We are All-Inclusive (WE SUPPLY Everything but your food) We have a HOT-Springs Hot Tub for the cooler evenings too.
We supply all paper products, all coffees and Teas, all soaps, detergents, shampoos conditioners and body wash, plus we have a Margarita and Snowball maker for your loved ones. We are the only full 5-star family resort in the area. All new Kitchen Aid appliances and Speed Queen washer and dryer.
For the children we have toys, plus we have all baby products, standard and portable cribs, strollers, baby monitor, pool toys and all beach items, plus bicycles. Since we can comfortably sleep 8 adults and 2 babies, we are very competitive with our all-inclusive pricing.

Piece of Paradise

We had the best time! John & Bunney were amazing hosts! We had 9 adults (youngest is 17 but taller than the rest of us) the accommodations were just as described. We used the hot tub & pool daily. There was ample room for everyone to have their own space if needed & never a wait for a shower! We will be back! Thank you for making our vacation extra special!

Great house!

Amazing house! Extremely welcoming hosts who took care of everything we needed. The kitchen is incredible and so well stocked and organized. Heated pool for the little kids was a huge selling point.

More than expected!!

This property was absolutely amazing. The home is beautiful and extremely clean. The home had all we needed. The owners, Joe and Bunny are a breath of fresh air. They made us feel right at home and a complete joy. We will be staying in this home again. I would rate this property 5 star.

The Tropical Resort Home

Girls Getaway

This house was BEAUTIFUL, spacious and had everything we needed. We loved all the decor and personal touches throughout. Bunny and John were very responsive to any and all inquiries. The neighborhood was unique, quiet and we felt very safe. Loved taking our walks and bike rides each morning. We highly recommend this vacation home.

Loved the house - would stay again!

Watching the planes driving down the road really added to the fun! It is in an airport community, which I didn’t even realize existed. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone to feel comfortable and have privacy when wanted. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The owners live nearby and are super responsive. We would definitely consider staying again!

Outstanding home

We got there and the kids said, "this place is too nice for us." And we've stayed at some swanky places! Including another Tampa vrbo. Pictures don't do it justice. That house was ready for a prospective buyer to walk through. Sparkling clean and beautiful. Nothing broken. Everything perfect. Plus, so many extras! Like a closet filled with whimsical beach towels, a snow cone machine and syrup right by the pool, and a garage full of bikes and toys! 10 out of 10, if you're looking for a nice family place near tampa, this is the one!

Perfect for our needs

My fiance and I booked this place to stay and also to host our engagement party. Elizabeth and John were amazing! The place was perfect for our small party! Plenty of space for everyone. We stayed with my mom and his 2 teenagers. It allowed for everyone to have space for themselves. Well stocked kitchen with supplies for cooking and entertaining. It is about 45 min from Tampa but worth it. Highly recommend for people with families.

A+ Bachelorette Destination

We booked this rental for a Bachelorette Party, and it was absolutely wonderful! The home was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and had so many amenities for us to use. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The owners were so kind and helpful as well. It was truly the perfect place for our little getaway.

Best VRBO/ rental

The entire process was enjoyable. From looking at the property all the way through booking and the stay was awesome. They had everything we could have ever wanted. Snow cones, margarita machine, fully equipped kitchen, pool, and everything else. We didn't go a single day without needing something. When we needed a printer, it was delivered in a matter of minutes! Outstanding rental and even more outstanding people!

Great Family Vacation Home

The hosts have thought of everything at this home. Our youngest members of the family enjoyed the warm waters in the swimming pool while the adults were able to relax. The location is quiet, not far from many restaurants and shops. Secure gated community and friendly neighbours.

Such a Cute Place

We LOVED this house. Everything was just as described. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious. The hosts went above and beyond to take care of all our needs. They provided all of the essentials and then some. It was a unique neighborhood with a lot of private planes. It was fun to see all of the unique hangars attached to the homes. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Families

We have stayed at many rentals and this was the best experience we’ve had. The house is spotless upon arrival and they have thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable. We asked about fans because our kids sleep with them on and they went out of their way to bring us fans within 30 mins! They truly go above and beyond. The pool was warm, the hot tub was relaxing and there are stacks of towels for guests to use. There wasn’t anything broken or missing from the listing and if you couldn’t find something they respond to texts very quickly. Staying with our 5 kids (9,7,6,2,1) was so easy because of the amenities. Highchair, bed rails, lifejackets, a pool safety net, cribs, kids utensils, a whole closet of toys, and a garage full of bikes and beach toys. The location is close to anything you would need and staying in an airplane community was fun in itself. We went for a walk and watched a plane take off! I definitely recommend staying here, we are looking forward to returning in the future.

5 Star Property by 5 Star Hosts!!

I rented Bunny & John's place for me and my extended family traveling from NY to stay at for my daughters' wedding. There were nine of us, plus my 2-year-old granddaughter stayed with us one night. They have thoughtfully planned for everything and Bunny was always extremely prompt when communicating. It's a truly beautiful and relaxing home away from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Without any reservations, I will stay here again the next time we are in town with a large group. From the actual crib to the toy closet to all the pool accessories and even all the bicycles, plus all the extra ice in the garage freezer - they have thought of everything and put 110% into being the absolute best hosts they can be! Thank you for making a very busy wedding weekend so much easier for all of us!

Family Reunion

We all had a great time at the house. Mornings we biked to watch the planes take off and land - having coffee out by the pool, and all being able to hang out in the living area and not feel crowded! House was immaculate and had everything we needed! Plenty of towels and beach towels. We would most definitely return to this home for another family stay!

Excellent Family Vacation

This was our first time using any type of vacation rental -- and John and Bunny went out of their way to help us with everything needed. Their home is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with home and beach needs. They provided those extra little things that we didn't think to pack. Our granddaughter truly felt at home with the toy closet; our grandsons loved the pool and games. We enjoyed having a clean, well-supplied kitchen and a large dining table for family. It was a perfect home for our family vacation!

Originally from Maryland we have fallen in love with Florida and the incredible weather. We chose this oversized home and have spent the last 15 years upgrading the kitchen and all baths to granite, adding plantation shutters, all new cabinetry, brand new Kitchen Aid state of the art appliances, new floors, plus numerous other upgrades. The bedding is top high-count quality, the mattresses are changed out yearly, and all are extremely comfortable.

Why they chose this property

PRIVACY, is foremost, COMFORT, and SAFETY, plus 24 hour maintenance.
This home has everything for everyone, all ages. From the heated pool, the safety of the retractable pool fence, the toys and games, the 5 TVs, so there is never a disagreement over what shows to watch. We are located close to many beaches, but everyone loves the enclosed pool cage (no bugs) and it does cut down on the sun burn. Being in a gated Airport community makes this home more than special. Our guests love to take pictures of the plane in our hangar, and others taxiing down the roads.

Simply put, you have all the benefits of your own home, your own kitchen, private baths, private pool and spa, no sharing with people you haven't brought along.
