Beautiful apartment furnished lovingly in the port of Porto Cristo. Central but quiet location. It is not necessary vehicle.
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). It is located on the second floor of a three storey building with lift.

Equipped with wifi, TV international satellite (Astra).

The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, stove with oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishes and washing machine.

It has a lovely terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the harbor.

excellent location, very quiet. The terrace, lounge, kitchen and bedrooms overlook the harbor promenade.
Rest and relax characterize this wonderful place.

On the first floor is our Marina I apartment, and on the third floor our apartment Marina III.

The beach is less than 2 minutes walk. Is well protected with little waves, it has umbrellas and lounge chairs for rent. With restaurants and bars at the beach.

There are 3 large supermarkets nearby and several small shops very close walking distance, where to find fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh bread fruit. Porto Cristo has different banks, two pharmacies in speaking English and German, a medical center and a private hospital. Post office, tourist boats at the pier, bus station and taxi.

We recommend a stroll through the local produce market on Sundays.

Around the harbor there are restaurants, bars and terraces with quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
It is always an experience a visit to the famous Caves of Drach located nearby, or to the Caves Hams at the entrance of Porto Cristo.

Cala Anguilla, Cala Mendia, Romantic and Cala Morlanda are some of the beaches around Porto Cristo.
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the still prevailing calm in Porto Cristo, where you will not find big hotels and tourist bustle of other areas.

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay at Marine II in Porto Cristo. The apartment was clean and large enjoy for our family of four. The baby bed was prepared upon arrival which makes traveling with little ones so much easier. Communication was smooth with the host. We had a rental car and plans to see other parts of the island but stayed in Porto Cristo a few days as it was so charming and relaxing. We hope to return soon!

Spacious apartment wit perfect location and wonderful view
Our family of four, two adults and two teenagers, stayed in Marina II for two weeks. The apartment is spacious, bright and have a big terrace with a wonderful view over the harbor. It has everything a family would need during a holiday. Fully equipped kitchen, bath towels, washing machine, enough closets for everybody to place their clothes in. The apartment building also has an elevator, in case you should need it. Two big bedrooms and bathrooms, a huge living room with a dining table and outdoor furniture on the terrace, where it's perfect to eat breakfast and sit in the afternoon and evenings. The apartment is situated just 2-3 minutes walk from the beach and there are very good restaurants just around the corner. If you like a holiday away from big tourist hotels, Porto Cristo is a town where you have mostly everything you need for a perfect holiday in a short distance walk, away. Thank you so much Josep and Álvaro for excellent service - the best you can get! And thank you Francesca for safe driving from and to the airport! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay :-)

Bel emplacement
Nous y avons passé une semaine au mois de mai 2024 (4 adultes). Alvaro nous attendait devant à notre arrivée. L'appartement est super bien placé, vue sur le port, vous avez le choix des restaurants, bars et marchands de glace juste à côté de l'appartement. 2 chambres avec bonne literie, 2 salles de bain. La pièce de vie est très grande et agréable. Pas de place de parking, nous étions hors saison et nous avons pu nous garer facilement de l'autre côté du pont (parking ou le long de la marina). Le jour de notre départ nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans l'appartement, il n'était pas loué. Côté courses, il y a plusieurs magasins à Porto Cristo et des LIDL un peu partout notamment à Manacor. Le balcon est relativement grand, le mobilier en résine tressé a fait son temps, il est usé et abimé. Il serait bien de le changer. Côté cuisine, la vaisselle est passée (certaines assiettes n'ont plus de dessin ou de couleur) et dépareillée. Nous avons eu un problème avec la machine à café qui se mettait à fumer et sentait le plastique fondu quand on lançait un café. La seule réponse que nous avons reçue "elle est neuve". Sachant que la cafetière classique ne fonctionne pas bien... Le réseau wifi est très lent, il est parfois impossible de se connecter. Depuis un mois je réclame la facture de notre location. Malgré plusieurs relances via WhatsApp et la messagerie du site Abritel je n'ai aucune réponse. Pourtant le propriétaire est obligé de fournir cette facture. Vraiment déçue de cette

Minor issues but worth it!!
Apt. Was in perfect location but extremely difficult to find parking. It should be allowed that guests can park in rear of bldg. Apt. is in need of minor repairs throughout, toilet, shower. Needs a dryer. Only washer. Clothes hangers outside to dry. With no AC in apt , very difficult to dry. Need 24 hrs. Fans are only means of cooling if summer months. Kinda humid and feels very humid in apt. During the day. Alvaro, caretaker responds immediately to any issues you may have. Aside from no air, perfect spot to be. I would go back, AC is next in their list and a dryer 👍👍

Situation idéale, vue magnifique sur le port.
Tout est parfait avec un beau balcon ensoleillé dès le matin, on a adoré si on devait trouver un détail, il faudrait ajouter un économe, et plus de pinces à linge.

Phantastische Lage!
Wie in der Überschrift erwähnt, ist die Lage grandios. Leider sind die Bäder in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Es gibt keine Dusche. Hierzu muss man wie vor 30 Jahren in die Wanne steigen und den Vorhang zuziehen. Die Betten müssten auch längst erneuert werden. Die beiden Couchen im Wohnzimmer sind durchgesessen. In der Küche gibt es keine Spülmaschine. Wirklich schade für diese sehr gut geschnittene Wohnung, die man perfekt mit 2 Paaren oder mit Kindern bewohnen kann. Auch bei der Parkplatzsuche braucht man sehr viel Geduld. Obwohl wir in der Nebensaison dort waren, mussten wir sehr weit entfernt parken, da die Wohnung über keinen Stellplatz verfügt. Der Aufzug funktionierte zu dem auch selten, was für unsere über 80 jährigen Eltern ein großes Problem darstellte. Alles in allem: Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn die Mängel behoben sind! Der Verwalter war sehr bemüht und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Kompliment!

