The sunsets are spectacular, perfect for beach walks with loved ones. This seven-story beachfront complex in Fort Walton Beach boasts one of the island's best views from its balcony. Amenities include a heated pool facing the Gulf, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a fitness center, high-speed internet, a BBQ area, and ample parking. The renovated kitchen features a rare large French door refrigerator for a one-bedroom unit. The master suite has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The hallway offers two comfortable bunk beds with flat-screen TVs and another full bathroom. One bunk bed includes streaming wireless, and the other has a DVD player. The living room's large TV will allow you to watch all your favorite games with Cox Cable. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a Belgian waffle iron, and the unit has its own washer and dryer. I grew up going to the beach every year, and I always dreamed of having my own beach condo. In 2012, I was able to accomplish this goal. My wife, daughter, and I enjoy coming to the beach. We live in Mandeville, La. so the ride to the condo is a little over 3 hours. We usually come to the beach 6 times a year, and we enjoy every minute of it.
As the owners of our condo, we go out of our way to make sure that you have a terrific time at our property. If you are interested in a vacation in the Smoky Mountains, we have six cabins.

Why they chose this property
Our beach home is very well kept up. The condo was remodeled in Feb 2020 with Granite Countertops and Stainless steel appliances including a French Door refrigerator with new solid oak cabinets. We also replaced the HVAC system in early 2020 so it is also brand new.
Our home has four flat screen TVs. Two of the TVs have free Wi-Fi and Netflix with a Blu-Ray player on the main TV. The living room has a recliner, swivel chair, and a comfortable sofa sleeper that was just purchased in late 2019.
The beach view is exceptional, and you will enjoy the balcony while vacationing at our property. A one bedroom with two full bathrooms is a very rare find.
