Remodeled, 3 bed/2 bath townhouse with excellent amenities. Gated community with 24 hour security. Washer and dryer in unit. Beautiful village concept setting with a resort-style clubhouse that includes fitness center, pool and spa area. There are a total of 4 pools, basketball, picnic/barbeque area, children's play area, game room with pool table and air hockey, volleyball, Also business center with computers, printers for guest use. Free wifi included in the unit. Wifi available all throughout the clubhouse area. 3 smart tv's.
Desk and chair, 3 TV's, jacuzzi bathtub in master. Very centrally located.

Christmas Getaway

Family getaway

This was my 2nd stay at this particular condo. I love the beach like decor when you walk in the door. The location was perfect for all my attractions that my family and I did. Overall I loved the condo..clean.. yhe staff was friendly and pleasant and the pools are amazing

I like the property but the only thing I had a problem with was one guard at the guard shack he didn't want to let me in because I didn't have a permit with an Uber because as everyone knows you can't but I had a permit on my van. Everyone else was accommodating and no problems

Great vacation rental close to parks

This was a great vacation rental close to the Disney parks, the check in process was seamless and it was always easy to find parking right in front of the unit. The unit was as described and very spacious for our family of four, our kids loved the bunk beds and the kitchen was very well equipped. We also enjoyed the on site pool which was clean and cool. Would stay here again or recommend to others

Un lugar familiar excelente. Lo unico que podemos decir es acerca de la limpieza. Pocas toallas para el aseo, la secadora no funcionaba y el baño arriba un poco sucio. En una ocasion se fue la luz y no tuvimos equipo de linterna para alumbrar. Pero la atencion de los duenos y las facilidades excelente! Buen lugar para visitar con la familia

What a wonderful week!

Our family of 7 had such a great week here! There was plenty of space for everyone! Very quiet location and very little traffic! The owners were very responsive to any messages that we sent. Very close to one of the pools that was always quiet and hardly ever used by anyone else. We absolutely would love to stay here again!

Beautiful property!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and I will definitely be renting again soon. The location was perfect close to parks, pool and fishing dock. Attractions and shopping all within 10 miles and less.

Florida vacation

The property is very nice, well supplied and the beds were comfortable. Security is tight but the staff were all very nice and friendly. It is close to both Disney and Universal. Only small complaint is the maids aren’t dusting anything. There was an inch of dust in the table centerpiece. It is very quiet and you don’t here any one around you. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Vacation was a success

Our family of 6 booked this rental for 9 days and had no regrets. The unit is as advertised, complex is beautiful and safe. We saw security all around the general areas. I observed the comments of other renters however we had no issue registering on arrival, perhaps because we arrived around 11 pm, but the security was courteous and completed the registration within 5 mins, if that long. The key is to print your booking information ahead of time. We also didn't have any issues each time we returned, we kept the gate pass on the dash and proceeded quickly each time. My only negative which isn't a big deal, we observed a lady hovering around our unit on check out day, check out is at 11, we had an early flight and was ready to leave by 9:30, my nephew observed her scoping out the unit whilst waiting for a LYFT driver given we needed additional transportation to the airport - we stood at the walkway and there she was, passing my husband and I to enter the unit at 10:00am. I did not like that. At the very least, allow us to leave, we still had an hr.

Month in Florida

This is a beautiful complex with a strong sense of community around pool and public areas. Unit was as advertised with prompt reply from owner on minor issue. One pet peeve is that the check-in process at gate needs to be updated. Any return to entrance or visit by guests is met with long lineups and manual registrations and check-ins...too slow and cumbersome. Perhaps some computerization of guest arrivals would speed it up?

Perfect place to stay in Kissimmee!

We got to Venitian Bay early, and when the guard wouldn’t let us in I messaged Teresita and she got us right in. Condo is perfect for 6 adults, very clean! We will book again when staying in Kissimmee!

We have been managing and own several vacation rental units. We manage units for other owners too. We have been in business since 2006. Our family has been enjoying this property whenever we visit Disney. And with 6 grandchildren we go there very often.

Why they chose this property

The property has been catered to our family's needs so we are well stocked in the kitchen and everywhere else. Each bedroom and the living room have their own TV. This unit is very centrally located too.

What makes this property unique

This community has 4 pools, the one in the mainclubhouse has a jacuzzi and a kids pool. There are playgrounds for the children. The complex has basketball courts, fitness center, business center (although the unit does have wifi).
