Spacious Townhouse Within View of the Oxford Square, 4BR/3BA and Private Parking

4 Bedrooms:
** The bedroom downstairs has a Queen bed and is located next to a full bathroom.
** The master bedroom upstairs has a King bed, an HD TV, a large walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The master also has a private covered balcony with a view of the Square.
** The green bedroom upstairs has a King bed and an HD TV. It shares a bathroom with yellow bedroom.
** The yellow bedroom upstairs has a King bed and an alcove area for a pack-n-play or twin blow-up mattress (both are provided) and is located next to a full bathroom.

3 Full Baths:
**1 Bath downstairs
**2 Baths upstairs
All bathrooms have a sink and shower/tub combo.

Living Room:
Enjoy watching the game on the large HD TV. AT&T Uverse TV and Wireless Internet are provided. The living room includes two couches (one is a sleeper sofa) and three chairs. The living room is open to the dining room and has French doors to the balcony.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has an oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. We also provide a toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, and Keurig. We have stocked the kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils, and some basic pantry items to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Dining Room:
The dining room is open to the living space and seats 6.

Balcony:
The deck off the living room is spacious enough for your dinner party and has a view of the Square. It has seating for 14 people.

Garage:
We have plenty of parking for your entire group, up to 5 cars. The oversized garage is accessible through a private driveway and parking area and is adjacent to a city parking lot.

Location:
We are the ONLY 4 bedroom townhouse in the downtown business district. The location right behind City Hall is excellent! Leave your car and walk nearly everywhere you need to go. We're also a one-minute walk to a bus stop.

Our Family Business:
East Jackson Guest House is a small, family-run business. We take great pride in providing our guests with a comfortable stay closer to the Court House than any hotel. We enjoy meeting the guests who stay in our townhouse, and we are not satisfied if East Jackson Guest House doesn't become your favorite place to stay when you visit Oxford!

Perfect stay

The location is incredible to experience Oxford. Perfect walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Summer was super responsive throughout the entire stay. Would definitely come back and stay here next time I’m in Oxford.

This is an exceptional property! It is less than a one minute walk to the square and the location can accommodate six cars for parking. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The host is very easy to communicate with. A 5 star property!

This property is exactly as advertised and is with walking distance of everything in the Square! Summer is a great host and the condo was stocked with sweet snacks and thoughtful toiletries. We had the best time thanks to the East Jackson Guest House!!

Wonderful property in a premium location. Plenty of room for our party. Snacks and drinks were a nice and appreciated touch. Didn’t really have a need to reach out to Summer during our stay but all the pre arrival communication was timely and helpful. Without question would sign up to stay here again.

Weekend stay

The location was awesome. Was able to walk a block to downtown which was amazing especially since it was such a busy weekend. Place was very nice as well with lots of room. We also appreciated the snacks and coffee that was left for us. Will definitely try to book again soon here.

We visited Oxford for my the baseball game and Parents’ weekend. The house was beyond wonderful. The location, cleanliness and convenience of the garage made for a spectacular weekend!! I will most definitely stay here again!!!

House is in a great location. Walk to square and coffee shops each morning. Parking is great. House very well equipped with everything you need. Easter weekend and house was decorated for Easter. Definitely would rebook. We had 4 adults and 3 teen girls. Communication with Summer was great.

Graduation Weekend

We just stayed for Ole Miss graduation. We had two of our adult children plus my mother-in-law. It was a perfect location as we could just walk one block and we were in the Square. Very spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Two great balconies to enjoy morning coffee or cocktails. Ample parking Host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

This property is amazing! Summer was so attentive to every detail to make us feel welcomed, unstressed and relaxed. The house was seasonally decorated without being overdone. Every detail was considered to make sure we could walk right in and immediately feel at home. Highly recommend this great location with plenty of parking, every amenity you could possibly need and people who truly take pride in making sure you have a fabulous stay.

Oxford square for Ole Miss football weekend

4 adults and 4 teens fit comfortably in this townhome. Literally steps from the square, and just a 15 minute walk to campus makes this a perfect location. There was some spoiled milk in the fridge which accounts for the 4 stars on cleanliness, but others was perfect. In fact...I appreciated that there was a decent supply of snacks/drinks and am more than happy to accept the spoiled milk in exchange for a headstart. The only other negative is that the city of Oxford's maintenance crews run leaf blowers at 4:30 AM every single morning in the fall. Hard to believe they allow them to do that, but they do. Host was very responsive, it was a great trip - thank you!

Immaculate with GREAT location!!!

My tennis team and I just stayed at this condo. We couldn't stop talking about how fantastic this place was. Absolutely renovated perfectly while keeping a bit of old charm. It was great being able to walk right out of the front door and straight into the square. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings for coffee and hanging out there for drinks in the evening. Excellent for groups or couples wanting to stay together. Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I don't know where to stop...the condo was stocked with anything we could possibly need from bars of soap to coffee creamer. Upon leaving, Summer asked if there was anything that could have made it even more enjoyable for us and none of us could come up with anything. I have stayed at many VRBO's and was hesitant on this one because there were no reviews. I believe the reason for that is because we were not asked to write a review, unlike every other VRBO I have ever stayed in. I just felt compelled to do so because I thought so highly of the condo and Summer's helpfulness. Thank so much to the owners. We will definitely rent from you again every year for this tournament!!

Great Stay in Oxford, Next to Square, Close to Campus

The house was well equippmed with plenty of room for our family and friends. The location was next to the square making it easy to enjoy all the great restaurants and bars. For gameday, we were able to walk to The Grove and have fun at the greatest tailgate in the country. Summer (host) was great. Hotty Toddy!
