Villa Venus is a beautiful house located in a quiet and residential area of Lloret de Mar.

A few km from the center of Lloret, beaches and supermarkets. The Water World park, water park of Lloret de Mar, visited by many tourists every year, is located a few meters from the house.

Villa Venus is the lower floor of the house with a private pool. Access to the house is through a small ramp, where you will reach the pool terrace. Possibility of parking a car inside the property. Anyway, you can also park the car on the street without problem, since it is a very quiet and residential area.

The house is distributed on one floor. Large hall, living room and kitchen with large fully equipped barbecue with access to the pool terrace, 1 double bedroom, 1 quadruple room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The house has 1 bathroom with shower.

House with lots of light and the decoration is cozy and rustic.

The large private pool is located at the front of the house, with mountain views. The pool has sun all day in summer. On the terrace surrounding the pool you will find sun loungers, tables and chairs and a large covered stone table.

In this accommodation the owner lives at the top of the house, but customers have the exclusive use of the pool, barbecue and garden. Only the area to park the car will be shared.

Villa Venus is located in a quiet urbanization, away from the noise of the center of Lloret, but only 7km from the center and 7.5km from the main beaches of Lloret.
You will find BUS stops in the direction of Lloret at different points of the urbanization.

HOUSE'S RULES:
