This vacation Studio-Suite is located in the heart of the World famous OCEAN DRIVE/ART DECO DRIVE. This ART DECO building was converted into Suites.
Everything inside the Suite includes furniture, amenities, and a 55" QLED TV with Surround Stereo System. The Suite has a full kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom with tub and shower. Stepping-out of the Suite, you will be enjoying what South Beach is all about, the white sandy tropical beach with 360 degrees of scenery, and full of nightlife, clubs, bars, boutiques, museums, theaters, and international restaurants with delicious cuisines. Across the Condominium is Lummus Park bordering the beach with recreational activities and playgrounds for volleyball, basketball with public bathrooms and outdoor showers, cement path for roller-skaters, runners, walkers, and for tourists access to the beach.

Parking is available thru parking meters along Ocean Drive and its cross streets. The less expensive indoor parking is: City of Miami Beach Parking located on the corner of 7th street and Collins Avenue (entrance is thru Washington Ave and 7th Street because 7th St is One Way Street). Please keep in mind that the rate of parking in Miami Beach depends on the location and vary per day of the week and festivities around the South Beach. The further the parking is to the water/beach, the less expensive you will find the parking. Valet parking is also available by private companies throughout Collins Ave and Ocean Drive starting on 6th Street to 15th Street and their parking rates vary on the day of the week, weekends, and festivities around South Beach. OCEAN DRIVE IS OPEN One Way for vehicles from North to South (from 15th St to 5th St).

Great location on south beach!
We stayed in this unit 2 nights before getting on a cruise ship. It was a perfect location for food, fun, and the beach. The unit is spacious and clean. It is a bit noisy during the day. The laundry facilities do have a fee. There is no pool or hot tub though I believe the listing said there was. Great pit stop for two people!

Lovely location
Location was perfect right on the strip. We had a wonderful time walking by the beach.Riding bikes, having drinks fun place to be. Close to everything really loved going to bayside. The only thing I could complain about isThe one ply toilet paper. It was so cheap, you could literally see right through it. Other than that it was perfect. The lady there kept checking in to make sure we didn't need anything, very polite.

Location can’t be beat!
The location was amazing. Walkable to many restaurants, the Miami Beach sign is directly across the street, and the beach is a very short walk. My husband and I stayed here with our 4 year old and it was perfect for the three of us. Can be a little difficult to find at first as the gated walkway is tucked, basically, behind a table at the restaurant next door but once you find that it’s super easy to check in and go about your day.

It was okay
Cons: Fair property to sleep, neighborhood was sketchy. Front door to the building didn’t lock properly at times, so who knows who was in and out, and there were a lot of homeless around the area. Wasn’t aware that I had to pay for use of the washer/dryer, but they are only 2/load. Only had 1 small roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 2 days. Sofa bed seems more like a full and the sheets for it were stained. Kitchen wasn’t much help for cooking. Couldn’t boil a pot of water with the stove. Pros: Located right across the street from the beach, which was pretty cool. The “Miami beach” sign is a great spot for pictures. Overall, I’d spend my money on a better location and Uber over if I wanted to go to the beach.

This property is a hidden gem. Right on the beach in south beach. Everything you could need within walking distance. The hostess was a jewel. We will visit this property again.

It was okay but they didn’t provide any trash bags /spray cleaner or a dish scrubber had to run to the store and get one. Coffee maker was very dirty and couldn’t scrub it because again no scrubber! The pans they had were not useful so I couldn’t cook . The shower was so difficult to pull I literally broke a nail and hurt my hand. The towels smelled like wet dog and had to wash them and lastly the bed covers smelled like other people slept there and it was really itchy.

Attendant was nice and met us in the lobby. Loved the location, right in the middle of activities. Not impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. The unit had hair in the shower and on some of the towels. My family complained about the channels lacking on the TV, the oven and stove did not work well. The ultimate complaint was having to take the trash out when checking out. The dumpster is located in the back of the building but you have to go out the front and make your way around to the back of the building to dump it. I would suggest bringing your own towels and shower shoes.

Nice place, but very noisy.
We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect, very close to everything and right on the main street in South Beach. The only negative I have is that the walls are paper thin and neighbor noise was a bit much. Also, the location of the unit was right next to a side street with a liquor store that had numerous loud arguments/fights that were very distracting and made it difficult to sleep at times.

The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Helena was wonderful and helpful. My daughters love it too. It’s in the best location with the beach being right out the front door. There’s so much to see and do within walking distance. I would not hesitate to book this place. Looking forward to coming back for another stay there soon

Great location, probably wouldn’t stay again
You get what you pay for. The location was great and was super close to the beach. The check in process was precarious and cumbersome. We had to get in touch with the housekeeper to check in, and had to wait in the lobby while she was finishing up cleaning. The security guard in the building was noticeably drunk when we arrived which was a little unnerving. All in all I think paying a little more for a little nicer place would be a better route to go.

Absolute perfect location!!
My wife and I, along with our kids, ages 8 and 10 were completely satisfied with the condo and the building in whole. So many memories were made here this past trip. The beach, the outside gym which the kids loved. The south point was a short walk. The food nearby is fabulous. Love the private entrance to the building and how it’s tucked in behind the patio. Appreciate how clean everything was and how the we could utilize the full kitchen as grocery's were only a block away. Never needed to leave the area the 4 days we were there. Recommended for sure.

Location is great, room was spacious and clean. The only issue was the check-in time. A week before our arrival we’ve requested early check-in to be able to attend to an important event. But they never followed-up on that. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
