WALK TO THE BEACH-- CUTE 2 BEDROOM CONDO
WE RENT WEEKLY IN THE SUMMER BUT IF IT IS CLOSE TO THE DATE AND WE HAVE OPENINGS, WE WILL RENT FEWER NIGHTS. EMAIL IF YOU ARE INTERESTED AND I WILL SEND AN OFFER
Unit C is a two bedroom, one bath, 2nd floor condo. It is 900 square feet. It has a nice open living dining area. We have a full kitchen with all the necessary cooking things and a washer/dryer. Unit C has a downstairs patio with a BBQ and a lovely little porch upstairs. There is a garage for parking and storing beach items. Our place is comfortable and cute without fancy things to worry about. Leave your worries at home.

"We love the central coast for its old-time beach atmosphere and easy access to a wide variety of activities in Santa Barbara and Ventura."

Our property on Dorrance has the flavor of the past with the accommodations that you want for your family today. Located within two blocks of just about everything, it's a short, 2 block, walk to the beach and wildlife sanctuary
