There is a open kitchen that takes you to the the terrace. The kitchen is tottaly equipped with kettle, dishwasher, toaster, cooker, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer.
Bedroom with two single beds (with air condition from May 2024) and there is a bathroom with shower, singled basin and toilet.
Up the stairs there is a large double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, single basin and toilet. The bedroom has a door that opens to a large terrace with partial sea views and pleasant view to the Monchique mountains.
The outside area have a BBQ construction, a terrace with dinning table, sunbeds, garden with grass and trees. The pool has kidney shape. Measure - 5m x 8m and depths - 1,25m x 1,70m x 2,15 . Please note that the pool fence has been removed.
The villa have a private open parking for 2 cars.
The villa is all secluded by walls that gives security.

The villa is available for rent weekly or by the month in January and February . Ask for a price for monthly stay.
