About this property
Bright apartment with terrace facing the sea
It has a large terrace overlooking the beach. It has 2 bedrooms (capacity for 4 people) and a bathroom.
Equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, TV and air conditioning, we leave as accessories courtesy for the beach (umbrella, mat, beach chair ...).
There is a double bedroom with a very comfortable viscoelastic bed (190cm * 150cm), and another room with 2 single beds, one of them also viscoelastic of 90cm * 190cm and the other of 80cm * 185cm. All rooms are exterior overlooking the sea.
On the ground floor of the building there is space to park the car.
The apartment is on the second floor. The building has no elevator
Gran Playa (right in front of the house) is one of the largest beaches in Santa Pola, with calm waters and no big waves. It is perfect for children, families and people can walk 10 klm along the beach !!!!.It also has a promenade very close. And bike path to skate or go by bike.
Gran Playa has:
• Restaurants, cafes, beach bars, shops
• Access for people with reduced mobility
• There are sun loungers and umbrellas
• rescue service, first aid
• windsurfing and pedal boats

Santa Pola is a fishing village located 20 kilometers from Alicante and 15 minutes from Alicante airport. It is an ideal place to relax, take a walk, buy fresh fish in the Lonja (directly from the sea), do sea sports and have a snack at a beach bar or have dinner at night.
In the Sierra de Santa Pola you can go trekking and go by bike or hiking.
You can walk to the city center (10 minutes) and 15 meters from the apartment there is a direct bus stop to Alicante and Elche.
From "OCEAN VIEW" apartment we recommend you visit the "Island of Tabarca". It is only 30 minutes away.
Isla de Tabarca is the first marine reserve in Spain. It has transparent waters perfect for diving.
On the Island of Tabarca there are several restaurants where you can eat "Caldero": typical food of the area based on fish and rice.
Children will love Santa Pola, they can go to Aquapark, Rio Safari and also Pola Park.
You can also visit "Las Salinas de Santa Pola" which is a natural park
