Beautiful large 2700 sq ft home 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with dual air
conditioning and tinted windows throughout. Located on Needles
Municipal golf course, next to the Colorado river. Access to river
and boat launch within 100 feet from home. Home completely furnished
with everything you would ever need to enjoy your stay. 70" HD TV,
Large island kitchen with two ovens and windows galore to enjoy the
beautiful view of the golf course. 2 bedrooms are master bedrooms
with their own full baths. Laundry room with additional refrigerator.
Back-yard is one of a kind all 1600 square feet with full flowing
pond adjacent to the 12 foot island BBQ with 8 seating fire-pit along
with lounge chairs to enjoy the view. Once you have stayed in this
home you will want to surely come back again.

Beautiful home

The house is immaculate. I can’t say anything else except that we had a great experience in every way. I highly recommend Kevin and Linda’s house. Thank you for letting us make some memories of a lifetime with our family.

Amazing home

Beautiful Spacious River Home

We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the large patio with a beautiful running water pond for a night of star gazing. This is our second time renting this home and we look forward to the next.

Nice kick off to summer!

This is the second time at this property and it didn’t disappoint. We have stayed in this complex several times and this has been our favorite home so far. Spacious, quiet, close to the river and right on the golf course. It was easy to get a slip for our boat at the marina which made it nice to be able to leave our boat in the water. Linda was quick in response and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Amazing home and decor. Linda the owner is amazing and responds quick to text/email. The property is spacious and well situated around all amenities(river, pool/jacuzzi, off reading trails, casinos, and many others). The back patio area is relaxing and huge. We will definitely stay again.
