One of the largest Sapphire floor plans, our unit #1305 is an open, airy and very bright 3 BD, 2.5 bath oceanfront condominium. As this 1748 sq.’ FLOOR PLAN spans the full depth of the building it offers a balcony view over Laguna Madre and the causeway on one end and a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico on the other. You can enjoy the bay view while seated comfortably in the entryway or on the balcony itself with the chairs provided in both places. An electric barbecue on the bayside balcony makes barbecuing very convenient without having to leave the condo which is not the case in most other Sapphire units. Whether you’ll enjoy taking in South Padre Island’s beautiful sunrises or spectacular sunsets, this floor plan is perfectly designed. Also the condo has a great location in the south tower. It’s at a perfect height to take in sweeping views of the Gulf but low enough to see the poolside and beach activity.
The condo’s spacious ENTRYWAY with sliding glass doors leading to the bayside balcony offers lots of natural light and a gorgeous view as soon as you enter. The modern KITCHEN with its stainless steel appliances, bar stools, Quartz Island and large island countertop space has all the supplies, dishware, cookware, bakeware, blender, keurig, electric skillet of a well stocked kitchen. By the kitchen is a new full-size, large-capacity “LG” washer and dryer set.
The BEDROOMS offer extremely comfortable sleeping arrangements. Top quality mattresses and 100% cotton bedding make for a great night’s sleep or afternoon nap. The MASTER BEDROOM has a KING bed and a 50” flat screen TV and a very large window facing the Gulf of Mexico. The adjoining MASTER BATH is very nice and spacious with a marble double sink vanity, large oval jetted-tub and separate shower stall with glass door and a roomy walk-in closet.
The SECOND BEDROOM is also furnished with a KING bed. This is a recent addition to provide for maximum comfort for two people. This light and airy room has a large window facing directly onto the Bay.
The THIRD BEDROOM is furnished with two Queen beds. This room also has an entertainment center with a 40” flat screen TV, movie videos and games.
A large second FULL BATHROOM has a marble double sink vanity, separate tub and a shower stall with glass door. Both bathrooms offer quality towels in all sizes.

The following amendments to the Property Rules and Regulations applicable to the periods of Spring Break, between March 14, 2025, to March 23, 2025, and Semana Santa April 11, 2025 to April 20, 2025.
1. The primary named renter must be 30 years of age or older, as verified by a government issued ID,
2. Accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families sharing a condo.
The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements.
