Enjoy the 3/4 bath with rain shower. There is also a full size futon in the TV room, with a 55" HDTV. The laundry room has front loading washer/ dryer.
The eat-in kitchen has Knotty Alder cabinets, quartz countertop, under cabinet lighting, and antler chandelier. All new appliances. There is a solid maple kitchen table that seats 6. Plus all the cooking utensils that you would need.
There's a Tuff Shed for ski, snowboard & bike storage. Because of the landscaping & City Park this property offers amazing privacy. No large condo walls or buildings to disturb your views or space. A Comfortable stay for our 2 families of 8

We wanted to explore several ski resorts in the area. This location was very convenient. The condo worked out well for our group of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 children ranging in ages from 6-17. On the last day, we have 2 more adults joined us and it was a bit tight. Everything is the house was fine. I only have one complain. There were supposedly robes left for us to use if we were to use the hot tub. My brother in law and one of his kids used the tub. He used a blue robe, his kid used a white robe. On the morning of departure, I found a damp robe in the washroom in the basement, I threw that Into the washing machine for a quick wash. My sister then put it in the dryer as she was leaving the house. Somehow, a week later, Amy, the owner texted me inquiring about a missing white robe. First of all, none of us would take an old robe from the condo. Secondly, since we did not care to use the hot tub, we did not use them, except for the two people in our group. I quickly called my sister to see if she accidentally packed a white robe in her suitcase. It was confirmed that she did not have any extra item. I just did not like the tone of accusation that the robes were there and one was found missing when we left. I truly don’t know what happened to the white robe that my sister put into the dryer before she left. Amy, in the end seemed to let it go at that. My suggestion is that the number of robes inside the house should be noted and make sure the tenant count them when they first arrive so that they know to recount to make sure that all are there before they leave. That would help to clear up any misunderstanding.

Awesome property and awesome location!!!

Clearly the owners spend quite a bit of time here. Lots of nice touches and amenities. Frisco is an ideal location for anyone skiing the Epic pass because it is right in the middle of the 5 main ski resorts on this pass. Very responsive owners also. Highly recommended!

BBQ weekend base camp

We had a great time in Frisco for the BBQ fest. The house was conveniently located and we were able to walk back and forth from Main St all weekend with 6 kids in tow! House was comfortable for three families and kids enjoyed the big yard and being able to walk to the park. Parents enjoyed the hot tub!

Very good for a large family

The property was spotless and Amy was very gracious and concerned we had a great stay. The hot tub was down part of our stay but Amy got someone right out even though it was between Christmas and New years. We will be back to this location again!

Great time

We had a great time. Love love the Mountains. We had beautiful mornings to go walking and hiking. The house was suitable and a great price but is slightly small for the 12 people we had staying although it's listed for 13 people. We had no problems because we are a close family. The biggest issue for us was the trash. We were told the bears had been visiting at night so not to leave the trash out. We text to have it picked up but twice I had to bring it back in. Maybe they should have a set pickup time each day when someone is staying. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great location townhome - but a bit small inside

This townhome is fantastic outside - great deck, yard and location to the park! The hot tub was nice but needs work to the jets - not all function, and there was no fire pit or wood to burn where the sitting area was outside. No bike storage is a bit of an issue and coordinating parking for 3 cars was not too bad but could be better if the trailer was not in the parking lot. We spent much of our time outside due to awesome weather but also because our large group did not fit well inside. any more than 6 in the kitchen or dining was a nightmare. the family room was okay but really only seats four unless you pull the ottoman out of the corner and that would block the tv but we made due on the floor to play games and cards. the pictures are a little deceptive - the futon is in a VERY tight space downstairs. not really usable except for passing thru to the laundry of toilet - only two toilets with neither on the main floor was a bit of a nuisance but doable. The middle bedroom bed is very uncomfortable. The location to main street in Frisco and park are the best park about the property, then the exterior. The property owner/agent Amy did answer questions and assist us with other issues very promptly so that was a nice benefit. I would stay again but with a limited crowd - maybe 8 max - not as many as advertised unless its a bunch of college kids on spring break - then it might not matter.

