WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING
THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY.
EXTRA CHARGE OF $200 FOR DOGS TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.

CHECK-IN IS AT 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO CLEANING REGULATIONS FOR ROOMS. WHEN THE ROOM IS READY I WILL TEXT YOU. USUALLY IT IS EARLIER THAN 3PM

Recently remodeled studio with one Queen bed. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable 55' Smart TV wall-mounted, large balcony, AC and a Reserved Parking Space in the underground garage. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for only two persons. .Non-smoking persons only, no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

Nice, was as advertised. Terrific view! Only disappointment was no pool but we were forewarned. Pool would have made the stay perfect, but we had a great time anyway! Would definitely stay here again. Isabel is an exceptional host, a pleasure to do business with!

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay. The staff were accommodating, personal and eager to please. The location was perfect for getting on and off main roads to our many destinations. Easy walkable access to many restaurants and shops. Loved the view. Hoghly recommend.

A quick trip to San Juan
I live in Fajardo and had a friend in town for two weeks. Instead of ubering to San Juan to hang out, we decided to stay over night to enjoy. ESJ and this unit was perfect. Close to everything you need, food, beach, exercise. I will remember this if I decide to do it again!

Very neat and clean nicely decore cozy and confortable just right for two people love i can cook my breakfast coffe and eat in the balcony looking at ocean ,safe building a plus friendly staff love the amenities access to beach missing my morning walk in the beach i will come back in a heart beat last but not least the host was on point in instructions very prompt answers making sure we were ok .Thank you Elizabeth for trusting me with yiur place.

I am a retired school teacher living in South Riding Virginia this property in PR is my second home and my favorite unit when I come to PR.

Why they chose this property

This property is my favorite because of its full kitchen and its balcony, witch unlike other properties in the building, is free of the noisy air conditioning compressor. This allows you to use the full space of the balcony for your comfort.

What makes this property unique

Aside from a compressor free balcony, the view of this unit is to the west side of the building. This is the best view of the building and is in fact the iconic view of Isla Verde.
