Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath condo is located on 127th street and offers all the amenities of a hotel yet the comfort of a home! YES - Our condo building also has an ELEVATOR!

Our Beautifully Renovated Kitchen includes New Cabinets, all Stainless Steel Appliances including a dishwasher with Granite counters.

This condo has a New 65” Flat Panel HD TV, equipped with fire sticks voice command remote in the Living Room. Various streaming programs provided. 32” Flat Panel TV’s in each bedroom, a small. washer and dryer, Iron with ironing board, 2 Blow dryers, eating area for the kitchen balcony seating for 4. 4beach chairs, beach umbrella, a baby beach tent, umbrella stroller, pack n play, 2 toddler/ high chair seat and 2 kids surf boards for your We are also happy to provide a starter supply of paper products -view amenities, for your stay which allows you to enjoy your vacation without running to the store right away. Any items in the condo are there for you to use as our guests.

Due to Covid 19 guidelines linens and towels are no longer provided, Linens can be arranged easily on line., We recommend Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental, www.ocbeachandlinenrental.com or phone #410-524-7057. Of course you are welcome to bring your own.

This property had a cute beachy decor. It was stocked well with everything we needed. Very clean and well taken care of. The view was spectacular! The only negative was the condo above had a barky dog that was a little annoying. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful Week!

We had another great week at your lovely condo. The place was clean and furnished with everything we needed! It was close to our favorite ice cream shop that we could easily walk to most evenings. We spent our days with an easy walk over the dune and right to the waters edge! We will look forward to next year with eagerness.

Hazardous medical waste week

The day after we arrived the beaches were closed to swimming due to hazardous medical waste dumped and washing up on the Maryland beaches.i discovered a syringe that morning on the beach. I asked for a partial compensation for our stay and was told the event was beyond their control so no compensation. We come to enjoy the beach and it was untenable. Lastly the floor under the twin beds had not been cleaned in a year. The same garbage from last year was still there. The owners have been great for the last couple of years, just not this year.

Very Clean and Nicely Decorated Condo

The condo was everything we could have asked for, great location, clean, comfortable and quiet. During the entire stay we barely used our vehicle, we walked to everything with two small children. Also the condo is very well stocked with all needed cooking supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas and extra blankets and pillows. Was a nice special surprise to see that there was a portable fan in the second bedroom. We have stayed at several other locations in the past few years and the quality of this condo exceeds the others, the new TV in the living area is fantastic and we were even surprised to see HBO and other pay channels included. Considering it was peak season when we vacationed the beaches were crowded but due to being so far north it was never an issue and we always found a spot for the kids up close to the surf. Thank you for allowing our family the pleasure of spending the week at your beautiful beach home, we will surely be reserving again if available!

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

The condo is beautifully decorated with a great view of the beach. From the washer and dryer in the unit to the bedrooms and kitchen, the condo exceeded my expectations. The owners provided many items that made our stay memorable. It seemed as if everywhere we looked we were finding items that we were not expecting to be provided with like beach chairs and kickboards but also two coffee machines! One for drip coffee and the other a Keurig. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is the channel selections on the TVs. I know, while at the beach we weren't going to be watching much TV but it was a little frustrating to click on a channel and it wasn't available. But on the whole, this condo is a gem and can't wait to rent it again soon.

Perfect for a family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little gem! The condo had a perfect ocean view and a nice balcony to enjoy it with. We were only steps from the beach making it easy to pop in and out for our little one. The beach was busy but not overly crowded like those close to the boardwalk. It was a definite plus to have a pack-n-play and small highchair available so we didn't have to pack ours. Everything was clean and well taken care of! It was a bonus that the condo was quiet, especially with a little one with naps and an early bedtime. We definitely plan on staying again!

Great place to stay!

We had a fantastic few days in Ocean City! The location right on the beach at 127th street was perfect. The beach wasn’t too crowded and we could walk to lots of shops and restaurants. We loved eating and relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We would definitely come back!

Girls Trip

The condo was perfect for our girls trip. The interior was nicely furnished, fully equipped and very inviting. The kitchen and baths were updated and equipped with everything needed for a vacation. The view of the ocean was amazing from the balcony. The location within the building was convenient from the parking area. The condo building was within close proximity to the beach. Would stay again at the unit when visiting the OC. The owners were very responsive when questions were asked. Thanks for a wonderful girls trip.

This home was clean,cozy and well stocked. They even had supplies to get you started and linens were included which makes things easier all the way around. The elevator made it easy to move in and is very close to the beach. The owners are very responsive. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!