The apartment and views were even better than they look in the photos. The balcony is amazing. Parking on the street is near impossible but there is a large free carpark about 5 mins walk away just across the harbour bridge.

Fantastische Lage
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt und man hat einen traumhaften Blick in den Hafen. Die Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung verlief reibungslos und der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Alles in allem haben wir die Woche sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Perfect location with great views
We stayed at Marina 2 for 10 days at the end of July. Check in & check out were straight forward with great communication from Alvaro. The property was exactly as pictured with a great view of the marina to pass away the evening. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were clean and fresh, i would recommend this property to all. There is no AC, which is clearly stated but this would have been a bonus as it was very warm while we were there. All in all a great stay and great location! Thank you.

It was exactly as described and the same as the photos. Everything was easy walking distance from apartment; beach, shops and restaurants. The view of the marina was stunning and sitting on the balcony relaxing was exactly as I had hoped. To sum up. It was everything I hoped it would be and more. I can’t wait to return

Sehr schönes Appartment in toller Lage!
Álvaro ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich liebevoll um seine Gäste kümmert. Ein kleines Begrüßungsgeschenk (Rotwein, Käse, Baguette und Weintrauben) und eine hervorragende laufende Betreuung. Wirklich klasse! Für die kleinen Dinge ist er sofort da und regelt alles zuverlässig sofort. Und, weil wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine (zugegeben ziemlich laute) Baustelle gegenüber hatten (wofür der Vermieter natürlich nichts kann), wurden wir noch extra zum Abendessen eingeladen. Vielen Dank dafür, Álvaro. Das Appartement befindet sich genau am Hafenbecken von Porto Cristo, da hast Du den ganzen Tag großes "Hafenkino". Gute Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit ein Auto, so dass wir uns alles auch in größeren Supermärkten besorgen konnten. Der kleine Stadtstrand von Porto Cristo ist sicher nicht die Copacabana aber das wussten wir vorher und für einen entspannten Nachmittag reicht es allemal. Ansonsten sind kleine Buchten (z. B. Cala Petita) zu Fuß erreichbar und in 10 - 15 Min. mit dem Auto erreicht man wirklich schöne Strände. Porto Cristo ist kein klassischer "Badeort", aber dafür gibt es so etwas wie "normalen Alltag" weil auch viele Einheimische dort wohnen. Eine Diskothek gibt es dort m. W. nicht, aber in der einen oder anderen Bar kann es auch einmal später werden... :-) Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist zweckmäßig, es ist alles vorhanden, was auch versprochen war. Wenn wir uns (für das nächste Mal) etwas wünschen dürften: ein Staubsauger. Klingt ungewöhnlich, aber wir waren 20 Tage dort und da ist das mit dem (klassischen spanischen) Besen doch auf die Dauer etwas mühsam. Aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit. Gekocht haben wir wenig - einfach zu viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. :-) Aber für ein entspanntes Frühstück und ein abendliches Nudelgericht reicht die Küche allemal. Die Nachbarn (Dauerbewohner und Eigentümer) in dem Haus sind sehr nett. Ein Gespräch von Balkon zu Balkon, ein freundliches Wort im Hausflur - alles perfekt. Josef und Isabel haben uns sogar Ihre eigenen Mallorca Bücher zur Verfügung gestellt, damit wir uns besser orientieren können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Fazit: Ein sehr schönes Appartement in attraktiver Lage. Tolle Gastgeber und ein interessanter Ort drumherum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Viele Grüße aus Hamburg - Christiane & Andreas

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir verbrachten 7 Tage in der schönen Wohnung. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal und der Blick auf den Hafen ist traumhaft. Der nahe Strand ist 4 Gehminuten entfernt und die restaurants um die Wohnung sind sehr empfehlenswert. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war super. Die Wohnung selber war sehr sauber, groß und alles wie angegeben vorhanden. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

En deilig lejlighed der har en perfekt beliggenhed med fantastisk udsigt og kort afstand till strand
Lejligheden havde alt vi havde brug for. Deilig altan med fantastisk udsigt over lystbådehavnen. Kort afstand til både strand og spisesteder. Værten var meget venlig og behjælpelig. Hvis vi kommer til Porto Cristo igen ville vi gerne bo samme sted 😊. Vær dog opmærksom på at der ikke er aircondition.

Nous sommes très contents de cette expérience "portuaire" avec le joli appartement de Josep merci à lui et son collaborateur qui nous à reçu très gentiment avec uune bonne bouteille de vin et du pain et du fromage , très bon séjour pour nous . L'appartement était très spacieux et surtout très propre merci

Fabulous Apartment
We had a fantastic long weekend staying in this apartment in early July. it is a large spacious apartment with everything you need, the only thing lacking is air conditioning or fans, although the breeze on an evening was wonderful. Nothing could beat chilling on the balcony with a glass of wine, just watching the boats pass by. Restaurants and the beach are really close by and we will certainly be back next year. Josep ,Alvaro and Franzi thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable, the wine and cheese you left for our arrival was a lovely touch. Best wishes Margaret, Jim, Elaine and Alan
