Longcross Waters at Lakes by Yoo is a 4/5 BEDROOM HOUSE (5th bedroom is a snug/TV room with a king size sofa bed, suitable for both adults and kids) SLEEPS MAXIMUM OF 10 ADULTS + 4 children (on a king size double sofa bed in the master suite at a supplement of £25.00 and 2 X z beds in parents bedrooms that convert to an armchair when not in use at a supplement of £25.00 each).

On-site spa facilities including indoor heated pool, techno gym, bookable spa treatments (at extra cost).

Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with prior permission, must be kept on ground floor and off of furniture.

This stunning contemporary detached eco-property in this truly private community is a superb masterpiece created by a world renowned designer in partnership with an international design group - it makes the most of its location with full height panoramic double glazing affording uninterrupted views from the edge of the lake. This is guaranteed to wow the fussiest and even the most hardened of luxury seekers.

Lay out
Upon entry you will be greeted with a large tiled floor hall that immediately leads to a spacious open plan living, dining area and beautifully appointed and well equipped kitchen for all your needs.
The kitchen boasts Neff appliances which include a double oven, larder fridge and freezer, a bar fridge, dishwasher, built in microwave, halogen hob with extractor over and a gigantic grey marble topped island unit with plenty of storage below round out this perfectly gourmet kitchen.
A large stylish white glass dining table sits central in the room with seating for 10 people that flows to the living area of the room. The living room benefits from a very comfortable large modern L-shaped leather sofa, the room has a large Samsung television mounted above a very attractive glass fronted gas wood effect fire, all perfect for relaxing.
To the right of the living room, through sliding doors, there is a separate snug area/TV room /5th Bedroom with a wall mounted television and a king size leather sofa bed. This room can be used as a bedroom, HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE that space is limited and only small hanging storage arrangement is provided. The nearest WC/Shower is across the corridor and would be shared with guests that are using the ground floor bedroom.
To the left of the kitchen is a large 4th bedroom with wide sliding doors to the decking. The 6ft bed can be separated into twin beds making it very versatile. Here you will find a white leather chair that converts to single bed (suitable for children only) Bedside lockers and lamps add warmth, storage drawers and hooks for clothing added for your convenience. There is a luxurious shower room almost opposite the bedroom benefiting from two shower heads and glass shower screen door, modern stylish sink and toilet on a mosaic tiled wall with large mirror above.
These rooms all benefit from striking floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead onto the deck where you will be overwhelmed with fabulous views of Warrens Cross Lake and where an abundance of wild fowl can be discovered. Whilst making the most of the view the decking has an outside dining table with chairs, large Weber charcoal BBQ and double lounge chairs for your pleasure.
The Utility room is also to the left of the property housing the Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer, a butler sink and further cupboard space for added storage and a frosted glass side access door.
The staircase to the first floor is immediately to the right of the front door leading to three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The grand size Master bedroom is along the landing to the left and again benefits from floor to ceiling windows giving the same magnificent view of the lake. The luxurious king size bed, bedside lockers and lamps, large wall mounted television.
Master bedroom boasts a soft king size sofa bed suitable for children all make this open plan suite a pure indulgence. The Master ensuite bathroom has a glass stylish and contemporary walk through shower unit with two shower heads, a stand alone bath, double sinks and toilet, being beautifully tiled and decorated throughout.
The second bedroom has a king size bed and large built-in wardrobes, bedside lockers and lamps, floor to ceiling view of the lake. A beautiful shower room at the entry of the bedroom is very convenient.
The third bedroom has the benefit of twin beds that can be joined together to form a 6ft super king. Large built-in wardrobes, bedside lockers and lamps and the magnificent view of the lakes complete the room. Here you will find a white leather chair that converts to single bed (suitable for children only). Family bathroom is located at the top of the stairs fitted with a shower enclosure, bath, toilet and sink.
1 kayak and 1 paddleboard with access to the lake via the boat platform. Please note that from 1st October to 31st March access to the lakes is suspended in order to protect the over-wintering bird population. This restriction applies to kayaking, boating, fishing and swimming.

Idyllic couple of days away, we will be back
Escaping London for the last few days of the Christmas holidays, and found this luxurious property at Lakes by Yoo. The house itself was utterly charming as was our host who showed us around. All modern facilities, all in superb condition. The master bedroom itself felt as big as our house in London (and that's 4 bedrooms!) Just a 5 minute stagger from the property was the on-site spa. A stunning pool, steam room and sauna awaits, whilst the kids play some pool, or run around in the playground just outside. There is even a gym.........if only there had been time for it ;) We grabbed a takeaway pizza from the on-site café/restaurant (Elsa's) on the Friday night, which was delicious. To top things off, the property sits within a gated community, but all the major supermarkets deliver, so getting in the essentials was no problem whatsoever. A huge thanks also to the owner for leaving us a bottle of bubbles to enjoy........another lovely touch. Another thing to highlight was the complimentary late check-out when leaving on a Sunday, which we fully utilised, before returning to reality. Communication with the agent was also first class. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we booked up again for mid-term, and whilst we weren't able to secure the same property, within a few hours ,we'd secured another property, nearly identical, and they booked it all for us to ensure we didn't miss it, whilst we were out travelling, all on a Sunday. Definitely worth a visit! You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful relaxing break
This property met our needs perfectly giving my two children, their families and myself an opportunity to spend the weekend together. The house itself was outstanding, with all the facilities you could wish for with a huge open plan kitchen, dining and living area and fabulous bathrooms and bedrooms with the most comfortable beds imaginable. The estate is perfectly designed with each property exclusively private, with panoramic views across the lakes. There is loads to do if you wish, walks in the park areas, kayaks to use on the lakes, children's play area and the spa, all of which we managed to squeeze into our albeit brief stay. The estate is ideally situated within the Cotswolds to easily access the picturesque villages nearby, and the local information provided prior to our stay was very detailed and extremely useful. We have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Lakes by Yòo, you will certainly not be disappointed.
