This delightful condo is designed for a couple who desire a romantic getaway on the OCEANFRONT or a couple with a small child. It rents in MINI-WEEKS AND
WEEKLY. It is a studio with a full queen size bed and a double sleeper couch. It has been renovated and has a view that is amazing. You can awake in your bed to watch the sunrise over the ocean and follow the dolphins swimming. At night enjoy the moon over the ocean and listen to the waves crashing below. The condo has a full kitchen or you can even spend time on the pool deck below and enjoy a meal or drinks at the Tiki Bar. In the evening you may spend time on your private open balcony with a drink and enjoy your oceanfront accomodations.

The property was a small spacious condo with beach decor through out. There was plenty of room for 2 adults to enjoy a nice get away over looking the beach. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning before starting our day. The kitchen and appliances were perfect for our needs. Plenty of places to eat and shop as well as the local buses to get around easily. We will be back. Our host Darlene excellent! She was accessible and checked in to ensure we had no issues during our stay. Thank you for the use of your cute little get away by the sea!

Summer Vacation!
We enjoyed our stay. The space was just right for us. Kitchen had all the essentials as listed. My hubby enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning. The property was very nice and close to the beach. We loved our view of the ocean from the 15th floor. Thanks to the host, Darlene for sharing her condo with us!

Exactly what we expected and more!
We loved our stay at golden sands and the condo was exactly as described. Everything you would ever need is a short walk or drive away. The condo was charming, clean and had everything we needed, even a k-cup machine. Thank you for a great vacation, we will be back!

Perfect location!
Darlene’s condo is cozy, in great location and in the perfect location. We loved having an amazing view of the beach and enjoyed the peaceful environment. Also, the condo was just as described and was very clean! Darlene is really nice and we found it very easy to communicate with her when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely come back!

Cute & Clean from Within the Room
The room itself was very on-point to what was advertised... Very cute, cozy, clean, and with a great view. The property itself was a little slummy, there is very little security at the building, people were walking around with rusty shopping carts, so that was off-putting. The elevator situation is also very slow and you may need to wait in a line a few times to get into an elevator. The owner of the room is very nice & communicative, so that was great. Overall the room itself is a nice experience.

Our weekend
We had a fantastic time. Darlene was an awesome host. Loved spending time on the deck. Enjoyed live music on Saturday and a DJ Sunday. Check out Saltwater 75. Great place good food on the water.

Oceans Calling Festival
When we arrived, we were able to park in the covered garage and immediately go up to our condo. We had plenty of space to unpack and set up comfortably. The balcony area has a wonderful view of the ocean and always has a nice breeze. The condo was clean and sufficient for our needs. Thank you Darlene for letting us use your condo. We will be back soon!

Amazing sunrises
Darlene was very communicative and responsive. Check-in at the Golden Sands was expeditious and pleasant. The parking space assigned to the unit is most likely the best parking space on the property. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. The very best part was hearing the waves crash while watching the sunrise from the comfort of bed!

Air conditioning broke and could not guarantee it would be fixed for our stay. Owner guaranteed to refund $811. Only refunded $500. Very unprofessional to say one thing and do another. Poor business.

Cozy, romantic, beachfront stay!
My fiance and I stayed at this property over July 4th weekend. The price was great and the views and convenience are unmatched! The condo is cozy, which is great for a romantic getaway, but would not recommend more than 2 people stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed it very much! Darlene was extremely responsive when we reached out to her about wifi. There were, however, very long lines for the elevators. At one point it took us 25 minutes to get back to our room. That said, it was a holiday and that really only happened in peak hours. My fiance really enjoyed the volley ball courts, while I enjoyed the tiki bar and pool more! Overall, this was perfect for a quick weekend getaway!

Awesome condo. Bad weather.
Thankfully are condo was very clean. Great room for a romantic getaway. Fantastic view! The weather while we were there was terrible. (No fault of the owner) Darlene was amazing. Very easy to get ahold of and was so nice. Would absolutely rent again. The only thing was one of the surrounding neighbors must of been smoking on there balcony and it was so windy it blew right onto our balcony.Again no fault of Darlene’s. So I would definitely recommend this condo.

The most beautiful place!
This is the ideal location for a perfect beach getaway! Clean, convenient, and cozy! Perfect view of the ocean. The access to the tiki bar, pool, and games was a huge plus! I highly recommend renting from Darlene. She was kind, helpful, and even checked in with us via phone to see if we needed anything. Absolutely no complaints, and we will be back!!

Absolutely Perfect!
Darlene is an awesome host and the property is exactly as pictured/described. Being able to wake each morning of my stay and watch the sunrise over the ocean was amazing, as was the moon over the ocean at night. The pictures I took will tide me over until I can book again and take more. If I were to mention one negative thing, it would be that the dryer is too high for we vertically challenged people to use easily. 🤪 I cannot wait to go back to Ocean City and stay in this condo again.

Excellent host - very quick to respond. A bit disappointing that the shops and Tiki bar were closed already. The tiki bar did open one day while we were there. Also 2 units away from us was having some remodeling done which was really loud all day long. Kinda annoying. Would be nice to know that ahead of time Our unit was very lovely and was perfect for our needs. It was just enough for the two of us and the ocean view was amazing. What a fantastic way to start every day just sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise above the water. Our place was clean and well equipped with supplies for our stay. We would definitely stay there again. A wonderful vacation.
