From June 1 to September 30 there is a bus line to and from the center of Roses. The stop is just behind the house.

In front of the house passes the round road, GR-92, which runs from the French border to southern Spain along the coast. It is a magnificent and placid cornice walk to the Natural Park of Cabo de Creus, the Cala Caladraba or to the center of Roses.

The house has a garden and a pool but they are for the exclusive use of the property.
