Fabulous ground floor apartment for 4 person. Spacious and bright living room with well equipped office kitchen.  Air. Con. in main bed. and livingroom. Direct exit to the large terrace with access to the common area, garden and large communal pool to enjoy the sun.  It has 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed (150cm) and the other one with 2 single beds (90cm.) Orientation east and west very cool in summer. The house has ceiling fans, electric heating low consummption, Wifi and Residence communal parking space. The residence is calm and very pleasant, perfect for couples or families with children.
 
Just 100 meters away (1min walk) from one of the best sandy beaches of Denia, close to all services (small supermarket, press, cafeteria, some restaurants, bus stop). 4 km away from the town centre (10 min. drive).

Mejor imposible!

A mi mujer y a mi nos encantó. Está muy bien la verdad, todo bien pensado para que no falte nada. Tienen Movistar + y pudimos ver una película a la noche. Está tranquilo y buen ambiente en la urbanización, la playa está justo enfrente y hay un pequeño centro comercial con panadería, prensa, cafeterías, supermercado y restaurantes al que puedes ir andando en 3 minutos. Terraza ideal con sol. Hemos desconectado totalmente que era lo que queríamos. Esperamos volver!

Heerlijk appartement vlakbij het strand

Heerlijk, schoon en netjes appartement met tuintje. Tuintje met meubilair en direct aan het gemeenschappelijke zwembad van het complex. Twee nette slaapkamers met inbouwkasten en badkamer met bad (douchen in bad). Woonkamer/keuken klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien (kofffiemachine, wifi, TV, koelkast, wasmachine etc.). Het complex is rustig en er is ruime parkeergelegenheid. Het appartement is op 2 minuten loopafstand van het strand en de zee. Hier kun je heerlijk zonnen en zwemmen. Ook de supermarkt en restaurantjes zijn op loopafstand. Om naar Denia-centrum te gaan (winkels en veel restaurants) is een auto aan te raden of neem de bus (bushalte voor de deur). Wij komen hier graag nog een keer terug.

Relaxing break

"Apartamento Jazmín" is a beautiful property. It was extremely well equipped. Beautifully decorated ,comfortable and immaculately clean. We really enjoyed sitting outside in the lovely garden overlooking the plants and pool. Comfortable mattress and pillows, well-equipped kitchen. Very quick free wifi. Patricia and Mariano were absolutely charming and will provide any help or advice you need, we're already planning another visit.

La casa está muy bien situada, muy próxima a la playa y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable. La casa está muy bien decorada y la terraza que da a la piscina es magnífica para desayunar o comer al aire libre. Patricia se portó fenomenal con nosotros y nos indicó lugares próximos que visitar y que sin duda merecieron la pena. Sin duda que es totalmente recomendable.

Verano en familia

El sitio es recomendable por su ubicación, cerca de la playa y al borde de la piscina. No se necesita ningún coche ya que está a pocos minutos andando de todo lo necesario: supermercados, farmacia, medico, cafés, restaurantes, comercios… Se puede coger además un autobus abajo de casa que lleva en pocos minutos al puerto de Denia. Es una urbanización muy tranquila donde la gente respeta los horarios de descanso. La gente es acogedora y el hecho de ser una urbanización pequeña es un plus. La casa está en muy buenas condiciones, recientemente reformada y bien decorada. Es practica por su distribución y se disfruta mucho de la terraza. Tiene dentro todas las comodidades necesarias. No se pasa nada de calor dentro en pleno verano. Los propietarios son acogedores y ayudan mucho en caso de necesitarlo. Disponibles y atentos. Recomendable para una estancia tranquila en familia.

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel.

Nous sommes très contents de la semaine passée dans cet appartement. La résidence est très agréable et le rez de chaussé idéal avec les enfants qui peuvent profiter de la piscine et surtout de la pataugeoire à tout moment de la journée. La proximité de la plage est trés appréciable (5 min de marche). L'appartement est propre, confortable, bien équipé et joliment décoré ! Selon nous il manque seulement un micro ondes. Très pratique avec les enfants pour faire chauffer le lait ou faire réchauffer des restes de nourriture ! La climatisation serait un atout considérable mais les ventilateurs ont suffit à rafraichir le logement malgré des températures extremement hautes ! Si l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, car en dehors de la qualité de l'hébergement nous avons également apprécié les relations avec les propriétaires. Patricia et son mari sont des personnes très professionnelles et surtout très sympathiques.

Los dueños fueron muy amables y practicos a la hora d recomendarnos sitios dond concurrir siendo ellos residentes d Denia, la limpieza y ambientacion destacada, si van con niños como fue nuestro caso hay un supermercado a unos 200 metros, todo muy accesible y el entorno soñado! 100% Recomendable

Bonitas vacaciones

Fuimos con mi mujer y mis dos hijos, cuando entramos al piso todo muy limpio e impecable. La urbanización está muy cerca de la playa, es muy tranquila ideal para los niños para jugar en la piscina. Los propietarios muy majos con aconsejaron donde cenar. Muchas gracias!!!

Bonitas vacaciones

Fuimos con mi mujer y mis 2 hijos, cuando entramos el piso estaba impecable, todo super limpio. La urbanización es pequeña y muy tranquila, los niños se lo pasaron en grande, la playa está a nada andando. Los propietarios super majos, nos aconsejaron qué hacer y donde cenar. Gracias por todo!!!

Walk to the beach is great.

This place was absolutely perfect. The apartment is charming. Comfortable and very clean.Walk to the beach is great. We wake up in the sunlight and enjoying a late breakfast on the terrace. There never seems to be anyone in the pool or the surrounding deck. The grounds are immaculate. The restaurants in Denia are great and good value for money. Mariano y Patri, are the perfect hosts. I can not wait until next time! Patri and Mariano were super helpful in not only directing us around and telling us what to do and what to see in Denia - they also helped us evaluate what we should do in Granada during our short time there. I would definitely recommend this place, it is totally worth it. I bet I'll be back soon. Thanks again.
