Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Second time staying in this room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was just as advertised. We enjoy staying at Pinnacle Port and have stayed many times over the years either renting direct or from individual owners. The room was great for me and my husband to come and relax and enjoy the beach. One suggestion would be adding some cookware like cookie sheets for baking or reheating in the oven. Other than that no real issues at all.

Pinnacle Port never disappoints

But we could not resist a weekend getaway to our favorite spot on the Emerald Coast. Pinnacle Port management worked to find us a unit last minute. The beachfront location is perfect and we love the midrise buildings in the complex. Convenient to shopping, dining, 30A activities and the state park. Highly recommend Pinnacle Port as the perfect option for beachfront balconies and access, winter or summer.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If we are talking about the unit itself I was very disappointed. It was not clean. There was food still left in the microwave, dirty cups for coffee in the cupboard. It looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a year. The stove was not clean glad and I actually went out and brought cleaning products and came back and took all the burners out and cleaned inside the burners and the top of the stove. There was something spilled and running down the fronts of many other cupboards so I wiped all the cupboards down. Swept the entire unit, swept all the sand off of the balcony. You would think someone would check these things if you knew you had a check in coming. Other than that love the beach and love Pinnacle Port.

Spring Break 2021

This was our 1st time to stay at Pinnicle Port. We loved the location! Especially the fact that the beach was NOT crowded and crazy. Also love the Publix right across the street and easy access to Rosemary. However, our condo has not been cleaned well. After walking around barefoot for only a few minutes, our feet were black. Also when my mom got ready to go to bed on the sofa bed, it had been put back up with lots of sand, crackers, and other food inside as well as dirty sheets. There were no other clean sheets in the room for her to use. (Office promptly sent us some the next day) Also, the microwave seemed as if it had been cleaned with some type of cleaner that smelled really bad and it smoked the 1st time we used it. I would strongly suggest a new cleaning service. One more thing - the outlet behind the TV and on the wall to the left of TV were not working when we checked in. I had to go and buy a 15 foot extention cord to reach another outlet so we could watch TV. However, because we loved the location, we are planning to stay here again in July. :)

Great location; great beaches, right price!

Stayed in refurbished 1 Br 1 bath condo located in one of the older buildings. Great Condo B3707 but it was on the 7th floor; elevator was out of order for about 20 hours the first day/evening through the night & next morning having arrived on Memorial Day. There was no one on duty at check in and service manager did not answer phone or return message the first day. Went to office the next morning first thing at opening/8 and no one there knew anything about it. Talked to manager later in the morning when I called to check on status/since it was still out of order - he had called for service but did not know when service tech would get there; he seemed to have a very casual attitude about it. I explained that I am 69 and climbing 6 flights of stairs- which we had done 3 times already- wasn’t easy for me and my wife following recent back surgeries and that when I go out to dinner that night for planned family gathering, if elevator wasn't working I/we would need to be carried. The elevator was fixed later that afternoon but we never received a call to advise me or say they were sorry for the inconvenience.

Nice clean condo, family-oriented, good stay.

My husband, myself and our 4 year old stayed a week in October. Our condo was updated, clean and plenty of space for 3 people. The area was not crowded at all, and was very family-oriented with nice families. Definitely not the young, spring-breaker scene. The area was right across from a Publix, and minutes from good restaurants. I would stay at this condo again. Cons: -no ceiling fans -TV did not work the entire week we were staying here.

Can't go wrong on the Gulf!

Location with the beach on one side and bay on the other was gorgeous. Room was very clean and organized. Was here for a weekend R+F training over in Rosemary Beach and the trip was cut short due to a coming tropical storm. Drive to and from the condo, although beautiful, was a bit lengthy due its location at the rear of the Carillon Beach community. Grounds looked very well maintained but I didn't have an opportunity to view any of the amenities. I would definitively look into staying here again in the future.

I have been coming to Pinnacle Port for years. I keep coming back because the beach is beautiful and the condos are great. I have never been disappointed. Family friendly and uncrowded beaches. Great place to relax and forget the world.

Clean and safe paradise

Pinnacle Port has been a destination for us for many years. Being on the far west side of Panama City Beach enables you to shop conveniently in Panama City or Destin. Its convenient to all the attractions yet feels as if your on an island to yourself with the bay to the north and the beach to the south. The beaches are amazing and the true Emerald blue water is the closest thing in America to the Jamaican experience. The gated community with the beautiful short drive through the custom beach houses is an amazing experience. The staff are cordial and caring. The amenities are beyond expectation and the local restaurants gives you a month of options to pack into a weeks vacation. We normally make the trek two times a year and its never a question where we plan to stay. Where to kids?.......PINNACLE PORT!!!!
