Summer house with private pool and garden.:
House with private pool for summer rental in Spain. You will find in Villa del Sol a haven of peace, only a few minutes from the beach.

The outside of the accommodation is calm and welcoming. You will first find an agreable fenced garden with a furnished terrace and a barbecue for your outdoor meals and then the pool area with its sunbeds to enjoy the summer afternoons and the sun, bathing or reading a good book. The accomodation is petfriendly (see our conditions).

The house is all on ground floor and divided into an equipped kitchen, a cosy living-room opening to the terrace, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds) and a complete bathroom. You will also be provided with a dishwasher and a private garage for your car.

Situated in a short dead-end Street, “Villa del Sol” is the perfect place to rest and relax. A few minutes walk will lead you to the close beach of Riells and the area’s shops. On Sundays, take a walk by the sea to the market of L’Escala or take your bike to go and discover the village, Empuries or the cove of Montgo.

Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Super sejour

Une villa bien placé une belle piscine tout pour passer un agréable séjour . Bien équiper lave vaisselle et barbecue A 10 min des plages et possibilité de se garer devant Dommage pas la clim par ces fortes chaleurs

Faltaban dos plazas

El piso se anunciaba para seis y el día mismo de la llegada me contactan diciendo que sólo hay cuatro camas. Al final había un sofa y nos pusieron un plegatin pero eran ambos bastantes incómodos. Rechazaron hacernos un descuento por la molestia. El piso etá bien, la gestión fatal.

Très bon séjour

Trés bon contact avec l'agence. La personne qui s'est occupé de nous parle plusieurs langues dont un Français parfait , elle est très sympathique et très réactive. Suite à 2 petits problèmes dont 1 de plomberie. La réparation a été effectuée dès le lundi matin. Séjour très agréable. Maison suffisante avec quelques petites choises manquantes. Bien située et calme.

Die Türen bräuchten Mal einen Tropfen Öl und die Armaturen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Une maison très accueillante…. Verdure, piscine, belle terrasse avec barbecue…. Intérieur meublé avec goût…. A 10mn à pieds de la mer et des commerces… tout y est pour passer de superbes moments….

Très belle villa moderne avec tous le confort nécessaire. Cuisine super équipée. Piscine très propre et très agréable. Petit bémol, le nettoyage de la piscine se fait tôt le matin et le nettoyeur rentre dans la propriété sans prévenir... A revoir. Très bonne vacances, endroit très bien situé et très calme.
