Waterfront Gulf Access- Just a few minutes to Big Water.

The San Carlos Bay is across the street. If it's fishing and boating you want then this home could be perfect for you. Boat lift available. Quick direct Gulf Access. This beautiful San Carlos Drive Waterfront four bedroom home has recently been renovated ! New tile flooring has been laid in all of the living areas as well as wood flooring in the bedrooms. The kitchen is updated and remodeled with new cabinets, counter tops and tile flooring. One bedroom has a king sized bed and French doors leading to the screened patio. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed and a door to the screened patio and another outside entrance that leads directly to the dock. Bedroom three has two twin beds. Bedroom four can be used as a den or extra guests as it has a trundle bed. There is also a large area screened in lanai with beautiful views of the canal. This home has excellent open water access. If you are the type that enjoys the unhurried, laid back serenity of a picture-perfect day in Pine Island Florida then this is it! Also, the boat lift can be used for a small fee.

NOTE: The months of January, February and March require full month bookings (no weekly or daily bookings). If the calendar shows that a portion of one of these months has been booked, please inquire with manager to possibly arrange to rent the remainder of that month. Otherwise, any request for a partial month will be declined. ALSO: Security/damage deposit for these months will be $1000.00.

Great Lagoon Backyard

Ideal location

This was the first time we had stayed at this property, it was very clean, the kitchen was updated, the location was wonderful. We are fisher people, so the easy access to the Bay was great. We have a small dog, so having a nice yard was a real plus. We stayed for a month so having the laundry available was a must. It was Great trip and a Great time.

Location, Location says it all and this place has it. We have been renting on Pine Island for years. a few years ago we found Carl from Dream Home Vacations, things only have gotten better from there. This house is by far the best rental for that price range ,has everything you need plus a great hoist for my 24' bay boat (with remote) Even my golden retriever would rate this place a 5 for nice walks . I have tried to book it again for next April and it's already booked a year in advance. Thanks again Carl! see you in 2020 some where

Some updating needs

We love the location of this home. The neighborhood is great and the new sea wall and boat lift are super. The house itself needs a little updating. The refrigerator freezer is very inconvenient- no shelves to help you organize and no ice maker or container for ice. We use a lot of ice and also use the freezer for freezing fish and other meats. The long white drapes (curtains or whatever you call them) in the bedrooms are terrible- holes and stained. A little tender loving care that would not cost much is needed. The chairs in the TV room are not very comfortable. This may sound picky, but when you rent a place for 2 or 3 months it would make the stay so much nicer if a few things were updated. The lanai is our favorite place. It was fun to sit there and watch the birds and enjoy the fresh air. The boat lift was a great addition and we used it for our boat which made it very convenient. Overall we would return but the place had already been rented for next year. We were disappointed because this was our second year here and usually the renter is given the opportunity to rerent the following year . We are hoping the location we have chosen for next year is as nice as the location of this house.

Easy access to main channel

Very nice clean house. The dock is new and the river access is real easy (1 canal over) fit my trailer and truck in the driveway easily . Nice open floor plan to hang out with everyone .

Great location and space

My husband and I and our dog stayed here for a week, everything is very clean and there is a good amount of space. All appliances, TV's etc worked perfectly and the check in and out process was seemless. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a nice break in St James city.

Loved the location of this house.

We enjoyed our stay in St. James City. The house was convenient to several restaurants. The house was comfortable. The main bathroom could use some plumbing updates as the tub wouldn't drain because the trip lever did not operate properly and you had to hold the trip lever down to drain the tub and the sink did not drain well. My husband bought and installed a new trip lever and then cleaned out the sink drain so we were okay after that. The rest of the house was fine. It was very clean and we really enjoyed the lanai. My husband loved the fishing. It was a great neighborhood to walk in and people were all friendly.

Great location, too pricey for what it offers.

Good location, maintained ok, living room furniture inside needs upgraded to comfortable items. If a new boat lift is added as is planned it will be a lot nicer there. A great kitchen, bedrooms ok too, offset in the floor where garage was eliminated and added to the house, is a real hazard, especially for older folks, we had 4 people visiting us for an evening at different times almost fall flat on their faces because of the offset in the floor. We are returning there next year again, hoping for the dock lift to be there by that time. Nice clean house.

Big Dock & Great Porch

Two couples rented for a week and were very pleased with this house. The price was very reasonable for four bedrooms. That way, the insomniac from each couple had an extra bedroom to wander to in the middle of the night. We had two sail boats-a 12 ft & a 22 ft and were able to tie up both of them along the dock. And the house is just one block away from open water. We were able to walk to a restaurant, too. The kitchen is nice and big. We loved hanging out/eating on the screened-in porch. We we able to park twovehicles & boat trailers. Hint-we put red duck tape along the step down in the 5th picture, to keep ourselves from tripping (removing it prior to departure). We'll be back!
