This is our vacation home, we rent it out throughout the year, but try to spend as much time as possible enjoying the unit in between rentals, specially in the summer time. We currently reside in the Kendall area of Miami, about one hour away from the condo.
Why they chose this property
Ours is a very special place. The area is the most desirable and expensive of South Florida. Having said that...You will find very affordable rates in our building. Constructed in the 1950s as a hotel, it was converted to condominiums in 1980. Today, we find ourselves surrounded by luxurious hotels and high-rise condominiums, but none of them have the charm, family atmosphere, tropical ambiance and affordable rates we offer.
Our small, two story building contains only 108 units. We, the owners, treat ourselves as family and keep our building as our home.

What makes this property unique
You will be able to enjoy full sunshine, weather permitting, till sunset time. The high-rise buildings block the sun from the beach area, starting at 3pm, but that does not happen on our beach. Also, ours is one of the very few heated pools in the area, during the winter months.
