Spend a fabulous vacation in this beautifully decorated and fully equipped condominium on Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Florida. Watch the waves from your balcony or search for sharks' teeth on 13 miles of pristine beach just outside your door. This unit is located on the third floor and has recently been remodeled. It is completely equipped for a carefree vacation including washer and dryer. The property features a walkway to the beach, swimming pool, outside barbecue grill, outside shower to rinse off sand, and assigned parking.
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. at the unit. An earlier time check-in may be available. This depends on whether someone has checked out that day. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. A later time may be available if no one is checking in that day.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect condo for our adult post-Christmas getaway. You can’t get more beachfront, and the condo size and layout was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

Exception owners!

This is a condo complex that I really love because of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the proximity of the ocean to the building, which means there's not a huge hike to get to the water. This unit is nicely decorated, but it is exceptional because of the wonderful owners. Their communication is the best I've ever had of any rental property and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can possibly be. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

View was amazing and perfect location on the beach. The condo was clean and everything we needed was included. The washer and dryer and beach chairs were an added plus. My family enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Perfect condo for our family

The condo was perfect for our family. The condo is in a great location on the beach. We expected the beach to be more crowded the week of July 4th which was not the case. The walk to the beach is much shorter than most condos in Fernandina. The condo itself was stocked with more than what most are. I’m not sure if that’s the norm or maybe a guest before us left supplies. It was a nice touch. The king size bed’s mattress is firm and I was very skeptical at first. My husband and I agreed it was very comfortable. Overall, we have no complaints. We’ve stayed in many condos over the years in Fernandina and I would say this was the best one yet.

Awesome Sunrise

Loved this location and the condo was perfect for us. Perfect view of the ocean and easy access was key for us. Condo was very nice & clean, easy communication. Will stay here again!

The condo has an amazing view. Access to the beach is easy. However, it is in great need of an update. Carpet needs to be removed and replaced with either tile or lvp. Matresses and furniture need replacing. On a brighter note, everything you could possibly need for a great beach stay was provided.

Favorite Amelia Island condo

The location of this condo right on the ocean can't be beat. The condo itself is clean and comfortable and has everything we need for a relaxing extra-long weekend. The building is quiet and people are friendly. My friend and I have stayed at a few condos on Amelia Island (in this building and others) and this one is more updated than some and less expensive than others -- all in all, a good balance. We will be back!

On the beach

We had a wonderful 3 weeks beach front on Amelia Island. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (even a tea kettle!). Mary Ann and Joe were very responsive and communication was good. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to several restaurants and bike to the Greenway or Fort Clinch. Down town Fernandina is easy to get to as are several grocery stores. This section of beach is quite quiet. We are very much looking forward to next year's stay.

First time visiting Amelia Island

Great location for exploring the beauty of the beach and that part of the island. Convenient access for our bikes and access to walk the beach. The unit felt like a second home; easy to relax…very nice.

The condo is clean, well appointed and has breath taking views. We brought our bikes and were able to bike to the downtown area. We would definitely return to this property!

Just a great place to stay...

Condo is exactly as advertised. Well appointed with anything/everything you need. Nice quiet neighbors. Wonderful views of the ocean - watching the sunrise and listening to the waves at night is the best (both bedrooms are on the parking lot side, but you can still hear the ocean if you keep the door open). Would stay again - hoping to next year if dates work out! Thanks for a wonderful week in one of our favorite cities!
