Gulf Beach Condo at John's Pass village /Madeira Norte building/

This fourth floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf view condo in the Madeira Norte complex has a panoramic beach view, as well as a view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Extra big balcony. The famus John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is located just across the street with its many shops, restaurants, boardwalk, fishing, boat, jet-ski & para-sail rentals. Several Trolley's run up & down the beach with a stop right in front of our building! The Trolley travels all the way down to St. Petersburg to just before beautiful Clearwater Beach.
We are located 5 miles North of St. Petersburg on the Gulf side, 20 - 30 minutes from Tampa airport, Busch Gardens and not far from Orlando & Disney World. Our condo has a private heated pool and direct access to the Gulf!
We have covered barbecue place, WIFI.

Just what we were looking for

We had excellent communication with the owner from the beginning-she was very helpful and thorough. The assigned parking spot and easy check-in process were a great start to our stay and we were so pleased with the accommodations and cleanliness of the unit. It was so well-equipped for our stay. We loved the location and convenience of going to the beach or across to John’s Pass Village.

Our beach stay

Our stay was great! Borbala was prompt with responding to messages regarding reservations and any problems. The condo was clean and tidy. There were extra blankets and towels. There were also basic necessities like washing and drying supplies. I definitely would recommend!

Great location

If you want to be able to walk everywhere, this is a great location. Shopping and live music is across the street at John’s Pass village. Walk to the beach or pool. The condo is comfortable and well equipped with cooking utensils and pots and pans. The balcony faces north east so you don’t get the hot afternoon sun. The bathrooms are a little outdated. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. I’d stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. Borbala was great to deal with. John’s Pass is right across the street which is convenient. The beach area was nice. The pool was small but nice. Property is kept clean and very well maintained. Elevators, stairwell, gate to the pool and gate to the beach all have secured access.

We had a wonderful time with a great location across the street to John's Pass and right on the beach. Everything was as advertised or better and the communication was excellent. We highly recommend and will most likely be back.

Finally back to Florida!

After a 4 year break from going to Florida due to Covid and Hurricane Ian we finally made it!! Yearly visitors to Fort Myers Beach but due to hurricane Ian we had to find somewhere new so we ended up at Madeira Beach and we weren't disappointed. Really enjoyed the area. Condo spacious clean, comfortable and well equipped, everything you need as a holiday maker far from home. Communication with property manager excellent, very responsive, check in process as easy as it gets and flexible regards check in and check out times. We have absolutely no complaints, lovely stay.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. Had family visit one night and the extra room was great. Loved that it was so close to so many restaurants and bars and the beach was wonderful. Loved that we had a view of the ocean and the bay and the music from the bar across the street at night was fun to listen to while sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Clean. Great location. Extremely quiet.

This condo was very clean and just as described! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with tubs that actually drain, fully stocked kitchen, washer/ dryer. The condo was very quiet. Never heard another soul above/ below/ next to you. The bedrooms have 2 bathrooms in between them so it gives you privacy if staying with friends/ family. Super short walk to the beach and tons of shops and dining within walking distance if you don’t want to get a rental car. Borbala was super flexible and easy to get in contact with and the parking is under the building so it’s shaded and makes getting groceries up easier. The only thing that it lacked was being ocean front….you hear traffic and live music instead of the ocean. I would stay here again!

Perfect location across from John’s Pass to walk to for many things, perfect spot on the beach, family friendly, great condominium, everyone was so friendly and the condo was comfortable and clean. Thank you for making our first trip to Madeira Beach so fun!

Vacation

Check in was very easy. Nice views of the ocean and John’s Pass from balcony. The condo had everything in it that we needed, but it could use some updates. Decor was outdated, and bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. Air conditioner worked but couldn’t keep up with the Florida heat at all. We spent little time in the room due to it being so warm. And had to run fans nonstop and sleep under only a sheet because of the temperature. Borbala was very quick to respond when we did have any issues and we did appreciate that. Also the elevators are extremely slow and hot ( not owners fault) and they seem to break down a lot. Overall we did enjoy our family vacation and made some great memories. Thank you for allowing us to spend the week in your condo.

Great Vacation!!

The room and complex is exactly as posted! The front balcony gives you a chance to listen to live music and has a great view of John's Pass (and the bay) as well as the Gulf of Mexico! It's truly the best of both worlds! The room has everything you need for a vacation. If you want to cook in, the kitchen is fully stocked. Borbala is great to work with. We found the toaster in the unit did not work and she had a brand new one delivered the next day! Having John's Pass Village and Boardwalk across the street is an added bonus. Shops, ice cream, and tons of food options within walking distance! I would absolutely stay here again!
