Bon séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour et la communication avec la propriétaire. Elle était joignable et à l'écoute pendant notre séjour et rapide pour résoudre les problèmes (changement de télé). Appartement bien équipé et bien localisé hormis un petit problème de propreté à l'arrivée. Je recommande ++

Superbes vacances

Superbes vacances. Tout est à proximité, plage, commerces, restaurants, piscine... appartement juste parfait, bien agencé et très bien équipé.. on se croirait à la maison ! Etat de propreté impeccable, tout est propre, jusque dans les placards ! Residence familiale idéale pour les enfants, des plus jeunes aux ados ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils, pro, rassurants et réactifs en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Appartement exceptionnel.

Vraiment parfait, appartement très propre et super bien équipé avec tout le confort et le modernisme, box couvert pour voiture, piscines à 5 mn, plage à 200 mètres. Très bonne accueil et conseils de Madame Lise Jensen et de son équipe. Je recommande vivement cette location qui est très bien situé. Merci encore à Madame Lise Jensen.

Un trés bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Empuriabrava avec nos deux enfants . Le logement était propre , le nécessaire pour préparer les repas , chaînes françaises mis à disposition pour le journal télévisé et quelques dessins animés pour les enfants . Les aires de jeux sont nombreuses et très appréciées par les enfants. Lise Jensen est très professionnelle et nous a fournit toutes les infos avant et lors de la remise des clés .

Séjour très agréable et reposant

Toujours bien accueillis par les personnel de l'agence Barneda, professionnels et dévoués qui trouvent toujours une solution arrangeante pour la récupération des clés. Notre appartement était spacieux (produit rare dans les locations de vacances) très confortable, meublé avec goût... quartier agréable, proche de la mer et des animations. Je connais bien ce secteur pour y avoir souvent résidé... je n'ai jamais été déçue des appartements proposés par l'agence Barneda, que je recommande. Coco de Toulouse

Pool wurde nicht genutzt....preis Leistung stimmen hier nicht..hotels mit Halbpension sind günstige

Fw....müsste mal renoviert werden... Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten noch extra bezahlt werden...sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig.kein vermieter vor ort...mussten uns erst kundig machen, wo der schlüssel sich befindet.,ohne fahrzeug wäre es schwierig.geworden.

SEJOUR AMPURIABRAVA

séjour et situation agréable, proche tous commerces et plage la location propre( pas de chaines françaises a notre arrivée mais problème résolu après réclamation auprès de l agence) et vue sur piscine , restaurants de bonne qualité a des prix corrects, villages sympa a visiter a proximité et faire le parc aqua brava en famille... Génial.

La Mer, Le Soleil, L'Espagne

Descriptif conforme de ce très bel appartement, très joliment décoré avec goût, très fonctionnel, propre, et plus parking sous sol. Nos repas pris au balcon avec vue sur belle piscine, très agréable. très calme. Résidence très bien située tant au niveau de la mer 100m, que des commerces, des restaurants, de la Marina, tout se fait à pieds. Immense et longue promenade, en front de mer, complexe sportif en plein air, génial, terrains de pétanques, de volley, jardins d'enfants, balançoires... De part tous ces points positifs, le contact, l'accueil très chaleureux que nous avons eu avec Lise Jensen et sa collaboratrice, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances au soleil et bien sûr recommandons sans hésiter cette location. Schönes modernes Apartment

Das Apartment ist schön und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sauber, auch die Betten sind bequem. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf den Pool und ist direkt am Strand. Gleich gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt und in 5 min ist man in der Stadt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Très bel appartement avec une situation idéale

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la mer, de la piscine et des commerces. Ce logement, spacieux, est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Nos 2 adolescents ont regretté la mauvaise connexion internet (point à améliorer). Par contre, nous avons dû contacter l'agence pour un petit soucis technique dans l'appartement et ce problème a été résolu le jour même (quelques heures seulement après notre appel). Merci pour votre gentillesse et disponibilité.

