A modern, 2 bedroomed villa set in tropical, lush gardens within a gated complex of 10 houses. Our villa is just a few minutes drive from the award winning 18 hole Santiburi golf course, which has beautiful views over the bay. Maenam is situated just 20 minutes from the airport and a few minutes drive from a variety of shops, restaurants and the beach, which has been voted one of the best in Asia.

There are two bedrooms both with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms and large balconies that overlook the pool area with views of the hills. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful four-poster bed. Both rooms are light, spacious & airy with air-conditioning. .

Dining Room
The dining room is part of the open plan living space and has a four-seat wood/glass dining table.

Kitchen
The kitchen is large and open, and ideal for those who like to self cater or entertain. It is is fully equipped with appliances that include a large free standing fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, four-ring gas stove top, cafetiere, kettle, and toaster.

Living Room
The open plan living area combines a lounge, dining room and kitchen into one spacious area. It is decorated to a high standard using tropical and thai themes. A large flat-screen TV/DVD with satellite channels available along with free internet/wifi connection.

Outdoor patio
The outdoor tiled patio area consists of chairs and table, with mature frangipani trees. The 15 meter swimming pool is a welcome haven on hot days and there is on-site housekeeping who maintain the pool and gardens.

All bed linen, bath & pool towels are provided along with a 1x weekly clean. NB. extra cleaning is available upon request at an extra charge of 600 THB paid locally. There is also a washing machine at the villa.

Discounts are available for stays of two weeks and longer.
