Beautiful location

Beautiful location with fantastic swimming pool.very peaceful but close to Pienza and Montepulciano. Lack of air conditioning was only downside as was around 38 degrees throughout our stay. Elisabetta was away but responded quickly to

Beautiful house with view and pool (pictures don’t do it justice!)

We have enjoyed our stay so much! The house was beautiful and well kept. The pool and the view were stunning. A lovely place to relax and visit surrounding cities. Thank you Elisabetta!

Beautiful quiet location

This was the perfect location to stay after a couple of weeks of touring in the tourist congested locations. The villa was clean and quiet but close to Trequanda and Sinalunga. Our host was very responsive to our questions and requests.

La maison louée est à côté de celle du Proprietaire (information manquante ) et pour accéder à la piscine , on doit passer donc devant la maison du propriétaire. Grande piscine agréable avec une belle vue néanmoins. Quelques irrégularités dans la maison à régler (rien de compliqué : porte salle de bain à raboter , mitigeur lavabo mal monté donc que de l’eau chaude de disponible, et remontée d’odeur dans la 2e salle de bain) En ce qui nous concerne les propriétaires étaient en vacances donc nous étions seuls et cela nous allait très bien pour accéder à la piscine jusqu’au week-end où leurs amis étaient présent et nous aurions aimé être prévenu avant… Propriétaire très réactive quand on a besoin d’elle .. Maison au calme et au vert sinon N’oubliez pas également en été l’invasion de moustiques … Belle région à visiter

erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Toskana

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Elisabetta. Mitten in der Toskana gelegen und die absolute Ruhe… Elisabetta ist eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin und das Grundstück sowie der Pool sind atemberaubend! Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Quite place to enjoy Tuscany

We (family of 4) enjoyed our stay of three weeks in the house near Trequanda village. The house is on the premises with the main house of the owner Elisabetta (and her 2 dogs who stay near the main house). It is remote and very quite (we like that). To get there you have to drive a private gravel acces road of 0,5 km. The living room and the three bedrooms are spacious, there is one large and one small bathroom. The kitchen is rather small. The pool is very large and has a magnificent view. Early in the morning and in the evening you cans see the deer in the garden or meadows near the forest land. The location is very suitable for trips in this part of Tuscany, like Val d"Orcia, Le Crete, Siena, Arezza and lesser known beautiful places as eg Asciano (beautiful museum) fo example. Elisabetta is always helpfull and reacts almost immediately if something is the matter (like the powercut after a summer storm). If you like a quite environment to enjoy Tuscany we recommend this place.

Erholsamer Urlaub in der Einsamkeit

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und hatte einen großartigen Pool (leider etwas abseits). Die Küche ist etwas klein (nicht für das Erstellen größerer Mahlzeiten geeignet.). Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Draußen war die Anzahl und die Qualität der Sonnenschirme nicht optimal.

Erholung pur mit einer bezaubernden Aussicht! Diese Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und wundervollen Urlaub an diesem Domizil. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Toskana. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Badezimmer wurden renoviert, es war immer sehr einladend. Frühstück und Kaffee auf der Terrasse, ein Wein am Pool, es fehlte an nichts. Elisabetta ist eine hervorragende und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat so manchen Tipp parat. Ein gemeinsamer Abend mit ihr hat diesen Eindruck nur bestätigt. Durch die längere Anfahrt auf das Grundstück hat man keinerlei Berührungspunkte mit Nachbarn. Die beiden Hunde von Elisabetta sind einfach nur toll und haben sowohl auf das Grundstück als auch auf uns aufgepasst. Diese Beiden vermisst man schnell! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden immer wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen!

Ein tolles Haus in toller Umgebung mit einem super Pool!

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 2 und 13) haben in dem Haus einen tollen zweiwöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen hat sie uns immer weitergeholfen und hatte auch Ausflugstipps für uns bereit. Wir waren fast durchgehend alleine auf dem Grundstück und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Platz ist wirklich ausreichend vorhanden. Von der Autobahnausfahrt wurden wir von einem Freund der Vermieterin abgeholt und zum Haus „gebracht“, da es doch sehr versteckt ist. Das beste an der Unterkunft ist der tolle Pool. Er war wirklich groß und sauber und wir haben ihn in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Kinder hätten ihn am liebsten nicht mehr verlassen. Das Haus ist auch wirklich in Ordnung. Es gibt eigentlich alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Espressomaschinen, usw. waren in der Küche ausreichend vorhanden. Der Gasherd funktionierte einwandfrei. Mückenschutz stand auch in verschiedenen Varianten zur Verfügung. Sogar Badetücher für den Pool wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Das war ein toller Service. Als wir ankamen stand ein Begrüßungskorb für uns bereit. DANKE Elisabetta. Einzig die Schränke in den Schlafzimmern waren nicht so toll. Einige fielen schon fast auseinander und leider war keine Ablagefläche für unsere Kleidung vorhanden. Es gab nur die Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen. Das ist eigentlich das einzige was mir einfällt, was nicht so gut war. Unser Urlaub in Trequanda war spitze und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Séjour au top!

Quelques jours de pause lors d'un road trip de 3 semaines. Endroit au calme absolu, jolies vues. Confort et équipement bienvenus. Piscine extraordinaire! Elisabetta fut une hôte discrète mais charmante et efficace! Merci à elle.

Absolutely lovely! Stunning grounds and perfect pool.

The house had everything we needed and Elizabetta was both welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable and there were lovely spaces to sit and relax both inside and out and enough room to be together too. The pool is beautiful, large and exceptionally clean. We spent most of our time swimming and lazing in the sunshine. The local area is very beautiful with interesting and towns within easy reach and some of the best food we have encountered. Very much hope we will return!
