This is a great house in the Gardner Mountain Area of South Lake Tahoe. Perfect for a family vacation, friend trip or ski group.
The National Forest is just down the street for hikes, mountain biking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing. Keep going and you'll enter Fallen Leaf Lake. The biking trails are so close and will take you to all of the neighboring beaches, Emerald Bay and more. Majestic pine trees surround the house.
The retreat is within close proximity to the beach, casinos, ski resorts, snow park, hiking/biking trails, horseback riding and so much more. You will love the house's location to all the Lake Tahoe fun.
The retreat is complete with three bedrooms. Included in your rental is all bedding and towels, high speed internet, smart tv's with free YouTubeTV (network channels/sports/other) or log into your own streaming service such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and more.
A fully equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, cooking and dining utensils. For your enjoyment a hot tub sits among the pines. The retreat enjoys a large stone fireplace that keeps things warm and cozy. We have many games for your family to enjoy. There is also a large, secluded backyard to roam and relax in.
This home sleeps 6 comfortably with a 7-person maximum.

Lake Tahoe is a wonderful place to spend with family and friends. Endless fun in the Winter and Summer at the lake.
Our house is in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. With only a 1-2 miles from the beach. It's so ideally located to Heavenly Ski Resort, Sierra-at-Tahoe, Tahoe Keys, Camp Richardson, Pope Beach and Emerald Bay.
The Y area stores are very convenient to the house. Need milk? Forgot your toothbrush or blow-up floatie for the beach? Raley's is nearby or order on your Instacart app.
