Communication with Frank was great! Had some trouble with the A/C and he had maintenance there in minutes. Problem solved.
Apartment was clean and spacious. Great for a group of 4-6 ppl.
Walking distance to the beach access and Wanna Wanna’s made the location perfect. We will be staying here again!
I was skeptical due to the lack of reviews for this unit and property; however, it was PERFECT for our 4-night stay in SPI. Manager Frank was quick to respond (every time) with all the details I needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked in the unit and everything we needed AND MORE was available for us to use. The main bathroom is a little dated but worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable (several pillows) with fresh linens and the shower towels were plush. The couch and recliners were clean and comfortable. I'm spoiled to a washer/dryer and not having to pack sooo many clothes for a week-long trip. Being a half block from the beach was perfect and a very easy walk. We used a wagon to transport our chairs, ice chest, and canopy to and from the beach. This unit is on the bottom floor with a dedicated parking spot just outside the front door. It was very nice having the fenced courtyard on the back side (by the pool) with a porch to keep our wagon and beach supplies packaged, ready, and safe/secure for our next trip to the beach. I appreciated not having to load and unload our wagon after and before each trip to the beach. Wanna Wanna is a block away with a nice outdoor seating environment and beach volleyball.
This was a nice getaway to the beach. We love this location being so close to the beach and to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar. The place was nice with everything we needed.
We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed the property. I would suggest taking a cart to put things in to go to the beach since it is a little of a walk not far just hard to walk with heavy items. Loved the property.
The condo was beautiful and clean, nice and cold inside. We loved that we could walk to the beach and right by the Wanna Wanna Beach Bar. We will definitely be coming back. Frank the owner made sure all our needs were met.
My family and I enjoyed our short stay. Everything was very clean when we checked in. Having the room on the first floor was extremely convenient! Short walk to the beach! We enjoyed our stay so much we would like to come back!
The condo was newly remodeled in an older building by South Padre Island standards. It was clean, spotless, cozy and had all the trappings of home for an affordable price point. The common areas were well maintained and easily accessible from the beach. I am glad we found this listing.
