About this property

Completely rebuilt villa with 2 floors, terraces, gardens and swimming pool area which create a unique environment that let you enjoy and be relaxed with the natural spaces. The indoor design has been thought and built having in mind all the Ibiza's architectural features. It has 4 wide double bedrooms with private balcony and a master suite with private bathroom.

All of them are fully furnished and they do not share wall to wall, it means that are completely independent. The house has 4 main entrances with direct access to terraces, gardens, pool and BBQ area. It has a room that can be used either as an additional living room or an extra bedroom, increasing the total capacity of the villa for 12 guests. The wide windows, sofas, chairs and tables let people feel very comfortable. There is enough room for every guest.

It was a good accommodation

The garden, the pool, the atmosphere. There aren´t enough cutlery and they need urgently better knifes in the kitchen.

Great villa in a good location

Villa was great for our group of 8. All the rooms are a good size and kitchen is very well equipped. Garden is pretty and feels private and the pool was lovely. Good location in easy walking distance to San Jordi shops and restaurants (10 mins) - Can Pizza is a must and burgers at Vinyl were delicious. Also walking distance in the other direction to supermarkets and local shops on main road. Great bakery/cafe with excellent coffee near Eroski. We had a car which is necessary when you’re shopping for a big group but loved that we could head out on foot and frequently walked down to the sea front - e.g Beach House in less than 30 mins. Being close to the airport was a bonus and Ses Salinas is a great beach when you’re not exploring further afield. Check in and out was well organised, very friendly and helpful too!

Spacious, modern and comfortable villa

The villa was very spacious for our group of 7 and the modern appliances and bathrooms made our stay nice and easy. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home. The A/C units worked very well in the bedrooms but we never got the unit in the living room to work. The pool area including lounge chairs and umbrellas was a wonderful treat and was cleaned mid-way through our week stay. The property managers were very responsive and quick to try and resolve any questions or issues we experienced. However, we did experience an incident with a private chef recommended by the property manager when there were missing personal items from the villa following the chef's visit. Unfortunately the theft was not acknowledged by the property managers and went unresolved.

Heerlijke en ruime villa

Lekker ruim huis met gezellige veranda en heerlijk zwembad.. Schoon en sfeervol en op een paar kilometer van het vliegveld en het strand Playa de Bossa. Zeer vriendelijke host en ze helpt je goed!

Wonderful stay!

The proximity to the airport was great. The pool was super and there were plenty of chairs for all. The air condition worked well and the outdoor area to eat is where we spent most of our time while at the villa, and around the pool. Mats on the kitchen floor and around the outdoor dining room as it could get very slippery.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder diese Villa buchen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und auch der Fluglärm nicht all zu gross. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön und die Betten bequem. Die Wäsche war sauber. Das Haus entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Es ist zwar schon einwenig in die Jahre gekommen aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir würden dieses Haus aufjedenfall wieder mieten. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wenn etwas kaputt ist, wird es auch sofort wieder ersetzt. Top Service! Vielen Dank. Im Allgemeinen sollte die Küche wieder einmal richtig gründlich gereinigt werden inkl. alle Schubladen und Tablare. Aber sonst gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Goed ontvangst!

Hugo is een aardige host. Locatie is ook prima en zeer dichtbij een aantal leuke strandjes en Ibiza stad! De buitenruimte om het huis is erg fijn en lekker ruim.
