Residence Dusni 6 has a spacious and well lit rental apartments situated in the heart of Prague, near the Old Town Square. Apartments includes living room connected to dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub and is en suite, the second one has a shower and is accessible from the hallway. Living room consists of standard sofa, Sat-TV and table for six, making it an ideal place for relaxation, even when entertaining guests. Apartment has a small, but sufficient kitchenette with all necessary appliances for whole family meal preparation. Design is a combination of modern and antique furniture, thus creating a unique atmosphere.

Of course, you can contact me anytime during your entire stay either by phone or come to see me at the management office located at Karoliny Svetle 4, Prague 1, which is about 10-15-minutes walk from your apartment. Whatever you might need, I'll be glad to help you and share my local knowledge.


The closest METRO station is called "Staromestska" (green line, A) and is reachable about 6 minutes of walk from the apartment. The closest BUS station "U Stare skoly" is only 1 minute far.

Lovely apartment in a great location
We were 2 adult couples staying in Prague for 4 days. The Dusni 6 apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and a short walk to all major sites in the Old Town area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the nearby vicinity. If windows are open, you can hear some street noise, which should be expected. Both bedrooms were roomy, and the beds were comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were more than adequate. The living room area gave us plenty of space to spread out. Edoardo was a great host, and very responsive on all inquiries. His local team in Prague could not have been nicer, or more helpful. The check in and check out processes were easy and pleasurable. We would definitely stay again if/when we return to Prague.

The apt was very clean, conveniently close to old town and the air conditioning at this time of year
We recommend this property. It was very clean, conveniently located a few blocks off Old Town square and comfortable. The coffee/tea packets were a nice convenience. The only negative is that being close to Old Town on a weekend it was noisy during the night. We would recommend this property. Our host who welcomed us was very kind.

Beds were comfortable
After a very long traveling day, together with delayed flights,cars, etc. We were met at the door by a very short tempered girl named Jane. She was furious that we were 1hr late (we called beforehand and warned them). The apartment was clean and tidy. It did have a lift,however if you have a handicap you do need to walk up another flight of stairs. The main living space had AC and one bedroom ,but not the second bedroom. No internet in three days (they were working on it) There were some positives, great location,comfortable beds, and the owner was gracious enough to let us stay late on check out day.
