von Garda zur Wohnung sind es zu Fuß (mit zwei Kindern) ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg. Grundsätzlich kein Problem. Bergauf bei großer Hitze allerdings nicht vergnügungssteuerpflichtig.

Dejlig lejlighed, sød udlejer, rolige omgivelser og god beliggenhed
Vi havde en dejlig ferieuge i Garda i Cristinas lejlighed. Cristina er sød og omsorgsfuld og giver gerne tips og tricks. Lejligheden var rummelig og godt udstyret. God beliggenhed til byen, der går en gratis bus i ring, den er god, men man kan sagtens gå. Vend blikket bagud for gode restauranter i stedet for at gå ned i byen. Swimmingpoolen har god størrelse og dybde, den blev kun benyttet af få familier selvom ca. 25 lejligheder har adgang. Der er faste pladser ved poolen, da alle lejligheder er private. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage.

We spent a fantastic week at Krissi house as a family of three with a baby daughter. The apartment is beautifully finished and has all the hallmarks of a comfortable and well-equipped family home. All the appliances and supplies we needed were provided and Cristina and family were regularly in touch offering assistance and advice on maximising our holiday. It was very useful to have underground parking for our hire car. It is a relaxed twenty minute stroll into Garda but if you require transport the free shuttle is comfortable, punctual and frequent. All in all a wonderful base for a holiday in Garda. We would thoroughly recommend Krissi house.

Lovely appartment in a lovely area of Garda
The appartment is in a mainly residential area about a 25 mins walk from Garda, but there is a free regular shuttle bus that is a fantastic service to the centre and only takes 10 mins. The small complex is quiet, attractive and well cared for with lovely views of the countryside, lake in the distance and clean, great pool seen from the balcony. It was a spacious, clean and comfortable appartment, a great base! Cristina, the owner kept in touch, was so helpful and made us welcome. She even had the appartment cleaned early as we had an early flight!

Great apartment, clean and convenient
This was a great apartment for two adults and two kids. The apartment was very pretty with high-quality furnishings and everything a family needs on 2 levels, including 2 bathrooms. The apartment complex has a nice pool and garage if you can't find off-street parking, but we always did. It is right on a main street going into Garda, but we were not bothered by the street noise. It was very convenient for reaching everything near the lake as well as for getting onto the highway. Christina was great in communicating and meeting us there to show us everything - and she helped us when we needed a special favor. Highly recommended and I hope we will go back!
