Villa 4 pers in tropical Nature

The 4-person "toradja" villa is drowned in tropical vegetation. 
It is the soul and the crossroads of our travels, Africa, Asia, Amazonia and the Caribbean ... the horizon now pushes us to South America ...
This place is made for flexible and open minds in the richness of multicultural exchanges.
Green environment surrounded by generous nature, in the tropical garden of 1000m2:

* 120m2 villa for 4 people with kitchen. 1 bathroom.
* One bedroom with double bed 160x200 with air conditioning.
* Another bedroom on the mezzanine floor by taking the stairs (see photo) with two 190x90 single beds and fan. 

There is a 12m3 round pool with a depth of 1.20m.
Next to the swimming pool a carbet relaxation area on stilts named "toradja" of 18m2 with large sofa and hammock, that is to say an "aperitif relaxation outdoor" space open to nature.
The whole is connected by a large 80m2 deck with wooden floors. 
You have a large fully equipped kitchen. There is wifi.

The house is in the countryside 3 km from the village and 800m from a small casino supermarket. 
The sea is 1km away (Raisins Clairs beach), there are many magnificent beaches, international golf, a marina, diving clubs ... a multitude of outdoor activities ....
The Marina and the old port offers many varieties of restaurants, Creole, European, Indian, etc.

The region is renovating the old water system for several years. Sometimes we have water cuts of qq hours ... neither hot nor cold water, we hope that this will not happen during your stay.
Therefore we put a 600litres water reserve solution available for your well being during the cut.

Perfect Beach Bungalow in Southern Mississippi

A charming little bungalow right on Beach Boulevard. The location was fantastic for our visit to the surrounding areas. The host Lydia had thought of every little detail to make our stay nice. We were coming in late and she made sure she left the light on. We could come and go as we pleased and never felt that we were bothering anyone. The grounds appeared to be very enjoyable with the right weather. We came in February so we did not get to enjoy the pool and some of the outside because it was just a little chilly. We would definitely come back because this was my Moms dream- to get to stay on a property right along the beach in a guest house!

Tres beau gite dans un cadre de verdure exceptionnel

Très beau gîte dans un cadre de verdure exceptionnel conforme aux photos et descriptifs, le tout dans un environnement calme et sans vis a vis direct sur le voisinage. L'accueil des propriétaires est excellent avec de nombreux conseils et recommandations qui se sont tous révélés très précieux dans l'optimisation de notre séjour, et une disponibilité très appréciable... Un bémol sur la "vétusté" de la salle de bain / WC mais la propriétaire nous a indiqué que des travaux de rénovation allaient être effectués ce qui est effectivement nécessaire et du coup rendra le logement encore plus agréable ! Notre séjour en famille s'est parfaitement passé et a très bientôt pour un futur séjour :)

Séjour très agréable

Maison au calme, à 5min en voiture du centre de st François et des plages. La maison est agréable avec un bémol pour la salle de bains mais qui doit être refaite. (nous en avons parlé avec la propriétaire). a part cela rien à redire. La maison est bien équipée (pas de lave-vaisselle par contre) et lextérieur est super. Proprios sympas.

Havre de paix

Un véritable plaisir d'avoir séjourné ici. Nous nous sommes senti tout de suite à l'aise. Le cadre dans ce jardin tropical est juste magnifique. La maison ouverte sur la terrasse et le jardin est un plaisir de chaque instant. Le vent s'engouffre dans la végétation pour notre plus grand plaisir. Un cadre reposant

Sejour de 5 nuits agréable proche de Saint François. Les extérieurs sont exotiques et arborés. Les équipements intérieurs mériteraient d'être améliorés : frigo , four, literie de la chambre, une porte sur la partie sanitaire au lieu dun simple rideau. Bon accueil sur place.

Prestations mediocres

Le jardin très bien la location limite propre cafards et autres habitants un seul lit fait à notre arrivée alors que nous avions demandé deux chambres sous prétexte que l on aurait dû dormir ensembles nous sommes deux femmes et pas de relations intimes une seule pair de bras pour deux semaines d occupation idem pour la serviette de toilette manque d accessoires de cuisine il a fallu tout demander pas de bouteille d eau à l arrivée l avion arrivant tard pas d épicerie d’ouverte pour de l eau en bref on a eu l impression que l on était pas attendu alors que nous avions réservé en août et précise nos horaires d arrivée sinon les propriétaires sont gentils faut simplement tout demander à oui j oubliais pas d armoire pour ranger nos affaires je ne suis pas sure que les propriétaires soient de vrais loueurs c est un peu comme je vis donc du coup la location est extrêmement chère pour la prestation proposée

Gite dans jardin tropical rare sur Saint Francois

Gite avec petit piscine privé très propre au coeur d'un jardin tropical qu'on de soupçonne pas à Saint Francois (plutot sec). A noter un magnifique Iguanes présent dans les arbres du jardin (pas mal endormi et donc inoffensif) Très bon accueil de JC et Martine.

Un peu déçus.....

La villa est originale, dans un beau jardin....comme sur les photos. Cependant nous avons été déçus par certaines choses, en particulier l'absence d'un premier petit déjeuner ( comme dans nos deux précédentes locations en Guadeloupe ) et la présence sur place des propriétaires qui, il est vrai, partaient le matin pour rentrer en fin d'aprés midi...mais nous n'avons pas eu l'intimité prévue. Equipement de cuisine très limité : pas de gril pain, pas d'économe, pas de planche à découper, des couteaux ébréchés ou défectueux, pas de torchon de cuisine (seulement deux serviettes dans la SdB), pas de tapis de bain, pas de transat près de la piscine. Dommage...avecun peu d'attention pour les locataires et un équipement correct ce séjour aurait été beaucoup plus agréable.

Près de tout,loin du bruit et des regards indiscrets, au milieu de la végétation luxuriante on se sent comme chez nous dès l’arrivée Martine et Jean Christophe sont adorables ,dévoués, discrets, on regrette seulement de les quitter. On se réjouis déjà de revenir.
