West Galveston house about 16 miles from the Strand, Moody Gardens and downtown. This beachfront one story home built to accommodate two or three families has a beautiful view of the ocean from every bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room. Surrounded by Andersen windows you will enjoy the quietness of silence or the relaxing sound of the waves and the breeze of the Ocean.

Recently replaced outside main deck made with non- splintering Trex material.

Kitchen remodeled in 2020 with all new custom made cabinets and island. Latest Bosch French Door refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher. House was given a new coat of paint and laminate floors through out.

Winter experience at the Beach no problem Fireplace recently replaced Firefox and plenum will take all wood logs you toss in for
a warm atmosphere.

Located at a prime section for fishing. Early morning jog no problem; this house seats at the section of the beach that motor vehicles are not allowed so you will be safe and your children too. Lot size being one hundred by two hundred feet makes this house very private and with plenty parking space for up to seven cars. Two central air conditioning units cools and heats all living areas.
Sleeping accommodations are: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Full size beds, 2 Bunk, 1 Queen Futon.

The house is great, the kids loved the beach!The only problem I think is that maybe the cleaning people missed some cleaning of plates, they were put back dirty.Other than that, everything was great.

Loved the layout of this house. Everything met our needs and every one of the 13 people in our group had a space. Loved the large windows with beautiful views of the ocean!

Great house!
The house was amazing for our group of 10 adults and would be amazing for littles as well. The house is well stocked and the location was amazing. We're already planning our next trip. Can't wait to come back!

Nice house with a great view and proximity to beach
We had a wonderful time at the house. The beds were very comfortable and it was convenient to have all bedrooms on one floor. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. You can't beat the beach access from this house. It's also a fairly quiet beach with no vehicle traffic, which is a huge plus.

Always A Pleasure
This was our second time staying here. The house had a little storm damage from Hurricane Beryl, but the house itself was amazing! Great location that was right on the beach. The kitchen was full size and then some, beds were fresh and comfortable. We will forever book with this host and place.

Nice roomy property on beach
We definitely enjoyed our stay at Aries. The cabin was spacious with no wasted space. 5 decent bedrooms with 3 baths and a nice huge open living/kitchen/dining area. Proximity to beach was also quite convenient.

Wonderful house and location
This was our second time staying at the house. Everything was just wonderful. We loved the floor plan of the house and the location was perfect. The house was very clean. Loved loved the large deck and catwalk to the beach. We could sit on the deck and watch the kids play and go back and forth to the beach by themselves. Will definitely stay there again.

Galveston Beach Week
Our family of 14 (4 generations!) was so comfortable staying here! Bathrooms were nice, beds were great and the living area and kitchen were spacious enough for all of us. I especially liked that there was just one floor, since we had children and our 84 year old matriarch, and were right on the beach. We had a great time together! here

Great beach house, amazing views!
Great house right on the ocean with private walkway to beach. House was very clean and matched the description perfectly. Very well taken care of and recent updates. Great for a large family. Pablo was very friendly and easy to work with. Overall we had a great time and would gladly stay again. Gave 4 stars due to some of the beds being extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Living area was nice. Two tables were nice to seat lots of people. Circle table top was a little unsteady. For sleeping 16 it would have been nice to have more dishes, especially bowls in the kitchen. Appliances were fantastic. Ice machine was awesome and kept up with all our water bottles. Had a great time. Thank you!

The beach house was exactly what we were looking for. My brother and sister-in-law have stayed prior to this year and recommended the property. We loved being on the beach. The house met all our sleeping needs. We did run out of towels on the first night for showering. We did wash a load that night so everyone could shower. The convenience of having everything in the house we needed was a major plus! We hope to make this an annual trip. We will definitely recommend this property to others and hope to be back in 2024!!

Aries House - 3.10-3.13
The house was dirty in all areas minus the main living room/great room with dust and cobwebs. Blood stains on pillows and sheets, some dead bugs along the floor boards in a few of the rooms. The property manager did come over and did what he could to help. Overall the house was nice just needs the cleaning crew to give some extra effort. All appliances and a/c worked just fine. The house is right on the beach so that was great.