Très bel appartement

Très bon standing de l'appartement, Belle terrasse avec la vue latérale sur mer. Très bien situé juste à coté de la plage et piscine ce qui est très pratique quand on a des enfants en bas âge. logement propre et bien équipé et pratique. Le plus : les deux salles de bains c'est le grand confort. Accueil très sympa à l'agence, et très bonne réactivité pour résoudre le moindre problème. Les moins : 1-Même si le matelas à ressors du grand lit a été changé en 2013, il reste très mou et inconfortable et pas en adéquation avec le standing de l'appartement. On sens les ressors dans le dos. Il existe des matelas mi-ferme pas cher et plus confortable. 2-Internet ne fonctionne pas et tous les forums le confirme dans la résidence Grand Reserva. Je crois que l'équipement n'est pas adapté aux nombre de connexions. Peut être il faut investir dans un abonnement individuel. Internet à notre époque est indispensable comme l'eau et l'électricité.

Una casa perfetta in collina che guarda le Eolie

Una casa-vacanze perfetta! Come, del resto, la gentile ed accogliente Signora Rosanna. La modularità dell'abitazione consente di andare autonomamente in coppia o in compagnia, fino ad un massimo di 6 persone. La casa, arredata con buon gusto, è dotata di comfort di elevata qualità e raffinatezza. Tra tutti, un solarium mozzafiato. La posizione è incantevole, in collina a 10-15 minuti d'auto da un mare meraviglioso; poco più di mezz'ora per raggiungere le Eolie. Un ultimo dettaglio ed un consiglio: la cucina di tutta la zona (dalle Eolie ai Nebrodi) non deve essere considerata un dettaglio ma un elemento fondamentale. Il consiglio: questo B&B è davvero ideale, da consigliare a coppie, famiglie con bambini o piccoli gruppi appassionati di storia, arte, cultura, mare e buon cibo. Buone vacanze!

Pour passer de bonne vacances.

Appartement neuf, moderne et très bien équipé. bonne exposition. Piscine bien entretenue. l'équipe à l'agence nous à très bien accueillie et à su rester disponible pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Idéal pour passer de bonne vacances. A louer sans hésiter !

Excellent modern apartment

What a wonderful apartment, everything new and modern. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The owner thought of everything.. Great view from the balcony over the gardens and pool. The best thing is the situation, just a walk to the beach and the town centre. We were delighted.

good and comfortable place to stay

We have stayed in an apartment with two bedrooms, it's a nice place to stay. The kitchen has all the utilities you need to cook a meal and there's a nice porch with garden/swimmingpool view. The beds were fine and the apartment was clean when we arrived. We had asked for a baby bed and it was nice and comfortable for the baby. For only 30 euros you can rent sheets and towels, so you don't have to bring them from home. Supermarket and bars en restaurants are 5 minute walk, same as the beach! I would definitely recommend this apartment, we had a lovely stay, thank you Lise!

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Les plus : bonne superficie d'appartement. bon emplacement bien qu'excentre des canaux., calme proche plage et commerces, à 200m. bon Etat général, propre. piscine avec pelouse agréable. clim et Wifi ok. Agence immo pour réservation très bien: efficace et réactive. Les moins : état déplorable des canapés du salon (heureusement qu'on n'y dormait pas!). absence de moustiquaire aux fenêtres ( beaucoup de petits moustiques). balcon un peu trop petit. manque pour le premier jour un premier kit d'entretien ( éponge, liquide vaisselle, savon au moins). Manque un lave-vaisselle, et des multiprises en bon état. La déco pourrait être améliorée.

Agréable location à Rosas

Appartement très confortable dans un immeuble récent. La situation est excellente, car près de la mer et de la magnifique promenade maritime de Rosas. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, et soucieux de la satisfaction de leurs locataires. Le quartier est tranquille, le garage est précieux, et le Restaurant "Las Palméras", tout près, parfait pour les Français...! Je recommande, bien sûr, cette location, et y retournerai avec plaisir.
