The "BUNGALOW" welcomes you to fun and relaxation year around. Whether going to the beach, fishing, hunting, birdwatching, or just hanging-out, this house is equipped to provide you with a pleasurable stay. It has an outstanding location in a quiet, safe, well maintained neighborhood within minutes of the boat ramps.

The Bungalow is unique in that it offers amenities for all ages to enjoy. What makes this property special is the stocked pond for your "catch and release" pleasure. Plus, there is a paddle boat and kayaks moored at the dock for your use. Be mindful, children must be supervised at all times around the pond, and all activities are at your own risk. A well-maintained trail around the pond invites you to take a nature walk or get some exercise as you observe various waterfowl stalking fish. Additional birdwatching from the deck promises endless entertainment. A plus is the seasonal arrival of purple martins to the gourd racks to raise their young. And of course, pet mallards and geese roam the property and eagerly await someone to throw them some corn stowed on the deck.

THE BUNGALOW has 2 full beds in one bedroom and two twin over full bunks in the other. There is a daybed with a trundle in the Living Room.
The third bedroom has with 4 twin beds, along with the third bathroom, and a TV room complete with a coffee bar. Hence, The Bungalow comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

Your, well-disciplined pet is welcome. We insist that pets are not to be allowed in the bedroom or on furniture. Also, if you leave for the day, take your pet with you or kennel it. Please, leash your dog around the premises.

Security cameras are on the premises. These surveil only the yard, and are not armed during your stay. We mainly use them to birdwatch while we are away.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed the house, was very nice very clean . The deck was awesome to sit and relax on great view. Even enjoyed thw ducks and geese feeding them . Will most definitely be back . Communication with property owner was A plus.

After staying at this property for the third time, there was no regrets. The amenities are fantastic and there is no better bang for your buck in the POC area. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet vacation spot with an abundance of room for multiple families!

This is an amazing property. Lots of space to roam and beautiful birds to watch. The beds were very comfortable and everything you need is already on site. Tom and Adrian were great hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely hope to visit again!

This was a great experience. The house is incredible. The back patio was perfect for the occasion, and the property owner was extremely hospitable and transparent with any concerns I had. 5/5, five star, rent this property when in POC. I will for sure return when the time comes.

Great place for a fishing trip

A very lovely house, and the backyard is beautiful. Our stay was pleasant and everyone was amazed with the decor. We really appreciate the flexibility with late checkout so that we could fish!
