In the heart of Milan, in San Babila a few steps from the Duomo and the Fashion & Design District.
Refined and elegant apartment, on the top floor of a stately building, with a charming terrace and a splendid view of the city from above.
An oasis of relaxation for those coming to Milan for business, shopping or tourism.
Ideal for 1 to 3 guests, for couples or small family groups.

The apartment is on the 6th and last floor, accessible by lift, and is very bright and very quiet, despite the high density of shops, showrooms, bars and restaurants.
All the rooms overlook the large terrace, have large windows and a suggestive view of the city from above. The interior blends harmoniously with the exterior, creating a unique and emotional context.

Cozy apartment
Apartment is cozy and bright and centrally located in a good neighborhood.The property manager was very helpful and friendly. She replaced the shower hose promptly when we highlighted that it was broken.We would have liked the bath towels to be newer...they were quite used. There were extra pillows in the storeroom but we couldn't find the pillow cases and asked the property manager twice where were the extra pillow cases and she didn't respond to the question ...Overall, a good stay for 6 nights...

Fantastic stay in Milan
My wife and I visited Milan for part of our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience staying in Francesca's flat. When we arrived, she personally greeted us and gave us a quick tour of the space walking us through where everything was located. The place itself was cute and quaint. Everything worked such as the shower, A/C, washing machine, etc. The location is exceptional as you're walking distance from the duomo and all the excellent shops near it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in Milan!

Perfect location
This lovely flat is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Castle, Duomo, metro, etc. It is quiet and very safe. Check-in was easy, washer was useful, patio was a delightful space for a romantic dinner among the flowering plants. Highly recommend.

A gorgeous flat 10 minutes from the Duomo!
Francesca’s flat is super cute and in a great location. 10 minutes to the Duomo, around the corner from a grocery store, and minutes from a major Metro stop. It’s small but uses space efficiently and was perfectly comfortable for 3 people. The terrace is lovely and the decorations are thoughtful. Francesca is really the best part of the flat - she was super helpful and communicative. It was a wonderful stay!

Well-equipped and great location
One of the strongest points of the apartment is its location. The Duomo, La Scala, several museums, and the metro are within a short walk. In addition, there is a small supermarket nearby. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The bedroom is comfortable and cozy. And, the sitting area is spacious. We enjoyed our stay in Milan and would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in the center of Milan.

Nice, but see comments
The bed is low to the floor & fills the room, so not good, especially for seniors. Also, the bed is on another level, so stairs to bathroom in the night. Not a lot of space if you have large suitcases. Good location for bus, stores. A busy street, so sirens every night. Nice terrace but it rained, so we didn’t get to enjoy it.

Great Location in Milano
This is quite a small sixth floor apartment in walking distance of shopping, sight-seeing and other Milan attractions. Two adults managed in the very small rooms but I wouldn’t have wanted to have a third person in the group. Also, we found the bed quite uncomfortable in the tiny bedroom space. Even though it’s on the sixth floor there is quite a lot of road noise especially sirens.

Magic in Milano
What a treat it was to stay in this apartment for 3 days exploring Milano. I was there to celebrate my 50th birthday and it could not have been a more perfect setting, perfect location and perfect place to rest my head after strolling the streets of Milano all day. Cheery and comfortable base for exploring Milan
Francesca's apartment is light, colorful, and cozy. The bed and other furniture are comfortable. The kitchen is bright and well-equipped for doing simple cooking, and an espresso machine with pods makes breakfast at home perfect. The large terrace, with its many green plants, adds a wonderful, peaceful feeling and is a good place to relax after a day on the streets. Francesca was very responsive to questions ahead of time and she met and showed us the apartment upon our arrival. We highly recommend the apartment as a base for a visit to Milan.

Well situated, clean. Francesca was a good host. There was an obvious issue with mosquitos in the appartment which was not communicated. There were traps/repellents in the appartment, so it seemed like this was known by the host. Even with all windows closed they were getting in and affected our sleep. Apart from that, we would recommend this stay

Wonderful Central Apartment!
We stayed four nights and truly enjoyed our stay. The huge terrace adds another living space, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the bedroom is small yet comfortable and there is a very big walk-in closet for clothes and luggage. It is on the 6th and top floor with a lift, and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. The host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would stay here again!

Tranquility in the Middle of the City
"I enjoy coming back to this apartment." This was said by my husband on numerous occasions and I think sums up how delightful the place is. We enjoyed the terrace in the mornings at breakfast and in the evenings for our glass of wine. Francesca was an ideal host. She was responsive to our late arrival and to our need for assistance in finding my husband's lost glasses. The living area and bedroom are comfortable, light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped. The washing machine is an extra plus. And the location is great. 10 minutes to the Duomo, the GoldenTriangle and the Metro. We would rent this apartment the next time we are in Milan.

Wonderful!
We really enjoyed this charming flat in the heart of Milan’s historic district. Just a quick walk to the Duomo and Galleria shopping mall, Teatro Alla Scala and much more. It was a wonderful experience. The terrace/balcony was great. We had our meals out there every time we ate in and enjoyed the view. Our host Francesca was very attentive and lived nearby, she greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the flat with tips for getting around Milan. Highly recommend!

Lovely Terrace facing East for morning sun
This is a well located flat with a large terrace filled with hydrangeas and roses. Perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, etc as well as a dish washer. Although on a busy street, the flat is on the 6 th floor so fairly quiet. The only negative is the shower which is in a small bathtub and rather treacherous. The furnishings are pretty and stylish.
