furnished townhouse just 2 blocks from the beach. Our award winning
new construction offers you beautiful outside 2 decks. This specious
town house is 2,400 sq.ft. 2 Big size Master bedrooms with queen size
bed. 2 other bedrooms has 2 full size bed in each room. Kitchen,
dinning area and living room are very specious.

Awesome house

Well in 2020 with all that is going in it was nice to get away and this trip was what we needed. The house was clean the area was quiet and relaxing. The owner called to check on us to see how things were. Would recommended and would rent again.

Spacious stay close to the beach.

Overall it’s a great place. It’s 2 1/2 blocks (7 min walk) to the wildwood beach including the dog beach at Maple Avenue. Easy access to the boardwalk and we saw dolphins everyday at the beach. The house is a very spacious duplex with a large 2nd floor patio which oversees a quiet street, parking lot and a park where they do free movies and concerts. There are two parking spots for the unit but it’s tight so we luckily found free street parking on Pine for our pickup truck. We had a slight issue during our checkin with the previous renter not checking out on time and the place was not cleaned. A bit frustrating considering Covid impact on the area. But the owner had his cleaning crew there in a few hours and it was very clean. We even tipped them they did such a great and quick job so we can checkin. There’s an ice machine in the freezer and elevator to get to the 2nd floor. Stairs inside the unit for the 3rd floor bedrooms. The furniture and bedding is a bit worn and older which is normal for a rental but the couches could use a cover. There was plenty of cookware, dishes and cutlery. No sharp chef knife if you like to cook I would bring your own. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Wildwood.

only a few blocks to the boardwalk and the ocean. very comfortable and spacious. has 4 bedrooms so each family member and their significant other had their own room. The condo parking lot allowed 2 cars and our 2 cars found free parking spaces directly on pine. We had some trouble with the washing machine on the last day but spoke with the owner and he is aware and most probably fixed it. He seemed like a very nice man. If you want a clean and spacious condo (with some balconies) right near morrey's pier this is the place. (fireworks on the boardwalk Friday night were great)

Wonderful!

The owner was so helpful and responded to every question quickly. We had three couples, and each had a very comfortable bed and bathroom to use. We brought our own sheets and comforters. The beach we used was on 11th in N. Wildwood as it had a small walkway and free parking. Wawa on the corner. Air conditioning worked great!! The elevator and parking was a plus. We had perfect weather and enjoyed every minute!!!

Perfect!

Beautiful townhouse! Clean, very spacious! Loved the decks outside both the bedrooms and the living room. 2 1/2 blocks to beach and Boardwalk, no need for us to use the car at all! Owner was great and very prompt and helpful with any questions! Will DEFINATELY be renting from him again!

Clean Property, Great Location & Easy/Prompt Transaction with the Owner

Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean place, walking distance to most points of interest in Wildowood. Owner is quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. This is in Wildwood (versus Wildwood Crest), differentiated characteristically by the age group of renters.. primarily college/party crowd. Nevertheless, our stay was clam, undisturbed. Cleaning crew/Owner pointed to a few things that were broken after we'd vacated, but was nice to take our word in refunding the deposit. As an advice, pay close attention & report anything as part of your check-in (guess a wise thing to do with any rental). Overall, a very pleasant experience & will not hesitate to return back to this place.
