Just one block from the beach, this house has all the amenities you want including a large pool. Everything is modern, including a custom built kitchen with nice appliances and bar stools.

The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom and a TV with Chromecast.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

Chromecast is available so you can cast your favorite Netflix movies and shows right from your cell phone.

You have wireless Internet through out the house and enjoy up to 90 Mbps high speed - fast loading quality Internet.

Screened in porch seats 8 people comfortably and is perfect for your BBQ-evenings in Florida. Of course the lit pool makes your night even cozier.

Great place to stay

I totally enjoyed my stay in Indian Harbor Beach. The home was so cute and comfortable. The neighbor across the street who oversees the property was very friendly and helpful! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who would like to stay close to the beach and enjoy the sunshine :-)

Perfect house by the beach

This is an excellent property for a relaxing home away from home experience. The house is so clean, comfortable and well organized. You have everything you need. The screened back porch was our favorite part it really opens up the living space and gives you plenty of room. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to the beach.

Great place for a getaway!

Loved our stay! The location was perfect for its closeness to the beach. Was able to roll out of bed and hit the beach within minutes for the sunrise. The house had everything we needed including being able to make our own meals. The screened in porch was nice for eating meals and late night chilling. Pool was great even though a little chilly (but this time of year it kind of made sense). Would stay here again!

Relaxing

We all were so happy with our Vacation. The house was very nice especially the pool and the screen porch. It was so nice to let the dogs out while we all enjoyed the pool and with the fenced in yard we didn’t have to panic when they got out of our site.There was only one problem when the bug sprayer came and sprayed we had to keep the dogs in that whole afternoon.

Perfect Beach House!

This house is even better than it looks in photos. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook anything you'd like. There's a great dishwasher for easy clean up. My family and I loved having breakfast and dinner in the screened in porch, and the living room was super comfy to just hang out. Each bedroom was very well appointed and great fun beach decor. The bathrooms were perfect for my older parents who didn't need to step over a bathtub as the showers are really modern and updated walk ins. I loved the pool, it was heated and extremely easy to relax in. The beach is very close by and was easy to take a walk to every morning. The house also has some beach chairs which were super nice to have. If you're looking to stay in this area, this house is perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!

Just what we needed for a few days off!

This was a great property to relax at with our kids for a few days off. They loved the pool so much and there was space to play in the yard. Would recommend! We were asked to strip the linens off the beds, which is fine, except I did notice there aren't any mattress protectors on the larger beds. Wished they had them and switched them between guests.

Perfect place and location

Quiet Beach Getaway

The area around the property was clean and quiet, and the beaches weren’t heavily populated—though this could be due to the time of year/activity of the water during our stay. The temperature of the pool was perfect pretty well at all times, and it served as our oasis whenever we were there. The A/C did stop working during our stay, but the hosts were quick to remedy the situation the best they could to keep us comfortable while they scheduled to get it repaired. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again in the future if we were to return to the Indialantic area.

The Pool!!

This place had it all! The house is beachy charming, very clean and comfortable. Loved the screened in patio and most of all, that pool. We stayed 23 days and we were in it all but 2 of them. First time to Melbourne. If you like eating out, there are sooo many GOOD restaurants in the area. We hope to be back again.

Enjoyed our 1 week stay.

The house was very clean and the kind caretakers were welcoming and live nearby to answers any questions we had. Beautiful backyard and pool! Gorgeous remodeled bathrooms. 65” Television ! The back screened porch and front porch were enjoyable for sitting and the safe residential neighborhood was perfect for dog walking. Grocery stores are conveniently nearby. Recommended!