Wonderful property in a great location

This was an excellent property - the pictures don't do it justice! It's even better in person. The home is VERY well maintained. It has plush carpets, comfortable beds and furniture, and more than enough towels, blankets, linens, dishes and kitchen utensils. There is plenty of parking and the park is literally right behind the house. It's also just a short few blocks to walk to town and right near a creek. Perfect location. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the property manager (who is the homeowner and previously lived there) seemed a bit uptight. There were a lot of rules, which doesn't bother me (I understand this is how the property stays so well maintained), but what did bother me a bit was her repeating all of them to me while I was sitting in the car in 25 degree weather waiting for the door code. She also reminded me pets were not allowed (someone in my party had asked about bringing her service dog), made me affirm to her that we were not sneaking in any pets, reminded me that she and her friends live in town and walk by the property all the time and will know if we're lying, and later texted me asking if she could stop by the property the next day to "deliver some supplies". We did not hear from her the rest of the visit, had a wonderful stay, and would definitely stay here again, but that initial interaction did not make for a very welcome greeting.

Close to town

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving (nine people total, all adults), and really enjoyed the proximity to the park and downtown Frisco. As it was winter, we did not make use of the deck, but I'm sure it's nice in the summer. As stated in the previous review, there are three bedrooms upstairs, and two sets of bunkbeds and a small futon in the basement. The upstairs beds were queen and one king, and were fine. The adult children slept downstairs, which did not work well at all for them. The size of the beds and futon are what they are, but aside from being small they were extremely uncomfortable, and not conducive to adults. Probably ok for young kids. There is no bathroom on the main level, and the kitchen and living room are each too small to seat more than perhaps six people, which made it challenging trying to eat meals, play games, etc together. Towels were also a challenge. There were enough bath towels for six or seven people, definitely not for nine (no extra towels at all for the hot tub). If you do decide to rent this condo, be sure to double check fees (taxes and cleaning fees), as I was charged tax twice, and an extra cleaning fee, as we did not have time to vacuum and clean the floors before we left for the airport. The price isn't bad, but next time I will spend a bit more if I need to and stay somewhere more comfortable and welcoming.

Super Handy in Frisco

Stayed here a week with my wife, 2 adult daughters and granddaughter. We came in from various states for a family reunion. The granddaughter immediately claimed the basement bunk room. That left the three bedrooms on the second floor for the adults. There is one bath on the second floor and a 3/4 bath in the basement. There was plenty of floor space and we enjoyed our time there. In the end we all agreed that it was a good stay and we were happy with our time here. The Good: 1) Morning coffee on the deck; watching people and dogs on their way to the park next door. 2) Just a couple blocks walk to several good restaurants and interesting shopping. 3) Privacy was pretty well protected by a screen of trees, but needed to go to the street to see the views. 4) Really close to the walking trail along the stream. 5) Had a chance to meet the owners, very friendly and they volunteered to take away the trash during midweek. 6) Two refrigerators 7) Plenty of pots and pans dishes, etc. to fix a meal. 8) Nice friendly neighbors from Texas. Not so good: 1) Because of the parking arrangements and the truck and trailer sharing the parking area it took a 3 or 5 point turn to get parked or get out. 2) It seemed that over half of the closet space was locked up for the owner's use. One bedroom had no place to hang anything up. 3) Both refrigerators and the cupboards contained foodstuffs for the owner. 4) After a shower, even with the fan on, the basement bathroom had really high humidity; could have bad results of ventilation not improved. 5) Bed in master bedroom was comfortable but needed a stool (provided) to get onto it. 6) The instructions left for renters by the owners seemed to be intrusive and threatening. But, considering that many times the renters may be a group of college boys on a ski trip that may be necessary. 7) Couldn't find a spare towels for use with the hot tub. 8) Didn't get to see the bear that was reported to have visited the previous week. We enjoyed driving mountain roads in the area, kayaking on Lake Dillon, riding the Georgetown Railroad, eating out in the many excellent restaurants in the area and just relaxing together. I would especially recommend Bread and Salt at the corner of Main and 4th. Be sure to ride the Gondola at Breckenridge, free during the summer. One of the daughters had not vacationed much, especially outside of her home state. This visit opened her eyes to the possibilities and now she is ready to travel.
