Newly renovated - non-smoking, fully furnished one bedroom condos are located in quiet Sunset Beach, on the Intercoastal, across a residential street from the beach. These brightly decorated units have a private/direct beach access, and offer all the comforts of home. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, romantic walks on the beach, in a relaxed tropical atmosphere.

Fun in the sun

Great location and fantastic views and relaxing places to kick back. Other people in the place were very friendly and welcoming. Condo unit was very clean and very well organized.

Wonderful stay!!

This room had everything you could ask for! Very nicely updated. Mike and Georgia were so friendly, they even went and got a new umbrella when we discovered ours was broken. Loved the location within walking to Caddies and steps to beach. We will be back for sure!

Relaxing Stay

Our Visit to Sunset Beach was very relaxing the Condo was beautiful small but comfortable, everything we needed was available. Mike and Georgia were very helpful down to places to eat. Only problem was the fact they were working on the beach so we didn't get to spend much time there. Thank You Mike and Georgia we will be back

Stress Free Get Away

This property was phenomenal. Our hosts provided us with beach chairs, pool noodles, a beach cooler, and even a fishing pole for our local dock! They assisted us in local restaurant choices by providing their personal favorites. The weather was beautiful and the food was great at small local businesses. The keys were sent to us in the mail and we were able to walk in and avoid check in during time of arrival. 10/10 would recommend staying at this location!

We spent a wonderful 11 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday at this property and we couldn't have been more pleased. Mike and Georgia are wonderful to work with and the condo had everything we needed. Right across the street from the beach with easy access, close to everything and at a wonderful price! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone! Within a block are two different bars you can walk to and it's on one of the most lovely beaches in the St. Pete Beach area! The complex is quiet and everyone is extremely friendly! You should do yourself a favor and book with Mike and Georgia! Simply wonderful!

Treasure Island memories

Georgia and Mike's place is awesome! They are so communicative and checked in to make sure we were doing okay. We stayed here prior to having kids and now have a teen and 10 year old. It was a little tight (expected since we know it's for 2), but they stayed in the living room and we were able to have a separate place in the bedroom. We love the beach being right there! The pool is also great to have. It is fully furnished so we were able to make breakfast in the morning for everyone! Thanks for having us again!

Fantastic Stay

For the most part of my stay it was just myself. My daughter did stayed with me for two nights and loved it. The condo itself was perfect and met my exact needs. It was very nicely furnished and very clean. Beach chairs , towels, soft cooler and freezer packs are also available to use for beach/pool time. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware essentials if one needed/wanted to make a meal. I ate out most meals and enjoyed many of the local restaurants recommended by Mike and Georgia. There are some delicious options available. The location on Treasure Island was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and very safe. Just a short walk across the road and boom, you’re at the beach. You’re just a quick drive to museums, stores and tourist spots, everything was very convenient. Mike and Georgia made the whole experience seamless and they were ready to assist me with any issues or questions I had. I truly enjoyed my stay and if I’m in the area again, will definitely stay here. Thank you Mike and Georgia for sharing your piece of heaven.

A Must Stay

Even though I never met Mike and Georgia in person, they were always there to assist me with questions. The unit felt like home, extremely clean and organized with all you could need included. Just bring a tooth brush and enjoy. The complex was very well maintained by Mickey, a hard shelled man with a soft inner core and a wrath of knowledge of the area. It sat on an inlet which invited you to sit and relax with a wide array of water fowl and sea creatures. A 100 yard walk to the most fascinating beaches. A will stay again location. Thank you Mike any Georgia for allowing me in you slice of heaven. Bless you both.

Beach Heaven

The location is actually, literally across the street from the beach, we LOVED it. There is a pool on site, but we're not big on pools. Very nice and friendly people around. The hosts are absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful with ANY need, problem, suggestions, any thing needed. They were very accessible for all needs. The space is very nicely done with everything(except food) that is needed to be comfortable for your stay. We will definitely come back in the future.

A perfect beach getaway

This unit was clean and had been very tastefully updated. Beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and tile shower with glass door in the bathroom. Very comfortable king size bed. Best of all a very very short walk to the fantastic beach. Beach chairs towels and an umbrella were very thoughtfully provided by the owners.

Restful spot near a wonderful beach

This is a neat and tidy apartment that was recently updated. The kitchen was very well equipped and the apartment was nicely decorated . This unit is across the street from the beach and has access to a well maintained swimming pool. I would definitely rent the unit in the future.

Location and everything you need!

Sit by the Bay, short, short walk to beach it is all for you to enjoy. If you plan on cooking, Georgia and Mike have it all there for you. They checked in with us to make sure everything was good. We would recommend first timers to stay here, it’s quiet, beautiful and relaxing.

Wonderful relaxing vacation

We came for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. Condo was immaculately clean and the decor made you feel right at home at the beach. The beach was a short walk across the street and saw an amazing sunset every evening. The pool was also nice and relaxing and very clean. We can't wait to return and stay again. Georgia and Mike were so wonderful and met us at check in and we had direct contact with them.

Mike and Georgia offer a very lovely condo. It is a close walk to the beach and located on a peaceful part of the island. We are originally from Northeast Ohio, relocated to Virginia in 2007, recently retired and relocated to Florida. We have been vacationing here since 1985 and in 2000 we purchased our first unit. Our children were very young when we first started coming down and now we see our 6 grandchildren enjoying this piece of Heaven.

Why they chose this property

This is a very relaxing place as it is located in a more residential area away from all the busy and touristy areas but you are only about 5 min. away if this is where you want to be. Shopping and many good restaurants are close by.

What makes this property unique

If ""Living On Island Time" is the way you like to spend your vacation, you can make it as busy or as relaxing as you want it to be. The sunsets are incredible and never the same. There are different paintings in the sky every evening. Sitting at the dock watching the manatee and dolphins is a sight for young and old. The walks on the beach will bring many shells to your collection and never 2 the same.
