This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor villa in Plantation Club is beautifully decorated. The home was decorated to live in and has wonderful touches such as bead board in the living room and dining area, crown molding throughout and gorgeous tile floors. The living room has a 52 inch flat screen TV, and a gorgeous golf course view. View the sunrise from the patio off the living room and watch the golfers and bikers head out for the day. The patio has a grill that is not available on villas above the ground level. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need with sleek granite counter tops and more lovely touches. The kitchen has a pass through into the dining area with a table that seats 6. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed with a beach theme spread in blues and greens and has a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a private toilet room and tub/shower room. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin Bed in a colorful decor. There is a flat screen TV and a full bath for use. In the main entrance way closet, there are 4 beach Chairs and umbrella for guest to use. This section of Plantation Club Villas is just a 5-minute walk to the gorgeous and newly constructed Sea Pines Beach Club. The club hosts a restaurant and bar and outdoor seating overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. You must see it to believe it. The complex has a secure pool just for guests of Plantation Club with plenty of seating and equal parts sun and shade. Just outside this villa is a bike rack and plenty of parking. You are also about 100 yards from a Sea Pines Trolley stop that will take you to Harbor Town and other Sea Pines attractions. The villa is a step above most other villas in Plantation Club and you are sure to have a wonderful vacation at 430 Plantation Club Villas.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a quick 10 minutes walk to the beach and easy to access the Sea Pines trolley. The condo was clean and had almost everything we needed for the week. We'd stay here again

We enjoyed our stay so much. Perfect size for family of 4 or 5. Comfy beds! Great location in sea pines, we rode our bikes a 1/2 mile to the beach and it was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations met our needs, but some of the furnishings and appliances are dated. That wasn’t a problem for us, as we were on the go and enjoying the beautiful amenities of Sea Pines.

Great location! Needs to be updated and was not what you would expect to find as far as cleanliness goes. Found food scraps behind the trash can in the kitchen and floors were not clean, and rugs were stained.

We loved this condo. There was a lot of thought put into the items in the condo right down to fans for the bedrooms. The beds were so comfy. Very clean and kitchen was nicely equipped

Fantastic location and love the Plantation Villas. This particular unit is in need of a deep clean and some TLC. It was adequate but a bit “tired”. The property managers are truly wonderful. Available for every question right away/

Wonderful property in Sea Pines
We have visited Sea Pines in Hilton Head annually for 10+ years, and this property is exceptional. The interior is comfortable yet classy. Good sized TV, with cable service, great for watching sports. Updated appliances, with everything you need in the kitchen. The cleanliness impressed us. Comfortable beds. A nice sized patio overlooks the golf course. It’s a five minute walk to the Sea Pines Beach access. Right on the bike path along Lighthouse road. Our family has stayed several places in Sea Pines over the years, and for a party of 2-6 persons, it’s hard to beat this property. The management team is accessible and responsive. After trying several properties over the years, we hope to return to 430 Plantation Club for years to come.

Well decorated, nicely furnished, but missing amenities
We found the property to be very clean, nicely furnished, well decorated, and updated with granite countertops. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, flatware, pots and pans. There was a relatively new washer and dryer. However, the only amenities provided were a bar of soap for each bathroom, liquid dishwashing detergent, and an iron and ironing board. There was no shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, dishwasher detergent, or laundry detergent. Overall, it was a nice place to stay - but could only recommend it with the understanding that you will have to purchase or bring many of the things other properties provide.

Great location in Sea Pines
We had a great vacation with our family (spouse and college-aged kids) at Hilton Head Island Sea Pines. The location was great, close to stores, shopping, etc. We do agree with the other reviews in that the place could use updating, i.e., the couches, small repairs for patio blinds, coffee maker, have a few available bikes included with the rental, refresh the written materials for pool access code, notes for renter., etc. For example, change for now that there is no need to purchase coffee maker filters (there are 200+ filter because people keep buying as it states they are not provided). The kitchen had what we needed for the most part. We did need to buy toilet paper, laundry detergent, and a few spices but otherwise our 5 day stay was wonderful. It is unfortunate that any visitors and guests need to pay $9 entry fee to Sea Pines but I think that may be everywhere on the island, not certain.

Great place but could use some polishing for the price
We chose this unit as it was a ground floor unit with a patio that allowed for a grill. It was $50 more per nite than 3 other VRBO's in the same complex that were available at the time. We used the gas grill for about 10 mins and the gas tank went empty. It was very frustrating. The tank was replaced the next day per our request and no issues associated with that. However, the floors were very dirty. As we all walked around barefoot or in white socks it was evident as our feet would be dirty black. The kitchen needed some additional items that were lacking. Extra garbage bags, zip lock bags, seasoning, coffee/tea and the architecture was somewhat dated but the decor was appropriate. The management was attentive and on point. The unit just needs more polishing and amenities for that price. Overall we had a great time. It was just the little things.

Great unit, very clean - VERY well equipped - more than we expected.
We loved this place and would go again. Our only complaint/suggestion is that the sofas in the living room are older, a bit dirty, broken down and hard to get out of for seniors. They need to be replaced.

Pictures did not accurately depict the condition of the condo. Patio sliding door needs work. Outdoor area was not as private as we had expected. Grill would not light. Location is good however overall condition of the condo needs updating.

My 93 and 91 year old parents asked me to take them on one last road trip and the took 2 month looking on VRBO and chose this unit because the add said “newly refurbished “. It’s false advertising as the bedding is worn, the couch is soiled and faded,,, etc. being from an older generation they wanted to know how and why are people so deceptive. I reached out to the manager and shared with them the issue via text and requested a partial refund. They advised the photos in the ad are recent and I know that is a factual impossibility as it has the unit is in need of refurbishment. Thanks Hk3

We had a great time in this condo. The condo has everything you need for a week + stay and the kitchen has plenty of plates, pots bowls etc. The walk to the beach is about a half mile and has a great walking/bike path. The pool in the complex is great and the patio and grill were so nice to have!

Wonderful, clean property with all the ammenities we needed. Great location, short 5 minute bike ride to the beach, 10 minutes to Harbor Town and about 5 to Sea Pines Center. The owners were quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival and we were very comfortable in the property once we arrived. Great spot for a family!

PERFECT LOCATION!
We have been coming to Sea Pines for many years and this is by far the best place we have ever rented. The unit is a short walk to the Beach Club and a beautiful bike ride to either South Beach or Harbor Town. We found that the 2 bed, 2 bath was plenty spacious for our family to spread out and play games, rest and enjoy, and we were not on top of one another. The hosts are thoughtful and even stocked beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys for little ones if needed. We look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, but the furniture and slider door need a little TLC. Unfortunately, Sea Pines does not offer any golf packages at this time, so we had to leave the area to play golf at other clubs. That was disappointing!

Location is perfect! We rented bicycles & it’s such an easy ride to the Beach Club & Harbourtown. Friends were staying on South Sea Pines Drive & the bike ride there was great too. Sea Pines Shops are close to condo for quick convenience store shopping. Great restaurants there as well & be sure to check out the Farmer’s Market there on Tuesdays! Condo was exactly as described & fit our group of 6 perfectly. Kitchen is well stocked & extra beach chairs & beach umbrella were a bonus.

In the Heart of Everything
Great experience for our group of four! Wonderful location, a short ten-minute walk from the beach. Really enjoyed the pool, which was never crowded and had a nice mix of sun & shade. Right in the heart of Sea Pines, an easy five-minute drive to Harbortown, South Beach, and Coligny Plaza. Great vacation spot!
