House for rent close to the beach in L’Escala, lovely village of the Spanish Costa Brava. Villa Roser is the best accomodation for families or grup of friends, near the beach so that you can enjoy the sea any season of the year.

House Roser is perfectly situated less than 50m from the beach of Riells and shop. It is really practical because close to all amenities, from supermarket to bakery, bars and restaurants. Moreover, the most athletics will be able to enjoy all types of water activities or go diving.

The house is comfortable and hasfree wifi, air conditionning in the living-room, Smart TV and private garage.

Its large garden is perfect for your children to play in, moreover, it is totally fenced so that your pets will also be accepted. You will also be provided with a few sunbedsto relax under the shadow of a tree or furniture to eat on the terrace.

The house is divided into 2 floors:

- On the ground-floor, you will find a large livin-room with Smart Tv and wifi, a full-equipped separate kitchen with access to the garden, one double bedroom and a complete bathroom. A door will also enable you to access to the garage from inside the house.

-On the 1st floor, 3 other bedrooms are to be found, one sunny double-bed one plus 2 more with 2 individual beds (respectivaly)as well as a complete bathroom and a small terrace.

If you want to know more about the village and explore L’Escala, the stop for the tourist shuttle (Carrilet)is just around the corner. It will drive you to the best spots and beacheswithout parking concern.

Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).
