The villa has 2 bedrooms with L shaped lounge sofa bed (sleeping up to 6) and 1 bathroom, extended front terrace and rooftop solarium .
Located in LOMAS DE DO JUAN. WITH SHOPS ETC ONLY A 5 MINUTE WALK AWAY. 3 minutes drive from 3 top golf courses and many beaches. Nearby there are lots bars and restaurants within a five minute walk, some with child play areas, supermarket, various shops, internet café. etc. Only 3 minutes drive to the fabulous ZENIA BOULEVARD SHOPPING MALL.

Villa stay

The villa with private pool was lovely and clean. Our host Frank communicated with us at all times and ensured we had everything we needed. The villa is well located, within easy walk to shop, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks Frank

El alojamiento te lo venden muy bien, pero el trato deja mucho que desear, si quieres privacidad independencia y no sentirte vigilado no es el sitio, los vecinos que tienes en frente que según la chica que te da las llaves son los propietarios te están vigilando cada cosa que haces, la chica que te da las llaves entra a la casa cuando la da la gana aunq tú estés dentro, sin avisar, entran a la casa en tu ausencia y te ponen problemas para todo, si tienes mascotas NO VENGAS CON ELLAS, porque les molestan los animales aún sabiendo que en el anuncio admiten mascotas, es muy caro para el servicio que es, que es pésimo, no merece la pena

Nice stay

It is a lovely villa with a nice swimming pool. The service of Francis is great. if there was something wrong he direct response to it. A suggestion is to put air conditioning in the sleeping rooms, we kept the doors open to get some cooling air into the rooms but furthermore we had a great stay and a lovely holiday!

Lovely clean villa with a fantastic pool

We stayed for a week in mid August and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The owners, Frank and Galina are friendly and helpful, and will drive you to places for a small fee (including airport runs). As we didn't want to hire a car, this was a big help. The villa itself is great. Clean and in good condition, and the pool is large and well maintained. There was air con in the front room, but not in the bedrooms, which was a shame as it was HOT while we were there. Nothing else negative to say about the villa though. The area was ok. There were about 6 restaurants within walking distance and the food was ok. I didn't have any amazing meals but everything was edible. We probably should have ventured further afield but didn't want to leave our lovely pool for too long!!! Unfortunately the nearby Lidl had shut down a week prior to our arrival, but it's reopening soon as an Iceland. There was a BP garage nearby which did lovely fresh bread daily, and Galina took us to get a huge shop when we arrived, so we were set for food. All in all, we had a great holiday and would definitely go back. If there had been air con in the bedroom, I would have given it 5 stars! If you fancy a lazy week in the sun, you won't go far wrong with this place.. nice villa and nice owners. Frank did us a HUGE favour on the last day which finished our holiday off perfectly. Top bloke!

Worn, tired and dirty villa that needs repairs and upgrading

ONLY positive was the pool, altho all sunbeds stained. On arrival, the agent Frank told us he couldn't show us how to use the controls for air-con or tv as he wasn't technically minded! A neighbour eventually helped and told us the aircon was set to heat, not cool. No picture on tv, only sound. No welcome pack or information about the area. No place mats or coasters Wardrobe smelled strongly of damp, no spare change of linen for the double bed provided. Crockery dirty and and toaster rusty inside. Frying pans unusable as coatings worn and rusty on the inside. First morning, a horrible,black and sticky liquid was running down the tiles in the kitchen, (about 6 tiles wide). This had to be cleaned up daily, by ourselves. When mentioned to the agent he told us he was aware and that it was a leak from the water system originating between adjacent bedroom and kitchen and needed major repairs at the end of the season. Failed to mention this fault to us prior to our renting! Too many owners personal belongings in drawers and cupboards. Pictures on website are out of date. Furniture and layout not as shown. Overall impression that no-one cared about the villa and it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. 4 star price for 1 star accomodation. Would never recommend. Nil reviews should have been a warning to us.
