The house has three large bedrooms, large kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, utility room, spacious veranda for outdoor dining. The stazzo is 30 minutes from the sea (north-west coast: Vignola, Rena Majore, Santa Teresa, Palau). 45 minutes from Olbia. The position: away from everything but only half an hour from the sea. Here you can enjoy a pleasant silence, the coolness of the nearby forest, and the night admire the starry sky. The house is surrounded by nature; the place guarantees relaxation and maximum tranquility. Inside the countryside there is a suggestive forest of oaks and Mediterranean essences, where you can spend moments of true peace, and make beautiful walks on foot or by bike.

Wonderful house for nature lovers!

We stayed at this place with our two children for two weeks. The house has everything you need for family stays including all baby equipment. We have been very satisfied with all the good service and communication with the house owners, they helped us with all questions and problems we had.

Gastvrijheid en uitzicht

Dit is een groot en mooi gastvrijheid huis. Kamers goed. Keuken lekker om te koken. Tuin groot en allerlei mooie plekken om te zitten. Eigenaars zeer goed en gastvrij. Kortom super locatie.

Beautiful place, quiet and solitary

This house is the best choice for those who are looking for peaceful holidays, surrounded only by cow bells and embedded in a spectacular landscape. It's very spacy, surely enough for two families with children. The kitchen is fully equipped, supermarkets at 15 minutes distance. The owner provides a simple but sufficient Wifi solution. Giusi and Gianella are very friendly and helpful, thanks for meeting you!

Tolles Haus in schöner ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem schönem Haus! Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen, das Grundstück ist groß, es gibt Hängematten ( in denen meine Tochter begeistert ihre Urlaubslektüre gelesen hat), für kleinere Kinder gibt es viel Platz zum Toben und Spielgeräte draußen (Gesellschaftsspiele gibt es auch) Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man braucht, der Kühlschrank ist riesig, separat im Hauswirtschaftsraum hat man noch die Möglichkeit eine Gefriertruhe in Betrieb zu nehmen. Es gibt viele schöne Strände, die innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichbar sind. Wunderschöne Wanderwege gibt es in der Nähe, und auch sonst genügend Ausflugsziele. Dazu haben wir von Giusi und ihrer Schwester viele tolle Tips erhalten. Sehr herzlich sind wir aufgenommen worden :-) vielen Dank liebe Giusi und Giannella wenn wir Fragen hatten war immer jemand erreichbar. Grazie mille!

A very special place in Sardinia!!

We stayed at this beautiful house for two weeks with our two children aged 8 and 14 years old. We visit Sardinia every year and the house was the best we’d ever stayed in. I would thoroughly recommend Giusi and her family as hosts. They were so kind to us and the hospitality and care was amazing! Much more than you’d except on a holiday. The house has absolutely everything you’d need in the kitchen and games for the children! It is very clean and homely, also very cool! It is much more beautiful than the pictures (the views and peace at the house are breathe taking) and Tempio Pausania is nearby where we had amazing dinners and enjoyed festivals. The nearest beaches are only 30 minutes away and we enjoyed the countryside. We also visited Alghero, Bosa, Olbia, Sassari, Palau, Porto Rondo and other villages. The view of the lake from the house was spectacular. There are two large supermarkets Conad and Lidl which are approx 10 minutes from the house. Giusi deserves to do so well with holiday rentals as she is so kind and generous! If you are looking for a wonderful house in Sardinia and still near everything that a large town has to offer, look no further! We will definitely be back to this house. Thank you so much Giusi and family! 💜

Très bon accueil

Malgré notre arrivée tardive, nous avons été reçu comme des princes. Nos hôtes nous ont accueillis avec entrain et sourire, ne pensant qu'à faciliter notre arrivée en Sardaigne. La maison, largement assez spacieuse pour nous 6, était d'une propreté irréprochable et semblait n'attendre que notre arrivée. La météo, parfois capricieuse ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de paysages à couper le souffle, il nous a suffi d'adapter nos excursions aux endroits que le soleil voulait bien éclairer, en effet plusieurs climats peuvent cohabiter ensemble selon les zones géographiques. L'île est hétérogène et présente de multiples facettes intéressantes toutes les unes que les autres. Encore merci à Giusi, Salvattore et Gianella pour cet accueil familial et sincère.

Selten in einem so gepflegten schönem Ferienhaus gewesen! Super Vermieter, wunderschöne Landschaft!

Also, zu uns als Gäste: Wir, drei Freunde (30+) wollten zur Entspannung aufs Land raus, mit der Möglichkeit an schönen Stränden zu liegen, gutes Essen zu genießen und bei Bedarf auch mal die ein oder andere Bar oder Feier zu besuchen. Und unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt! Zur Lage des Hauses: Es liegt abseits und ruhig gelegen, zwischen dem schönen Ort Luras und der kleinen Stadt Tempio-Pausania. Die Zufahrt ist teilweise etwas holprig, da das letzte Stück des Weges nicht mehr geteert ist (Also lieber kein tiefergelegtes Auto^^). Luras ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, und bietet neben den typisch schönen kleinen Gassen und Plätzen, auch mind. einen Supermarkt, und sogar einen Metzger. In Tempio (ca 15 fahrminuten) haben wir neben ebenfalls einem Metzger insgesamt 4 Supermärkte gefunden, sowie eine Hypovereinsbank, mehrere Tabakläden, sowie dutzende Cafes und Restaurants. In den 10 Tagen die wir da waren, wurden an beiden Wochenenden große Feste mit Bands und allem drum und dran veranstaltet. Also selbst für Party wird dort gesorgt. Das Haus selbst liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf ein Tal mit See, und den Bergen im Hintergrund. Beim Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse genießt man einen beeindruckenden Ausblick. Der Garten ist rießig, und auch für Kinder gut geeignet (kleines Planschbecken, Basketballkorb und genügend Eidechsen zum jagen). Wir haben uns aber eher mit den Hängematten und liegestühlen beschäftigt^^. Das dazu gehörende Gelände erstreckt sich über viele Hecktar und eignet sich sehr zum wandern. Ein Grill steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Auf dem Hügel geht immer ein leichter Wind, der dafür sorgt das es trotz über 30 Grad nicht zu heiß wird. Das Haus ist eh angenehm kühl. Perfekt zum schlafen! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. An Ausstattung ist echt alle vorhanden. Sogar ein ganzer Waschraum. Achja, in 10 Tagen hatten wir insgesamt nur 2 Mücken!!! Zu den Stränden selbst brauche ich glaub ich nicht viel zu sagen, wer schon einmal auf Sardinien war, weiß das sie schwer zu übertreffen sind. Und alle die noch nie dort waren, fahrt hin! :) Im Haus gibt es ein Buch von allen Stränden mit Bildern und Karte. Man wird also leicht fündig. Und falls man fragen hat, stehen Giusi und ihre Familie einem (wie auch bei allen anderen Belangen) gerne zur Verfügung. Fazit: 5 Sterne reichen nicht! Molte grazie Giusi e Salvatore!!