Great big house for a great big family
The house layout is great with the giant boardwalk to the beach. The rooms have great beds with a good mix of configurations, king, queen, queen with bunks, bunks only. Two of the bathrooms were partially remodeled and that was done very nicely. The only complaint I have is there is a long list of smaller maintenance items that seem to have been ignored. Stuff like door handles falling off doors, pocket doors that squeal loudly when used, and more. With a little more TLC, it would be an excellent house.

Arias Home
Check in was earlier than posted and very user friendly. We had family members from Dallas join us at the beach house. We were all (8 adults & 1 child) very comfortable with the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The family room, kitchen and dining room were spacious, well-furnished for all of our needs. The property provided outdoor chairs for the beach which was a nice surprise. The outdoor furniture on the porch were provided. (these were not shown in pictures or description) If we had 1 thing on our wish list it would have been a covered area on the porch. We brought a 10 x 10 canopy which we had planned to use on the beach and instead used on the porch. My 88 yr old mother to our 3 year old great grandson had a great time. The negative thing was the trailway at the end of the walkway to the beach way very narrow and was overgrown with grasses. This made it hard to watch out for snakes. I would otherwise recommend this home and Pablo Arias.

Great house & great location!
The house is located on the west side of the island, which is further out, but we didn't mind since we were spending family time altogether in one place. The private walkway to the beach was so wonderful to have, and just picturesque. The beach was clean and felt private. The size of the house was great for our extended family (we had total of 8 adults in the 4 bedrooms and 4 teens in the bunk room). All rooms had good beds, bedding. The kitchen is updated with all fairly new, great quality appliances. The living room and dining room was just large enough for our group. Everything was mostly positive! But a few negative comments are: (1) the bathroom outside of the bunk room had remains of lots of dead bugs around shower door floors which owner said likely after they did pesticide but didn't get vacuumed, was gross to clean up ourselves (2) bunk room blanks and extra blankets in closets were musty and we needed to launder them before use (3) while kitchen is fully stocked with utensils/tools for cooking, the house is not stocked for disposable items that most rental homes would have like toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, paper towels, oils, spices. the owner let us know well in advance, but if you are traveling in from out of state it presents a hassle to have to stock for these types of items (not including food you'd cook). (4) floors are sandy from beach so remember to bring house slippers (5) despite pre-cleaning for pests as the owner assured us, we still encountered bugs such as cockroaches, mosquitos, ants -- but we assume there's only so much that can be done about these pests in this part of the country Overall - we had a wonderful time and stay during Thanksgiving break. We cooked a full thanksgiving meal and also shopped for fresh seafood in the Strand and brought back for a seafood boil and bbq'd oysters. Pablo who's the owner/mgr is very kind, communicative, responsive and easy to work with. We'd recommend this rental with the few comments/suggestions noted above.

Fabulous family vacation spot!
This house is well laid out! Floor plan allows for kids on one side or families on one side. It’s an older home but has received lots of TLC! New floors, paint and kitchen! The porch with the gate was a huge bonus! We could let the little ones run on the porch without fear of beach or street. Location was awesome! We will go back! We had 7 adults and 5 children (ages 4 to 3 months). Manager was extremely quick to respond (simple item…batteries for thermostat).

Wonderful house!!
The house was wonderful. The location would be wonderful as well if people could read the signs about no vehicles on this part of the beach. We loved the catwalk to the beach. The house is beautiful inside. The deck is very big and had great rocking chairs. My family had a wonderful time and cannot wait until we go back to the beach. Would rent again.

This was a wonderful beach house…
I can’t say enough about this home… Very clean. Great size , we had four family’s it was a great fit. Walk out the door to the beach. Right on the pedestrian beach, no cars to dodge. Close to convenience store. I would definitely rent again.

Ocean front property at it's best!
This property was fantastic as advertised! Every room had an ocean view and enough bathrooms for all 10 of us. The wrap around porch and full window view from inside was breathtaking! We never ran out of ice for everyone. I need that freezer at home! It was a very relaxing week in this well thought out floor plan for enjoying the ocean. We will come again!
